Enmar Hardwood Flooring

We had a unique opportunity to have some 100+year-old Pennsylvania Cherry trees cut from a family homestead in PA and use for our bedroom floor. (The trees were in need of thinning in this area.) Enmar from the start was professional and courteous. The installation was done exceptionally well by Canis. We love the feel of the floor and know that solid workmanship was done. Very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone - especially those with a custom home or have a unique installation!

I would recommend Enmar for flooring needs. My wife and I had no idea what type of wood flooring we liked and what looked good in our house so we tried pretty much every wood floor sample they had in our house. That included purchasing sample boxes so that we could see how a larger sample would look. It took over 7 months to figure out what we liked and Armondo and Brian were supportive and patient throughout the entire process.

Most companies would have gotten frustrated with us but they genuinely wanted us to be happy with our decision. We worked with Armondo and you can tell that customer service is number one for him and for Enmar. For example, even after we had paid them and the job was done, Armondo was just as responsive to questions after the job as he was before. Armondo provided valuable advice for things that I would have never thought about which was helpful.

Any little concern we had, he resolved without question. Armondo made a tricky process easy. Armondo even went up and beyond to help us coordinate the tile flooring updates in our bathroom If you do chose Enmar, I recommend Carlos for the install. I have had installations of all types before but Carlos' pride in ensuring that the job is done RIGHT is unmatched.

Brian came out to give us an estimate and had some great ideas. His proposal was in line with others we had received but his portfolio of work was way more impressive. We were replacing our carpet in master bedroom with engineered hardwood in a herringbone pattern. The installers were awesome. They showed on time, were clean with their work and professional. We're more than pleased with the end result. We will use Enmar in the future without a doubt.

I thought we were dealing with a water damaged floor, but when I reached out to Brian and sent him photos, he immediately called me back and let me know it looked like termites. Turns out he was right! So we treated the termites, and then two months later, when it was time to fix the floor, I reached out to Brian again. He was so incredibly helpful.

He provided a quote for the floor fix and explained the work it would entail. He then provided another option and explained how it could be fixed with just a handyman or even my husband and myself. He also took a look at the extra flooring in our garage and suggested we bring it inside so the heat wouldn't warp it over time. Oh, and he took a look at a few other areas where I had questions about our floor and provided the answers I needed.

After all that, we didn't have a need for him and his services. But he didn't seem to mind. What an honest, kind man! He clearly knows everything when it comes to flooring and he just wants to help. Didn't ask for a penny even though I took up an hour of his time.

If you are considering hardwood floors absolutely give Brian a visit. I researched several places over a few months and I'm glad I found ENMAR. I tried a few mobile companies which had limited selection and a few wholesale places which had the highest prices. His store has a humongous selection of hardwood at unbeatable prices. What I really liked is Brian deals with you one on one when you visit his store.

He is very knowledgeable about his craft and hardwood floor products. I saved money after talking with him deciding to go with a completely different style and brand. Because his place has such a big selection you can really get a sense of style and quality versus looking at pictures online. His install team Carlos and Jared were awesome. Professional, efficient and most importantly skilled.

They worked hard and left my home clean after the job was done. Brian even picked up and delivered new baseboards to my home at no extra charge. I am extremely happy with my new floors. If you're like me and get several bids for a job, make sure ENMAR is one of them. You will not be disappointed.

Enmar Flooring did our vinyl flooring and we're happy with it overall. From cost estimate, materials, to finishing the job, Armando led the project and stayed on top of it. His team is knowledgable what's best and did it all in very timely manner. Everything about the project is detailed and communication is constant throughout. I highly recommend Enmar.

I bought vinyl flooring for my master bedroom & closet. The "vinyl guy", Armando, ordered the wrong trim causing delay in completion by 2 additional days. He installed the trim personally and did a very sloppy job. You can see the adhesive sticking out. It didn't look like that when Empire Flooring did my other rooms, they did it much neater. I texted Armando to have it addressed and sent pictures but he told me I can easily clean it myself with a credit card.

