Beck's Floor Installation's

We purchased a small home and were only in Mesa for a short time. Misty and her team helped us out. Within our timeframe our home was measured, flooring installed, and the crew were extremely careful and their attention to detail was superb. We love our new flooring and our home now feels more like a home. Thanks Misty and crew for a job well done!

I had luxury vinyl tile and new baseboard installed in my entire house. Beck's provided a quote very quickly and they were very reasonable. They moved my furniture (I moved the knick-knacks, light stuff, they moved the sofas, tables, beds) A crew of two - a father & son showed up on time every day, they worked the entire time and even sat on the bare floor while they ate lunch - I offered a table & chairs, but they insisted on sitting on the floor - they didn't want to get too comfortable and have a hard time going back to work.

They were polite professional and most importantly, the job they did is amazing. I am still walking around the house trying to believe the difference. The trim work is excellent and they were to handle the unexpected hiccups that every home improvement job has with ease - they have seen pretty much everything and know the best way to solve problems for a professional look that will last.

My hiccup happened to be a rusted toilet flange that was destroyed and could not be re-used - not their fault, not their job to replace. I was notified immediately and called a plumber to replace the flange. They secured the area, worked around the problem and made things easy for the plumber by removing some flooring so he had more room to work. I enjoyed their company and even though I am ecstatic to have the new floor, I will honestly miss seeing the installers every day - yes, they were that good. I highly recommend.

Needed a bedroom and hall finished with wood vinyl. Originally was going to do it myself but I soon realized I just wouldn't be able to do it right. Got in touch with Misty and she scheduled the installation right away. Troy came out for the install and did an amazing job! He was great! Definitely recommend Becks Flooring and we'll be using them again as we do some more remodeling.

They are reasonable, they will work with you. No pressure, they are flexible. Creative, they have ideas and solutions. Safe, clean, and honest. What more are you looking for in a contractor? Call them and see for yourself.

Becks flooring was an easy decision. After initial conversation, I had them come out and do the measure. They were very detailed and we, equally asked a lot of questions. Very responsive and very easy to work with. I had some questions and wanted to get some clarification on the different products that were available, and they even opened up their shop on the weekend to allow me to come in and take a look.

Once all the specifics were decided on, we schedule the install appointment. Installer showed up on time and ready to go. They did an absolute amazing job. They had everything completed, furniture put back to where it belong and finished up the floor. I love my new flooring and would highly recommend them. Once I'm ready to do any additional rooms, I'll be giving them another call.

Beck's installed new hard flooring throughput my entire house (two stories, every room, including stairs) this past Sept. They did a great job. The owners were very accommodating of scheduling me and were always very responsive to any inquiries. The installers were very courteous and patiently answered any questions or concerns, my husband abs i appreciated their hard work. Quality of install was very good. I'm pleased with the final result and would recommend the company to family/friends.

First the good: The installers were great. Very polite, hard working and excellent quality workmanship. Also, the job was easy to schedule and completed on time. What could have been better: I wish Dave would have educated us on which flooring product to pick. We picked a wood laminate flooring just based on the color samples he showed us. I later learned from the installers that almost no one uses this type of flooring anymore and everyone is going with vinyl plank flooring.

The laminate is loud to walk on. You hear our dogs walk across the room in the middle of the night. Also, you can feel some give in the floor, which makes the floors feel cheap (not high end). At the end of the day, the service was good, but overall we are not the happy with our new floors. If I had gotten more than one estimate, I probably would have learned about the different types of flooring. Unfortunately, I went with the only bid I got because Becks had such good reviews on Yelp.

One more thing. Dave was not here for the install, which was fine, but I would have thought that he or Misty would call after the job to see if we were happy. We never heard from anyone after the installers left.

They were extremely flexible with changes I created and did an excellent job. Misty and the folks doing the work were always very pleasant.

Last month, Beck's installed carpeting in 4 rooms of our home. Everything was perfect from start to finish, from Dave coming to the house for an estimate, on going communication with Misty and installation by Julian & George. Very precise, skilled craftsmanship. We are so pleased with our purchase from this wonderful company.

I had called in December for a quote. Dave came out soon after to give us a quote. I called in March to book Beck's to come do our floor. I had to push it out until May and they were very flexible. We had an emergency and had to push it until June and they did that. Their crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job. We are extremely happy with their service. Thanks everyone!

Highly recommend this company - they were cheaper than a flooring retail store that I visited, and super reliable and communicative. I had carpets replaced in a new home and timing was tricky between the close and the furniture arrival, and they were able to install the carpets within the narrow window I had. I hope to use them again when I save enough $$ to install hardwood floors!

Dave & Misty, owners of Beck Flooring offer a level of customer service that more businesses would benefit from providing. Time, patience & their product knowledge allowed me to find the flooring I desired. Rob, Robert & Charlie, our installers, were polite & professional, and took great care in doing their job. "We don't need the work we're busy enough" -Actual words from technician in my home giving me a price quote Technician showed up early for a scheduled estimate when I was in the middle of a zoom meeting for work, I asked him to wait a few minutes until meeting was over and went out to grab him, no big deal. Once he came back and entered my home his attitude changed entirely.

He was refusing to answer questions, grumbling instead of using the words 'yes' or 'no', and otherwise doing everything he could to signal he was annoyed and pissed off. I tried to be professional and deal with it because I just really wanted to get this flooring job done. I repeatedly asked for samples and he said "well I don't know what you want you need to figure it out". That's funny because when Misty and I spoke on the phone she promised there would be samples brought over for me to look at.

The best part was once he realized the size of the flooring job was only 500sqft and started mentioning mimimim charges, he left my house literally saying, and I quote, "We don't need the work we're busy enough". For anyone reading this review considering Beck, please note from the words of the technicians you invite into your home to offer a multi thousand dollar work contract, "We don't need the work".

Wow wow wow! This is the one and only flooring company I will use. High quality, fair prices, and great customer service. You couldn't ask for more with the floor company. I will be getting my stairs done next one so save up a little bit more money. Thank you for the great work Santiago and father!

Dave and Misty were very helpful in arranging for our new house flooring to be changed from carpet and tile to beautiful vinyl planks throughout all rooms. When Dave brought the samples over, the selection was exactly what we had asked for - mid to dark wood grains - with a few other options that made it very hard to choose a favorite one! The estimate was very detailed and the pricing was fair for the outstanding work Santiago did installing the floor.

Every plank lines up, all the corners are perfectly tight to the walls, and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone who's looking to remodel their living space. (Just as a side note, only the carpet was removed. Wherever there was tile, the wood planks were laid over it per our request, as this was a possibility).

I highly recommend David and his team. David is the owner and personally came to our house to look at what we were needing. They were honest and didn't try to up sell me on tearing out my tile as we had laminate on top of it. They were the most affordable and had the best samples out of everyone else we met. They did an absolutely amazing job.

They were quick, efficient and the quality of product is exceptional. I'm absolutely in love with my new floors. It brightens up our home so much. They were flexible with our needs and finished on time. We also got carpet installed and they are so soft. Everyone was professional and answered our questions or concerns. The only thing I wish I would have known in advance was the gap on our door frames after the installation.

Our vinyl was thinner than our laminate so we will have to get that replaced. Not their fault but would have liked to know that it was possible so we could prepare for the fix and additional cost. I highly recommend this company! They exceeded my expectations.
