What a rip off company! Stay far away! Had a quote for $55.00 to clean the carpet in two rooms and one hallway. Rep came and changed price to $350.00. At first I thought he was joking. He wasn't. The total square footage to be cleaned was about 250 square feet. I'm not sure why they are still in business.

The Tech did an excellent job of getting our carpet cleaned. We have had unfavorable results with competitor carpet cleaning services in the past. We look forward to using Precision again for our upholstery cleaning needs. Service:General carpet cleaning

I engaged Precision Carpet to clean the carpet in the living room, dining area, and two bedrooms at my house in St Augustine. I saw their full-page ad in the local advertising supplement. The starting price was under $100. They said I would need deep cleaning, so I agreed to the full job that included clean, chemical boost, deep scrub method for $412.

A man with a truck came to the house, worked for about :20 minutes and left. Stains remained, the carpet looked filthy, especially in corners. I was able to remove the stains by hand with Shout Cleaner and Oxyclean, however the carpet remained grimy. A kid with a rented machine from Walmart could have done better. When I called to complain, the manager told me they would return and fix the problem.

A worker came, looked around and said, there was nothing he would do. He couldn't get into corners, and they wouldn't redo the job unless I gave them another $412. This company does not live up to it's name. They neither clean nor are they precise. I'm out $412, and have nothing to show for it.

Advertised and preliminary quotes at 59.99 for 3 small bedrooms. All carpets were cleaned 6 months ago and have no stains. Technician showed and quoted 350$. Why not advertise realistic prices. Would not recommend this company.

I wish I had read the other reviews, what started as a $99 quote turned out to be a $300 to clean a sofa, that didn't come clean (only 7 months old and had been cleaned before with wonderful results from another company) the quality was very poor, and the serviceman full of excuses, as to why it didn't come clean, "that they make no guarantee", "we never said we could get the stains out" and on and on, I loved "you should have read your contract" Then why upset me on a deep clean power scrub if it wasn't going to work?

Why take my wool Turkish rugs for 2 weeks recently stained by coffee, the entire reason I had cleaned, and return it with still with the coffee stain that you now say you can't get out. My total bill $675, one sofa, and two 5 by 7 area rugs, none of which came out clean. Better off to google how to get the stains out yourself which we then did successfully (dish soap, vinegar and arm water)then to pay these scammers. DOn't be lured by the introductory low price.

They told me they guaranteed their work, only to respond they never said they could guaranteed they could get the stains out. What was most infuriating were the scripted excuses the technician extorted. I learned my lesson, and I plan on calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. I never mind paying for good service, and can be a very loyal customer, what a shame to be treated this way.

Saw a special they were running and decided to get my carpet cleaned. They wheel you in with a special, only to get to your house to say it needs a deeper cleaning that will be about $100 more. One small bedroom was actually pretty dirty, but every other space didn't need the deep cleaning so I opted out. The gentleman completed 4 rooms and a hallway (house isn't very large) in literally 15-20 mins.

Very light water spots in some areas didn't even come out. Waste of $69.99. Wish I could've given a better review. I had high hopes. Also, don't like the fact that they have to write down your credit card info instead of swiping.

Zero stars. Bait and switch operation. Technician did a poor job. Carpet is still damp after 3 days despite the fact that I had a box fan and overhead fan going. Now the carpet is beginning to smell moldy. It was sunny the day the carpet was cleaned and partly cloudy the next, but when I called to complain the manager told me it was MY fault because "nobody told me to open the window". In fact they gave no after cleaning instructions at all. He claimed it was 100% humidity outside, complete BS. Avoid like the plague!

**GREAT SERVICE BUT WITH A CAVEAT** Ray was early which was nice and worked out perfectly. He called and said that he had a cancellation and was able to bump up our time slot. He was a nice guy, very professional and did a great job. I'd say the company was good and they do provide a valuable service but the only reason why I wasn't able to give them a 5 star review is because it really did give me a vibe leaning more towards the bait and switch side of things.

My wife showed me a coupon from the mail so that's why I decided to give them a call. When I spoke to them on the phone a few days earlier saying I needed a quote they said they don't give quotes over the phone. Fine, I understand. They said it should be $69.99 for our 4 normal size bedrooms for a carpet cleaning and it "might go up from there" depending on how dirty our carpets are.

Ok I get that. The day of the cleaning comes and somehow the price ballooned up to almost $500. Needless to say I was taken aback. I talked with Ray for a while and explained we just need cleaning to satisfy our rental's management company's move-out requirements and our carpets were in decent shape already. After a lot of back and forth I was finally able to get the $70 rate for the cleaning.

He did a great job and wasn't overly pushy but if it was someone else who was shy or wasn't OK with doing the back and forth I can see how it would feel like they were taken advantage of, just keep that in mind. You'll get the base price with a ton of "add on's" that balloon the price up, just know that it it's ok to say no and you can add or remove whatever you choose to cater to your needs. I would use this company again.

