The best place for keys in Esco, best service with the best prices. Called all the places in town for a replacement key/fob for my 2013 Dodge Dart. Old fob was broke and they got it done for me at a fraction of the price of the dealer, and it only took 10 min, thanks guys.

I had a great experience at Busy Bees Escondido location. Brody went above and beyond to help me get a key fob programmed for my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. The first key fob I brought in was not the right model, but Brody was diligent and patient with helping me figure out the key fob that I had brought in was the problem. Brody was very knowledgeable.

He answered all the questions I had, and gave me tips that helped me get the correct model fob that I needed. The second time I went in with the right model key fob, everything went very smoothly, and quickly. I was only in their Escondido location a couple of times, but everyone that worked there seemed very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to be there! Not sure who does the hiring for that location but seems like they know how to hire good people. Also, their prices are very fair!

2nd time using the company: 2022 I had a key break off in the ignition of my Harley Davidson over the weekend and couldn't get the key out myself. Efrain their technician came out the very next morning after I called for help. He was fast, arrived on time, and worked hard to get my key out of the ignition. He informed me exactly what he was doing and every step of the process until completion.

I will never use another company, this is my second time using them and can't say enough about my great experience. First use of the company: 2021 These guys can do double sided keys unlike the little kiosks you always waist your money on. They are very affordable, and every key made fit like a glove. The customer service was great, all 3 guys initiated me, they were informative and answered all of my questions. If I ever need another key made this is the only place I am going to go to. 5 stars for great and fast service.

Their prices are almost a quarter of other lock smith's I called in the area. They are fast and friendly. Support your local business and save money too.

WOW! This was a Fantastic experience. I had little money and even less hope. (Seriously) things were looking pretty grim. But right from the start with a professional answering service, and quick and easy connection to a live person, where Thomas quickly intercepted my needs and focused a tremendous effort to try to make from scratch my lost 13 Kia Soul only key. (all by phone so far) cut to Monday 9 a m.

I went today to Busy Bee to get help with a key fob. The man who helped me was amazing! He was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. My key was cut perfect and my key programmed in perfectly! I would highly recommend this place. Prices were great and I am extremely pleased!

Went there to get new battery for my car key F.O.B. They were fast, efficient and reasonable. Very interesting shop.

Very nice service. One of the guys was able to extract a broken key out of a cylinder that came out of an old machinery and still was able to use the broken piece to make copies of it. Did it in very short time too.

Easy to schedule, fast appointment. Very knowledgeable and professional, he was able to quickly and easily change out our locks. Took the time to educate us about the locks on other doors and we will call them again at a later time. Great service, highly recommend.

These guys were great was in an old business location must of took over b n b locks. They suggested what needed and had me out in less than an hour thanks Joe and team

The locksmith was over an hour late, didn't have all the tools necessary to complete the job, was unable to pick the lock on my 27 year old car, damaged the window surround trying to force a slim jim through, then told me I would have to reschedule for the next day when they could bring the correct tools. Not impressed with the service. Read between the lines on the review response, too- if they had brought the tools to take a lock impression the first time this would have been a non-issue. I declined to have a second technician come out the next day after seeing that the technician had damaged my vehicle.

Had a hard to find chipped key and these guys shipped one from their other store. Very professional staff with an almost museum setting with all the safes and locks around. Good place to just sit, listen, and learn stuff.

Just had Sean come and save the day! I locked myself out of my condo. He came within half an hour and saved the day! These guys are now on my list as preferred vendors! Highly recommend. While he was there he fixed a malfunctioning deadbolt too. Sean was professional and courteous and fast. He even made time to make keys for a neighbor.

Never ever again! $164.00 for less than 2 minutes of work. Waited a hour and 20 minutes. Several phone calls later and slapped with this bill. Horrible! If I could, I would give zero stars.

Locked myself out of the house, and my neighbor helped me call them. After 6 agonizing rings, a pleasant man answered and promptly came to the house in about 20 minutes. It took him a little while to pick the locks, but he didn't lose patience and eventually got in, and it only cost $80.

Called 3 times. First two times no answer. Went to the machine. 3rd time I spoke with someone but was rushed off the phone told I would be called back. Never got called back after 2 days.

Fast and efficient and very helpful and AFFORDABLE. Mazda quoted me $450 to get a new ignition key and have it programmed. I got the job done at Busy Bee for $90. I am very HAPPY!

I lost the only key to my Lexus in Mission Bay and thought I was done for. After a tow back to the house and much careful research, I decided to give my business to Busy bees. Why? They were the only shop willing to work with my unique situation, they had the best price as well as tons of great reviews on Yelp and Google.
