We had an existing patio cover. We bought the home 4 years ago. The previous owner left us some files. He had added the existing patio cover. We pulled his file and it had been installed by ALL SEASONS. So we decided to go with them. We wanted to extend on both ends. They addEd the slats roof on the north end to fill in the gap, match the existing and attach it to the house.

They added a solid roof on the south end. Oscar junior did an amazing job. it came out so perfect! All Seasons also added electronic shades. JR came out an measured for those. It was going to be a little tricky since some of the posts needEd to be on a slight angle. Those were installed by Jake and Joe, they came out beautiful! Also, want to give a shout-out to the office people! They were ALL super nice and accommodating, Michaela, Jessie and Lola.

Contract for a patio cover signed May 28th 2021 - and they don't even have planning permission yet, and can't say when they will get it - yes for a simple patio cover. they also took over half of the cost straight away so have little incentive to do anything. I live on a new development and am on a mission to make sure they don't scam any of my neighbours.

We live in a house with a large, west facing patio and two sliding glass doors. We leave the glass doors open to take advantage of the breeze. We have a large dog and cats that go in and out of the house all day. They know how to open the screen doors. Their skill made it necessary to replace screens annually. The door frames were damaged and needed replacement.

I wanted screens that were animal resistant. Tiger Wire seemed to be the answer. We contacted All Seasons. We visited their shop. I wanted to see the materials that were going into these new screen doors before we committed. I was satisfied that to see an impenetrable stainless steel fabric securely fastened in heavy gauge frame with beefy stainless steel rollers.

It looked bulletproof enough to me. JR Schantz came to our house, provided an estimate, screens installed within a week. The installation was quick and clean. JR took the old screen off site so we did not have to deal with their disposal. The screens operate flawlessly. Pets can't open the doors. They latch better than the old doors. There is no way a pet or even a human can cut or detach the screen without tools.

Our pets now sit patiently by the doors and wait for them to be opened. We love our new Tiger Screens. Be aware that quality and durability don't come cheap. These screens were substantially more expensive than the box store product. They are definitely worth the cost.

We had a great experience with All Seasons! Long story but we were going to replace our rotting patio cover two years ago but cancelled the contract (realized it was out of our budget) with no issues. Fast forward to today and everything went as planned. First, we visited the showroom and met J.R. He pulled up the old contract and we began to discuss options.

Then Larry (owner) showed up and discounted the project a few percentage points, which sealed the deal for us. Took about a month from measure to install but no issues. Our installer was Ulie, the most professional, competent, and kind home improvement professional I've worked with in a long time. He explained everything, did excellent work, and cleaned up well.

We had to make a footing modification and ran into a small light/dimmer switch SNAFU but Ulie took care of it to our satisfaction (we might address the dimmer switch issue later). Overall, very professional company, great people and VETERAN friendly! Larry, J.R. and some of the other guys are Vets and the company gives Veterans discounts! I would recommend All Season without reservation to all my friends and family! PRO: Professional, listens to their customers needs and designs a patio cover that fits.

Very little up-sell pressure; an occasional "this product is thicker" or "this product is more sturdy" but nothing that made us feel like we had to spend more cash. Fast - took less than a month to complete the project. Cost - a little cheaper than competitors. CON: None really but see recommendations. REC: Use tarps or vacuum to reduce the amount of metal shavings stuck between pavers and in the grass. Ulie tried his best to get every last one but there are still some shavings.

Consumer Notes: LED lights are expensive and bright! You many not need as many lights as you think. We bought 4 LED lights to cover 12x28 patio and could probably have gotten by with just 2.

We needed to replace the Trellis like slats in our entry way and over our atrium as well as get the cover over our BBQ. All Seasons did a fabulous job with everything turning out better than we expected. Highly recommend them.

Peter was very friendly, profesional, knowledgeable. We are getting a patio cover with a roof. Yuli will be pur installer and pete was nice enough to have Yuli on Facetime to look over the job. He also setup the proper timeline for my project.

