What an experience.and not in a good way. If you expect regular and clear communication, timeliness on completed job and attention to detail look somewhere else. Understanding that COVID-19 has impact supply chains, it took over 9 months from signed contract to completed job. Communication with customers is spotty at best and you will go months without update if your experience is like mine.

Be aware to pay attention to detail on the described job as communication of what the final product will look like will be glossed over. Go with a competitor and save yourself some some aggravation.

Beautiful quality job on a privacy fence with a double door gate. They were fast and professional. Offered to remove neighboring fence for free as well. Will also put dug up dirt where you request it. Service: Wood fence installation

Had Bellbrook Fence install 200+ feet of aluminum fence and double gate around a pool. They were 12 weeks out when we signed the contract and they hit the date right on and then did a great job job installing the fence. The installers were very professional, took care of all the details and cleaned up the job. The area where the fence is located has some elevation change and they did a great job following the grade. The fence looks and works great and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Very unprofessional! Scheduled an employee of theirs to come out and give me a quote for a fence I wanted to have installed. It took 2 months for them to send someone out. Now a week after the employee came out I still have no estimate or quote which they said they would get to me in a few days. I called earlier in the week at the 4 day mark and they told me I would get the estimate that day.

Now I am at a solid week past the date they came out and still no estimate. They told me they are booked out 3-4 months before they could even install the fence. I am thinking it is time to take my business elsewhere. If they are too busy or don't want to take on additional jobs they should just say that upfront and not waste peoples time like they wasted mine. Really unprofessional behavior on their end and not a company I feel comfortable doing business with at this point.

Patrick at Bellbrook Fence is awesome. Another fence company put up our aluminum fence 6 years ago. This winter, the latch mechanism failed. The original fence company did not return numerous calls, so we called Bellbrook Fence. Patrick came out, assessed the situation and within 10 days, the latch was replaced. And as an added bonus, the latch had a lifetime warranty (which I did not know), so it didn't cost us anything. Thank you Patrick and Bellbrook Fence. You are our #1 go to fence professionals. These guys were awesome. The bid was $3000 less then the closest competitor. The quality of the fence and workmanship was great. Every employee was professional and pleasant to interact with. I thought there would be some down side because their bid was so much less but everything turned out to exceed expectations.

A contract was signed in February for fences for 2 properties. We are into May, and still do not have a clear understanding of when our fence will be installed. We were told that one of the employees has misplaced our estimate. He also kept pushing back our start date, and would take days to weeks to reply to simple emails. A new estimate was done 3 weeks ago, and yet (after being yold that materials would take 1 week to arrive), here we are, still trying to get a call or email back. *UPDATE* 6/8/17 Our fence was installed a few weeks ago.

It took 4 days to do, and the guys came back to fix a few things after installation was done. The fence is beautiful! Everyone on site was professional and courteous. It seemed as though the process could have been better executed, as the guys showed up late morning and left in the early afternoon, and sometimes had to run places for tools. I think that it may have taken 2, maybe part of 3, days otherwise. Again, overall, the final product is fantastic! We have received many compliments. I am thrilled with the end result! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BELLBROOK: We have had BellBrook Fence Co. do two projects for us and we are very happy with the work these dedicated craftsmen have done. The fencing projects were in conjunction with a number of jobs we have undertaken in the last couple of years to update our home. Our experience with craftsmen in various trades is that they are all hard-working, experienced, yet all burdened with a lack of motivated next generation young people willing to learn a trade.

Because of that, there is a shortage of experienced people everywhere. That often leads to delays. So our review accepts what has become a reality - the need for patience and planning ahead, often several months, with your projects, to insure you do not get upset when your job takes longer than you thought it should. Do not be in a hurry to complete your project, is our advice.

All that being said, we are very satisfied with the finished project(s). We especially appreciated a call from the office to alert us when the installers would arrive (and they did) and we felt the sales person understood what we wanted and wrote a clear estimate (BellBrook did not require anything down, which we felt was unusual. We would have gladly paid at least 1/3 of the cost.) All personnel, especially the installers, displayed pride in their work, made sure it was done correctly and that it was Ok'd by city permit personnel.

The installers were also sensitive to our needs, making sure we were satisfied, and they also cleaned up the site before they left. Their work was followed by another employee the same day who then checked their work. We definitely recommend BellBrook Fencing Co.

Had Bellbrook Fence out to give me an estimate. Wasted my time! Heard back from the estimator 3 weeks later, asking me if I had reviewed the estimate he emailed me. I NEVER received an estimate. I told him that, he told me he got busy and forgot to send it but he would that evening. Once again, never received anything. Called and left a message and they never called me back. Don't waste your time, it's too precious!

Requested an appointment to get an estimate for a fence and was informed the hours of operation are 9a.m.-4p.m. I explained that I work until 5pm and would be available after or even for a Saturday appointment and was given an immediate email response that they couldn't accommodate anything after 4p.m. The low rating is solely based on the company not being able to have a consultant accommodate anything after 5p.m. as this shouldn't be a difficult request considering most working adults aren't available during the day. The hours of operation are even listed on the profile as open until 5 but bids are only done up to 4p.m.

Bellbrook Fence put in a fence for us before we put our house on the market and I think that's what sold it. It was beautiful and the work was perfect. They were on time and the job was a professional job.

We contracted Bellbrook Fence to remove our old wooden fence and install a new Bufftech CertainTeed CertaGrain fence. We have 348 linear feet of fence, consisting of one single gate and one double gate.

Bellbrook fence installed our vinyl fence in 2013. Initially, it looked great! After only the first winter, a few of the fence posts pushed up out of the ground a few inches causing some instability.

I can't say enough good things about the crew that did the work. Not only does my fence look fantastic, but they were so nice and friendly. It snowed and was down to 16 degrees while they were working on it and it had to be miserable, but they were always laughing and having a good time.
