The overall craftsmanship of this deck is sloppy. Uneven boards, mixed match board sizes used on the same side of the deck. Just all round bad cutsand over drilled nails causing the wood to split. Pointed all of this out to the Project Manager and his response was.wood does what it does. Smh. Never again will I use Abbey. I pad over 20,000$ for this deck and I should be 100% satisfied. I am not Yes I have a warranty but if you don't have time to do it right the first time, how long will I have to wait for you to make it right.

Installed my fence in 2020 and did a great job. I had a small problem with a broken cap more than 2 years down the road. They were helpful and reasonable in all aspects. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with all their help. Great to work with. Service: Fence installation

Would not reccommend my fence fell down told me it would be 8-10 weeks before they could get someone here to fix it. Then I obtained a contractor who told me no concrete was ever put in the fence post holes. So much for great service. Let me clarify my fence is about 8 ft high they used I believe 10 ft posts only 2 ft were put in the ground with very little concrete place in post hole not enough to hold that size post.

One post rotted and after me getting angry they replaced it in the hole they placed no concrete UT put some sort of sandstone which was not proper. I was told by the salesman As Well a person who answered the phone face had lifetime warranty so much for that. Again I was not able to wait that long to have this fixed. Again the fence was not put in properly and I would not give this company any recommendation.

I had a reasonably decent experience getting my new fence. The long delays were not unexpected (due to supply chain issues), but they eventually received the materials and began installation. Francisco, the Foreman, was invaluable. I felt bad that Francisco had to do much of the work by himself due to difficulty getting other workers. Overall, everything went well.

We are incredibly pleased with the installation of our aluminum fence that Francisco and Jim from Abbey Fence & Deck Co. just completed for us. They were not only professional and a pleasure to work with, but also very knowledgeable about the installation. They provided advice for gate placement and other cosmetic/practical considerations, which made the fence look much better overall.

The job was completed in a timely fashion, and they were kind enough to trim and haul several bushes that needed to be cleared for the fencing, as well as install a better gate latch than the one we originally purchased. We definitely would recommend working with them for their above and beyond service.

My customer who ask me to rate the work on her new deck. If you want to look at it sends a reply. Boards sticking up. Corners are not tight. Concrete post footers not even attempted to be smoothed out and splashing of concrete on post. Joists supports only on 1 side of outer deck. Wow. Steve Maze

We had them put in a fence for us. It was done quockly and to my specifications. I was happy with the customer service. The only advice i have is make sure they can do what tou want. I was told I would have metal reinforcement on the corners but found out they can't do that. Metal reinforcement can only gonon straight sections because the holes are pre-made for vinyl femces. I was accomodated and was happy with my fence. I hoghly recommend this company and will use them for a deck in the future.

I have never seen a group of men work so hard in my life. They put in a large vinyl privacy fence in two days. It looks beautiful, very professional, cleaned everything up. Could not be any happier with this company and their work! Service: Vinyl fence

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness 1. The fence that Abbey installed is sagging in some areas. I don't have this problem with the portion of fence that was installed by a different company. 2. I needed repair on the fence Abbey installed. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for someone to come out. NEVER again. Service: Wood fence

Very happy with the look of the fence. Unfortunately they placed the fence short of my neighbor's property line. With the the final inspection, the supervisor and I did not notice this. Since I have extra property on my neighbor's side, he refuses to mow that part of my property. The grass has grown up along the fence causing complains from the neighborhood association and threatened with fines. Office informed me that nothing could be done for 6-8 weeks. Update Just spoke with someone who will correct the problems I posted. I feel better with the quick response

We were very pleased with the service we received from Abbey. Greg gave us a fair quote and timeframe. He was able to have the work completed ahead of schedule by at least two weeks and it took less than 2 days for the crew to complete. The fence looks great and is very good quality. We will definitely recommend Abbey to our friends in the future.

We just had Abbey Fence & Deck come out to install a vinyl privacy fence in our backyard. They were able to install the fence 4 weeks ahead the date they gave us and the fence looks great. The crew worked fast and accurately. They even worked with us to leave a section of the fence open for a couple weeks while we waited for our shed to be delivered and finished the fence the next day. Great company to work with.
