We've used The Floor Store twice now and are so glad to be return customers. Chris Galvan and crew do a great job with customer service, spending the time with you to make sure you get what you're looking for. The new carpet we purchased for our bedrooms has turned our rooms into a retreat. The kids LOVE lying on the floor. We've caught the dog trying to sneak in to enjoy the carpet, too, because it feels so good!

We purchased from the Monte Carlo III line and DuraPlush pad. Totally worth it! And we even got some carpet to redo our kitty tower. We highly recommend shopping this locally-owned family store.

We just replaced the carpet in our home we purchased a year ago. We weren't ready to add carpet at move-in, so we did a bit later. Warren helped us decide which carpet to go with. He made it easy because we didn't spend time looking at stuff we weren't interested in. We looked at a few examples and he gave us the boards to take home to figure out the right color. Installation staff was very friendly and got everything installed. It looks great and very happy with the final result. Also, learned how Dyson harms carpet, so we also ended up with a new vacuum.

I walked in and knew I made the right choice coming to the floor store. I immediately felt like I was at home they were fast and welcoming helping me find the perfect carpet. 10/10 will be coming back for my next project

Sold me the wrong size and would not take responsibility blaming the manufacturer. 3 boxes of tiles were broken. Tried to blame my contractor! Would not use this place ever again! Poor customer service! Later found the same tile for half the price elsewhere!

We were looking to replace our carpet in our family room. Found The Floor Store on Yelp and went in to have a look. We met with Gregg and he was very attentive to our needs. Showed us lots of samples and encouraged us to bring one home to look at it in the room we were redoing. Once we brought it home we were sold and went in to order our new flooring.

We were quoted a delivery timeline of about 7 days and to our happy surprise we were called in 10 days to pick up our order. Gregg even convinced my husband that if he was handy the job was a simple one and could actually be a DIY project. We would happily go back and give this awesome store our business again!

We came into the floor store with a super last minute request of needing carpet and padding same day for a DIY project. Chris welcomed us In with open arms and took care of us from the moment we walked in to the second we drove away. He made sure we had everything we need AND called to follow up to make sure the project went smoothly. Us being young new home owners we felt so comfortable and were so impressed with the customer service at the floor store! We will be going back 100% for the rest of our floor needs!

Chris and the entire crew at The Floor Store were extremely helpful and professional. I went to them for a specific size of carpet padding that the big names stores were unable to help me with. They were able to cut the specific size I needed. Every employee I had contact with was polite and friendly and even asked if I wanted a bottle of water while I waited. I came into the store needed a small carpet pad remnant. Warren identified the correct pad, carried the pad to my car, and didn't charge me for it! While I was waiting, I looked around and noticed they have a really nice selection of counter top materials and flooring. If I had a project to do in my house, I would definitely make a stop there first.

I purchased a 12'x14' carpet as an area rug for a large family room. This carpet required padding and binding. The store is beautiful and well appointed with an unbelievable selection. They really know customer service. Went in 5 mins to close for a remnant for a project and Chris, the owner showed us a whole variety. Found some blue zebra I love. Might change all my carpets for fun.

I had the absolute BEST experience at The Floor Store. I had been searching and searching for a certain type of pattern carpet for my stairs and had tried multiple places. I kept getting the same reaction, "that won't work on stairs!" The Floor Store tracked down the exact pattern carpet i wanted, special ordered it for me and put their best installer on the job!

It turned out PERFECT! We worked directly with Chris, who took time out of his day and came to our new home, brought vinyl samples walked us through the entire home project. It was easy from start to finish. My new home is exactly the way I envisioned it to be. Thank you to Chris and The Floor Store!

Very pleased with product, installers were excellent, unfortunately had to deal with Warren, rudest individual we have dealt with in our memory.

Usually when we do a large project for our home we get three bids. I had looked at HD and Lowe's for luxury vinyl plank and wasn't thrilled with anything that I saw. I had heard about The Floor Store on FB groups when others had mentioned them. I went there on a whim one day just to see what they had. I met Chris and he was great. He listened to what kind of look and color I want and he gave me several to choose from.

I decided to go ahead and make an appointment for an in home consultation. Robert came to our home. He brought the samples I had chosen and measured the space where we want new flooring. Within a couple of hours we had an estimate. Like I said, we usually get three bids. We didn't this time. The price seemed fair compared to flooring we had done in the past.

We really liked the experience we had so far with Chris and Robert and just decided to go for it. There was wonderful communication from Chris leading up to our install date. Our installers were Geoff, Brandy and Sam. They were excellent! They did 1,200 sq ft of flooring and new baseboards in 4 days. They were pleasant to talk to and they were respectful and cleaned up well at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our floors and I highly recommend The Floor Store.

Having just purchased a condo, we realized quickly that all the flooring needed replacing. Step in - Warren at The Floor Store. From start to finish, he was there for us even going so far as to contact the HOA people at the complex to get an understanding of requirements for flooring in a 2nd floor condo. He was always available to answer all our questions and I just felt that he went over and above what most people would have done. The installers were exceptionally professional and as can be seen in the pictures, the end result was amazing. Highlu recommend them.

I recently bought carpet for our family room from the floor store and had a great experience. Chris was very helpful in helping me decide the best carpet for the high traffic area that was also budget friendly. We shopped around quite a bit and feel we got the best bang for our buck here. The installer was also great. We love our finished product and hope it lasts a long time. We will definitely be back for any future flooring needs.
