Absolute lifesavers! We had an emergency situation and needed to get into our house and they were so quick and responsive. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

The team came in an hour on a saturday and able to find the problem. too bad that they didn't have the lock on hand to fix it right away but was able to tell me where to get it. they even called to checked that the store have it in stock before i go there. i ended up using another company that has the lock. they didn't even charge me for coming to diagnosed it on a saturday. i offered to send a thank you tip to them for their time and they even refused. very nice people. if i have issues again, i'll definitely call them. It will be cheaper if you pay them in cash.

Lost my keys and needed to get into my apartment after 10pm. They were recommended by another locksmith because they were supposedly 24hr. After they didn't answer my call, I texted (per their voicemail). After over 2hrs, still no reply. Not sure where all these positive reviews came from. Thanks

You can definitely trust this Locksmith! I was having some issues with a few locks on my house. The keys were sticking and I almost couldn't get the key out of the lock. I assumed that the best course of action would be to install new locks. I called up J&M Locksmith to set up an install with them, and they recommended that I try to spray some WD-40 in the locks first before I spend a substantial amount of money to get new locks installed with them. Honestly, I didn't think that would take care of my issue, but I figured it was worth a try.

To my surprise the WD-40 completely took care of the issue, and my locks are as smooth as they day I bought the house! Honestly, how many Companies out there would help a Customer out like that? This was the first time I called, so it's not like they were doing my a favor because I was a good Customer! They just chose to help me out, instead of taking my money! I highly recommend J&M for all your locksmith needs! Ask for Jim, he'll definitely take care of you!

Found him through Yelp to replace our front door locks. He was at our house quickly and on time. He is very sharp. He quickly problem solved a number of glitches that came up with fitting the lock we had bought to the door.