All Seasons Windows & Patios Inc. was a great experience for us. They showed up on agreed contract date, their employees were very professional, courteous, and well groomed. We went with a local company as we try to do to keep businesses thriving in our neighborhood and it paid off well. As with all construction projects there were very few minor issues and they responded promptly to take care of them.

All Seasons followed code regulations with the electrical work and did not attempt to "rig" any phase of the project. Larry is a wealth of information, a great business man and has been in the business for several years. I recently had a door knob replacement issue and went to their place of business and was given what I needed free of charge! If you are looking to improve the ethticity and monetary value of your home and are looking for an upright company, I highly recommend All Seasons Windows & Patios Inc.

Greg Johnson was knowledgeable on the various options offered for artificial grass with All Seasons Windows and Patios. The crew was neat and orderly on the day of the installation. The transformation was amazing! Our front yard is the most pristine of the block thanks to the All Seasons team and the HOA is off our back!

Just inquiring and phone shopping for some quick answers that could have led to a good sale and was basically to call back when I was serious. I'm a contractor new to the area with some decent work lined up, but they didn't want to hear it. Last time I'll deal with them. Ever. One star for actually answering the phone. I read your reply, and no, I did not ask for a quote over the phone, and yes, I do know how businesses operate. Just pointing out that the person I was talking to was basically rude.

We just recently moved to a new home and needed to shop around companies for shutters. I had a friend who referred me to All Seasons Windows and Patios. Spoke with the manager Larry and who also came to our house and gave us a free consultation. We went with All Seasons b/c they seemed like they definitely knew their products and they suited us best for the price and quality we were looking for.

Another guy named Don came to our house before ordering the shutters to double check the measurements which pleased me b/c I am a detailed oriented. Don knew everything there was to know about window treatments and was a pleasure to speak with. A little over 2 weeks later our shutters came and were installed a bit later d/t holiday conflicting schedules (installer was on vacation).

But when we finally got a date that worked for installation, 2 guys came, Jerry and Mark, and they were professional as ever and even so nice to my dog. Took about 2 hours to install 16 shutters and did they turn out beautiful. Showed me how to work the shutters, how to maintain them, as well as cleaned up everything. Needless to say, the whole process went very smoothly.

From consultation to installation, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this company, very knowledgeable and experienced staff and great customer service. This company gets 2 thumbs up in my book.

DO not use this company our patio is still not finish its been almost a year. Do your research before you hire any company to come do any work in your home. We made the mistake of not doing that and regret it and unfortunately our experience was no different than the negative reviews that many customers wrote. We were made to feel that we were trying to get things done for free or not included in the contract. when we hired them they said they would have it done within a month time frame.

They showed up on the last week of when the project was suppose to be done. The patio was the wrong size. The heaters that we purchased thru them did not produce the heat that they told us in which they were $2800 to install then told me that they had just started using that company. If you don't know the product your selling don't sell it to the customer.

The owner got involve and made certain promises that were never delivered and then tried charging us for them. I finally just hired another company to come finish the electrical and spent another $2000 to fix there mistakes.

After having several companies come by to give us estimates for our patio cover, we felt that All Seasons Windows and Patios was the most experienced and best qualified company that gave us confidence to move forward with the job. They had the best prices, and in addition to that, they were the only company out of many that had a beautiful showroom!

Their products were on display and we were able to better visualize what we wanted our patio cover to look like. The salesman was very informational and the workers were professional and punctual. The job was completed in a timely fashion. From the moment that I signed the contract, it took around four weeks for my patio cover to be installed and it was a one-day installation. Gary, the project coordinator, was very efficient in coordinating my measure and installation appointments to best accommodate my schedule. They over-delivered and exceeded what they had promised. We are so thrilled with our new patio cover!

We had contracted for a Alumawood patio cover in our back yard. We were referred by a friend who said they did a great job on a small cover in their back yard. Larry came out and gave us a quote with several options.

I was oversold upgrades and given free bonuses that I did not need and did not fit together. Larry said I was getting a Cadillac instead of a Ford to justify the higher price. I ended up not getting all the items on the contract and they did not bother to call me to inform me of this breach of contract.
