I can't say enough great things about Larry and his company. He has done tons of work for us and is always on time and the quality of work is amazing. He won't over charge and he will look for the best deals to get you the best price. The most recent time we saw Larry was today, my husband took out a chunk in our septic pipe when excavating an area in our yard.

I frantically called Larry and even though he was on the opposite side of the city for work (and we live in mount Charleston!), he came as soon as he could to fix the problem. 100% recommend!

Critical:Punctuality, Responsiveness This isn't you? Looks like someone has copied your logo, and email address. Has hacked your phone system so that when customers call you it's redirected. That, or you're just dishonest.

Larry has done two jobs for me in the past few months. He installed a new toilet for one job and then a water heater on another occasion. Both times he was efficient and finished in a timely manner. He and his partner cleaned up thoroughly at the completion of the jobs. Also, both jobs were started within two days after my initial call. I appreciated not having wait days or weeks. The work was all professionally done. I highly recommend Plumbing Pros. I will be hiring them again in the future.

Larry and his team were wonderful! They quoted me much lower than the other places around here and there came out to replace and install my water heater that same morning. So knowledgeable, quick and friendly! I won't be using anyone else besides Larry from now on and I highly recommend him!

Second time I've used Plumbing Pros. I called late afternoon, was too late in the day, but Larry not only called me back right away the next morning, was even early to my house! He promptly took care of my problem was price was very reasonable, less than half of what was quoted with another company. I clogged my sink with rice and called to get an estimate to see how much it would cost, the man on the phone was very helpful and actually walked me through how to fix it myself! It was a really easy fix and I'm so great full to him for helping me! If I ever have another problem I'm calling these guys again.

Plumbing Pros is a top-notch, honest company! I met Larry Cruz while picking up parts at a local plumbing supply store. He offered to assist me in finding a part (even though he didn't work there) after seeing me looking around for assistance. I recently had a horrible experience with a local plumber/restoration company and was determined to put my DIY skills to work on my main line leak. Larry was very helpful in assisting me and didn't solicit his services (I actually asked for his business card). It's a good thing too because after repairing the leak I found, there was still another I couldn't find. Hence, I called Larry the next day to come out and take a look.

He kindly fit me to his busy schedule, offered a more than fair and reasonable rate, and resolved my water issue immediately. Claudio took great pride in his work. He showed me the meter after install (to show the leak was repaired), and returned my yard in better shape then it was when he arrived.

It was sent to us by email. It was very clear what his job description entailed & the cost to us. We moved forward with Plumbing Pros. They showed up on time & most importantly they were very respectful of our home. & health. They both wore masks, gloves & shoe covers. Larry was friendly, professional & a good listener. He did everything by the book. He scheduled the building inspector for the following day. Job was passed & we are good to go. We will be using him for future plumbing needs.

Larry installed a tankless water heater for us. He was awesome. Always on time. Very knowledgeable - professional. Quality of work was very high. Love the unit! If we need any plumbing we will call him again.

Larry was best plumber ever. He came into my nail salon immediately and came back the next morning to fix a plumbing issue I had. Very honorable man and I highly recommend. Also his pricing is great.

We had a wonderful experience with Larry at Plumbing Pros. We were moving into a new house that had a huge walk in spa shower but no tub. I can't live without a tub so we had to gut the entire area and remake it to my liking. Larry helped us every step of the way. He helped with design, purchasing our fixtures, and hiring the tile and drywall guy.

He saved us a lot of money by looking at our tile quotes and helping us choose the right guy for the job. And since he is fluent in Spanish we were able to hire a tile guy that I would not have been able to communicate with otherwise. Even though he is not a contractor, he oversaw the other guys work and knew when something needed addressed. I always felt like we were in good hands and that he could be trusted.

Larry was quick to respond with a very reasonable price to come out the next day and replaced my water heater. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was a all round great guy. Had a great time talking cars with him, also. The install looked way more professional than the original water heater. I'll be calling Larry from now on out for any plumbing issues. Give Larry a call - you will be glad you did!

We had the water main pipe replaced from the street to the house. The work was done in a timely manner and did not have issues with the HOA. Update--- It's been about 6 months since we had the repair. I discovered a leak in the irrigation line to the backyard. Larry responded and fixed the problem the same day. He exceeded my expectations to say the least. Thank you for your prompt service.

Honest and trustworthy plumbing company. We had our main water supply completely replaced, rather than repairing. Larry followed up in a timely manner & provided a quote w/in a day. He and his staff did a great job & cleaned up after the project was complete.

I called Plumbing Pros for a quote and met with LARRY. It was refreshing to deal with a true professional. He was always on time and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of plumbing services. LARRY is an honest businessman which sometimes is hard to find Had some work done two years ago, he was wonderful to work with, however fast forward two years and business seems good but sometimes when that happens the company doesn't realize that they in fact are providing a service and should act as a professional this is where unfortunately things have changed, and another potentially good provider bites the dust. Called plumbing pros this morning in regards to my water heater. Talked to Larry. He came out this afternoon and flushed my water heater (for free). Any other company would have probably made me buy a new water heater. Larry gave me some great advice. Would totally recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Larry!

I can't rate the service. But based off of the customer service, hostile attitude and canceling and flaking of the scheduled appointment, I would rate 0 stars if I could. I called him at 8:14 am to schedule an appointment. He stated he would be here late morning. His exact words were, 'no later than 9:30 am.' Thank you for telling me that you would be here at 9:30am and than 12:00pm.

And than canceling both time periods. I than receive a call from you at 12:16 pm to tell me that your clear across town and would arrive whenever. And when I questioned the arrival time, you got upset and combative over the phone towards me and cancelled the entire appointment. I had to scramble to try and find someone to fix my water heater. Thank you, because I found someone else who was efficient and came at the time they stated. Unprofessional. Please look elsewhere for your plumbing services.

In our defense of the negative review. It's so sad how a client that didn't want to pay for work that was performed on their home, leads to a negative review. Instead of letting us finish the job they let a father-in-law (whose NOT a plumber) finish, then have the audacity to blame us for his faults.

Larry Cruz with Plumbing Pros is not a plumber, but a con man. I trusted him with re-doing some plumbing in our bathroom and he made a disaster of it. One sink was plumbed and it leaked. The interior bottom of the cabinet is now warped.