Armando at Enmar has been my rep for several years now as a trade partner. This guy knows his stuff. His customer service is excellent and he always follows through. I highly recommend Enmar Hardwood Flooring. Armando was great to work with and the installers were amazing. They replaced tile in two rooms of my home with wood floors. The floors turned out beautifully. Their workmanship and detail exceeded my expectations.

I had a wonderful experience with ENMAR. My four rooms turned out beautifully and Carlos was GREAT. He really went the extra mile to make sure my other floors were protected while he worked and he was super clean as well. He told me there would not be a lot of dust and he was correct. I had little to do when he walked out the door. He even used Boni floor cleaner on the completed floors so I had only to get the furniture back in place.

They let me know when they would arrive and he kept me up to date every day on when they would finish the job so I could get my movers back in. I recently had all of the tile flooring in our home removed and replaced with engineered wood. I had interviewed four people for the job. Enmar was definitely the best as far as product, knowledge, helpfulness, price, and just nice people with whom to do business! Brian impressed me from the very beginning.especially when I asked about tile removal.

He took business away from his own company by telling me that they would remove the tile, but, honestly, we would be far better off to hire Colyn Macdonald of Kodiak Tile/Dustless Tile Removal. He was absolutely right in his recommendation.but, my main point is that he wanted what was BEST FOR THE CLIENT, at his own expense! Brian is very easy going and always gave me the time I needed, to talk about concerns and to give his input to help ease the decision making process.

He is honest, and knowledgeable about his product. His installers, Canice and Jerod were both pleasant people who were very easy to have working in the house. They were hard workers, (NO wasting of time while here, for sure!) knowledgeable and talented. Their work was exact, they were neat, and left absolutely no mess at all. And.our dog fell in love with Canice. hahaha That says something.

We used Enmar to install hardwood into some previously carpeted areas. The price was reasonable, Brian was professional and transparent, and the installers did an incredible job. We couldn't be happier with the new floors!

Great company. We did engineered hardwood on our entire second floor (Except bathrooms), stairways and a guest room on the first floor. Armando took care of planning/managing our job and he did an excellent job. He is really knowledgeable about floors, and he never tried to sell one product over another. He answered ALL our questions and addressed all of our concerns.

The installers, one of them named Carlos, worked fast, clean, and were very punctual. In addition, they explained every little detail of the installation as they went through. When they were finished, they left everything super clean. In addition they moved furniture around which a lot of other companies told me they did not. As far as pricing, I got about 4 additional estimates, and they were right within the ballpark.

I decided to select them based on their knowledge, professionalism and the fact that they had a good variety of products in their store. Brian answered all of our questions, alleviated our anxieties and gave us a very competitive price. We can't say enough about his dedicated, in house, installation team. True tradesmen, willing to go above and beyond to meet our every need. During the 3 day process, Brian visited our home and checked on the job, his crew, and asked if we had any issues. If you are putting in wood floors, this is the place. They are very knowledgeable and have awesome customer service. I purchased flooring from them but used my contractor for installation. That was a mistake! We had some issues after the installation with hollow spots. The contractor send someone out to fix it and he made it worse. After 3 days of work and their "fix", I had a raised piece of wood in the middle of the floor, staples in the floor and hollow spots.

I called Brian for advice and while he didn't do the install, he sent someone out to give me a plan on how to fix. I worked it out with my contractor and Brian's team repaired my floor in about 4 hours. I can't recommend this company enough. I would give them a 10!

Thank you, Brian, for taking great care of us from Day 1! We are in love with our new floors. Thank you for always being available when we had questions! (I know we had tons!) The only thing we regret is not having your installers on the job. Ours took a little longer than we had in mind, but still happy w/ the results! We will definitely spread the word! Thanks again!

The owner actually opened the store after hours to go over all the options and educate us on hardwood. This guy truly cares about his customers and loves what he does. Great guy, great service, beautiful showroom and products. I am not sure if these options are right for us as we are still debating on what we really want but if you want hardwood, this is definitely the place to go. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

It has been several months since the floors were installed and they still look great. Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us to the perfect floor for our room. Thanks to his patience and guidance we ended up with great floors. Will use ENMAR again in the future.