What a false advertisement! Same as all the negative comments. After calling for a quote which over the phone was $89 dollars, the guy showed up, walked around and gave the actual quote of $650. He actually said our carpets were pristine! No stains, no pet no children! Either the tech didn't want to work or the owner is Faldo advertising and should be reported! What a bunch of malarkey! Taking advantage of veterans, retirees and the general public.

Total false advertising! Had the guy show up. Stated our carpet was pristine then gave us quote for $650. 10 TIMES THE ADVERTISED PRICE! We were completely taken back. Even if 200 square feet equaled 2 rooms the 8 room special at $99.99 would have been a decent price! We have no pets no children and the carpet was new in March of last year. Totally DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY It's no wonder he showed up early, the first customer must have also felt lied to falling for the same advertisement.

I agree with everyone else, bait and switch. I found coupon in Mint mag, called and booked an appointment for 5 rooms and hall for $69.99. They did say price could change upon arrival due to heavy stains. I live in a 700sq Ft apartment with very very mild stains. If I chose to get soap and hot water with brush I could probably knock them out. Tech arrives (friendly, no issues with him).

He proceeds to give me an estimate from $425 for highest service imaginable, to 275-300 for medium service and 125 for basic. clown stuff right. I said I want what's on the coupon, 5 bedrooms plus hall for 69.99, also comes with pre-conditioner / deodorizer. I get no pre-conditioner or deodorizer, just a basic hot water steam on carpet, I didn't even see soap / treatment coming from the machine.

Don't use this company. Before the company responds with fluff, just know back in my early 20's I cleaned carpets and used the same tools you just got done using, I know what pre-conditioner is, soap/carpet cleaner from steam/water spray, and deodorizer. BE FOREWARNED IF YOU BOOK THIS COMPANY, THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL GET.

I've used them twice and will not use them again. The last time I used them the technician got visibly upset when I didn't take allow him to charge me 10 times the advertised price. He told me it would smell awful when he left if I didn't buy their magic chemicals. It did not smell, and he didn't even bother to try to do a good job. 10 minuets for 1100 sqft and he left.

I used my carpet cleaner after he left and removed the spots he said I needed expensive chemicals to remove. Unless you want to pay them several hundred so they actually do their job, avoid.

I am so disappointed! We found this company in the Money Pages magazine and they were advertising two bedrooms for $50. Great deal! Of course when it was all said and done we got a quote it was actually $170. Totally false advertising. Well they cleaned our carpets and they looked exactly how I would expect them to. We also confirmed with our technician that the stains would be completely gone and the technician guaranteed exactly that.

That if we pay the 170 the stains would be gone. Well about a month later all of the original stains started creeping back up to the surface. They're not nearly as dark as they were but you can see every original stain that we were guaranteed would be removed. I just called and asked someone what they could do for us and they said absolutely nothing.

That we could pay them again to clean if we wanted to which I will never give them more money. He said they only guarantee stain removal for 14 days! I paid $170 for you to tell me my carpet will look good for two weeks! What kind of crap is this!

Very disappointed. Called the office, explained we wanted our grout lines cleaned and an upholstered bed cleaned. Was given a range over the phone. technician arrived and quoted $700+ to clean the grout lines -he says 700+ sq ft. (My husband who is a contractor measured at 550). Quoted over $400 to clean bed so that is $1200+. Drastically different price from over the phone.

Not too mention we just had the tile cleaned 18 months ago and this price was more than double. Agreed to have them both just steamed cleaned (did not use acid on floors) price would be $446 for both - still seems high but we already given up a day off for this. The job equates to no more than my steam mop would do. Actually, there was still dog food spill on the floor from them eating this morning.

Never again! I will use the company we used in the past and had excellent service with. I will say the technician was very friendly. I'm pretty sure they didn't use any type of cleaner.just water for $446! Never, Never again. Maybe was here 45 mins. Floors were soaking wet when he left.

Chandler (I believe that's what his name was) came out on time and was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Super nice and went above and beyond. Totally forgot to take pictures prior to him starting but OMG! This company is def one that I will use again. My carpet had stains from my kids everywhere and Dustin did his thang! I'm truly pleased with the results! Dustin was very friendly, professional, and he explained the pricing to me so I could understand! Thank you so much.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - Scheduled a carpet cleaning with this company. I was told it would wither be $59 or $99. When they got there they started the pitch. They refused to clean my carpets for the agreed upon price even though they were already in pretty good condition. They actually bring a measuring tape! They wanted 10 times the money!. The 'technician' was rude and walked away.

When I called the office and talked the 'Manager' R*#n was worse than the tech. Read the other reviews and you will see the same thing from others; but you have to sift through the reviews that are obviously fake. Also you will see similar bad reviews on Better Business Bureau. Hope this helps someone else. Wish there was a zero star option.

