It turns out I am not the only one observing this because another review was left about this SAME situation! The driver was on the phone the entire time on the freeway causing a back up and being overall just reckless. Based off his driving, this is not a professional company! I included a photo for proof. (I was riding passenger, so I was not driving myself and taking the photo)

Critical: Professionalism Reckless driving, disregard for traffic laws, on the phone not hands-free looked to be texting. Overall unsafe driving overall. Based on their driving, I would never feel safe inviting them to my house because I would not feel comfortable being the reason they are on the road!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Not professional at all they broke my fountain that I paid 400 dollars for. They lied to my face and told me that it was already broken when they got there. They Did not clean up after themselves. I found 2 beer bottles in my back yard when they left. And I dont drink. Never going back to this company

I moved out from Virginia two years ago to take a position with Tuck. I find the company to be very family oriented, which is wonderful for me as a single mother. I also find the environment to be challenging me individually to improve my industry skills. My co-workers are fun and work hard to provide top-notch service to our clients. I chose to apply with Tuck landscape after years of sales and working as a concrete finisher. When I was first brought on there was a lot I didn't know in regards to landscape, snow removal or water features, which was the division I was ultimately hired to run. They sent me with someone that was familiar with our current clients to train me on each individual feature.
Management gave me the time necessary to truly learn my role and has supported me in every step of the way. While challenging at times, Tuck has been an amazing place to work and I am proud to be a part of this team.

I have worked for Tuck Landscape for 6 years and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. I started as the receptionist. Tuck believed in me and allowed me to grow into various roles I never imagined I had the ability to do.