I called Enmar Flooring based on their reviews. I also contacted another flooring company at the same time from a friend's recommendation and by the time the other flooring company had called me back Brian at Enmar had not only responded to my initial call, but had been to my house to measure and had given me an estimate. He was incredibly responsive and has an obvious high level of expertise that I don't think I could find elsewhere.

During installation, his team was efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I was incredibly impressed. I am so happy with my wood floors. They look stunning. I would recommend Brian's company a hundred times over.

Brian was helpful, patient, and friendly while we chose a flooring material from their showroom (which features only engineered hardwood). Although their selection is large, most of them were out of our budget. However, we were still able to find something for a reasonable price. The installation cost was competitive and included cutting the existing baseboards up a bit to fit the new flooring. Flooring was ordered and arrived on time.

Install crew was hard working and friendly. Although they did work pretty late and sometimes seemed like they were rushing. The end result looks great and Brian made sure we were happy. He happily agreed to fix the couple small issues and they did a great job making some difficult transitions to uneven tile. A previous owner's remodel did not use the same size baseboards on one wall which left a gap with the new floor.

Although not at all the fault of the installers, Brian offered to install new baseboards to fit if I was able to purchase them. True to his word, all small issues were rectified and the new baseboards were installed! I would absolutely go back to Enmar Hardwood Flooring for my next job.

I have been wanting hardwood flooring installed in my home for a very long time. I've shopped and done plenty of research. I decided on ENMAR because Brian made me feel comfortable (no pressure at all) and confident that my floors would turn out exactly how I pictured them. I was right! He made some great recommendations that saved us money while also giving us the perfect look that we were looking for.

There were so many beautiful wood brands, sizes, and stains to choose from, but it was not overwhelming at all. It was really nice to have options and have the opportunity to bring samples home. I was able to take several samples home and decide what we wanted to do, without any pressure. The flooring has been in about a month and we are extremely pleased with the results.

The process was as painless as any remodel can be. Brian's crew was wonderful to deal with and very professional. There were a few items that needed attention after the install and Brian got them right out to fix it. I love how my stairs and loft look and when the kids go back to school I am going to do my formal living and dining rooms.

I had my floors done in April and they are gorgeous. I willl be doing a few more rooms when I get the chance. If there was 10 stars to give, I would give Brian and Enmar a 10!

As to the earlier bad review from another reviewer, I think Brian bought the company just a few years ago, so that review has nothing to do with the current business or ownership. *************** UPDATE: 1/17/2017 I went back to Enmar to get another room done. All flooring previously installed is in great shape, and I have had no issues. The latest work was one more room. Brian found my wood quickly and negotiated a discount for me.

What I most appreciated though is that the installers (Canice and team) were diligent and conscientious! They knew I was concerned about the mess (and flooring install tends to be messy). So, they took extra effort to contain it to the room at hand. They worked through the window, so they didn't have to drag things back and forth through my house. They worked quickly and were super neat. Thank you again Enmar. Thank you especially Canice -- you are wonderful!

Enmar is the only place you need to go for your hardwood flooring needs. Trust me, stay the hell out of Lumber Liquidators unless you want cheap garbage. The owners are very personable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for the sale. We borrowed several sanples to take home to see how we liked it in the room. We finally settled on a flooring and found out it was backordered.

We were bummed due to the urgency of getting our first baby's nursery completed. Brian called the supplier and was able to get what we needed weeks ahead of the stated availability. The installer was polite and courteous and worked quickly. We are more than happy with the finished product. Do yourselves a favor and check this place out. The pricing is competitive and the customer service is exemplary. Thanks so much!

We were considering using lumber liquidators or Home Depot, but happen to stumble across Enmar before we made a decision. After meeting with Brian, the owner, and seeing their flooring we decided to support a local small business. Everything he said they'd do they did and we were very impressed with the work of the installers. They cleaned up after themselves before they left and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and we will probably have them do a couple more rooms as well.