I should've looked them up here first! We saw their money pages ad & made an appt. but, when the tech arrived he refused those prices. Quoted us almost 10 times $$ the amount advertised. said we needed "more chemicals and a deeper clean" that's simply NOT TRUE, our carpets were in great condition and just needed a maintenance clean. My hubby said to just get them cleaned because we took the day off work and have guests coming to stay this weekend. So, On top of being over charged so much $$$ the clean was very basic and super quick. I feel like he rushed through it. We feel soo swindled! Bait and switched! DO NOT TRUST THEM OR WAIST YOUR TIME on this company!

We had this company out for carpet stretching. They damaged our hard wood floors with their tools(see attached picture). After a few weeks the carpet began pulling away ftom where they had stretched. When we called then back out, they said we would need to purchase the materials and then we would be charged an additional fee for them to fix it again. The store manager was very unprofessional and rude when I called to discuss this matter. I would never recommend this company or use them again.

Didn't even get to the carpet cleaning. You see this what looks like professional company in a Mint magazine so you set an appointment because you want a good deal with a "reputable" company and they have a coupon! $69 turns into $569! The guy comes out half high half sleep to look at our 1300 sq ft condo to say our carpet is heavily soiled (it's not) and to say with stain treatment and we charge so many cents per square inch you're looking about $500 dollars!

Don't waste your time or energy of moving all of your things around. What a waste of my time! Never again! The guy was nice though, I just don't think I could consciously charge working class people that much for a "condo."

I had Paul here yesterday. He seemed like a nice enough guy. First off my house is very clean. I wanted him to clean the grout in the shower. He didn't do a good job. There are still mold spots on the grout! Then I have an area rug 8 X 5,w hich I bought a over 10 years ago. It was expensive and still looks good. Unfortunately my son was over with his small dog and it urinated in a few spots.

After Paul finished none of the spots came out. What I'm upset about is it still smells like urine. He charged me $222.00 for nothing! A complete ripoff! Steer clear of this company.

This is the worst Carpet Cleaning company in Jacksonville, Florida - Steer clear. They lie and try to cover up their lies with mistruths and other false information. They claimed we had wool carpet and that the only way they could clean the one room and stairs was to dry clean it. Wool carpet has not been made in over 10 years and certainly would not be installed in a home. 99% of carpet is man-made with nylon and polyester etc.

I called and complained and the guy answering the phone, Ryan told me he had to go by the technician's paperwork. We had this carpet installed by Home Depot 2 years ago. DO yourself a favor and never use this company and spread the word. their ad in the money pages is a lie and they will swindle you. I am disputing this $286 bill with my Capital One Credit Card.

I will continue to share my negative thoughts on social media and with all my friends and family. I went to Home Depot and Lowes and got proof which I have sent to Capital One. The brand of carpet is Stain Master for Pets. The extremely unprofessional company, I should have known by the way the technician was dressed.

I used this company several years ago and their sales/carpet cleaner came to my residence. I called them based on a coupon I had gotten from the Mint Magazine. The carpet cleaner verbally provided a deal where if I paid $350 for him to clean my carpets in my house I would then get a free cleaning to be used by the end of the year. When I called to get my free cleaning ( before Christmas) the people who answered the phones talk to me as if I was stupid and accused me of just wanting something for free.

They refused to honor what their employee offered. I highly recommend that you do not use this company they do not honor their work, they do not honor their, deals they do not have a good costumer service, and they definitely do not have a good staff working for them.

Tyler was on time, very friendly and professional. He worked quickly and the quality of cleaning was perfect. I thought some of our carpet stains were too soiled and old to come out. Tyler made our carpet look near brand new again. I will definitely call him back in the future. We always use precision carpet cleaning. But this was the best service ever.

My carpet and tile look great. My walls and trim, not so much. I have spent SO MUCH time, money, and effort going behind to patch the gouges in my walls and baseboards and paint over the scuff marks left behind. And it is literally all over my house.not just confined to one spot where maybe the machinery was difficult to maneuver. I am absolutely appalled at the carelessness. For the money that I paid, I expected MUCH better service. I expect you to take care of my home as if it were your own. Never again.

They're very lazy, rude and they don't get the job done, they left everything in the living room and didn't even get the whole floor, they were literally so lazy that they couldn't move a metal bar to get. underneath it, they got under the one hanging but not the one on the floor, 100 dollars is there most expensive one but the "manager" Ryan wanted to say they couldn't do much with just 100$ well then they tried to get her to rip out the carpet and replace it. (Trying to get more money out of her) and then left the stain trying to make it seem like the carpet has to be torn out. They didn't get around the walls, and when I tried to call and tell the manager or whoever about it he was super.

Precision Carpet came out to our house to clean carpet i was given a price over the phone when tech got here he told me another price so i signed paper work. So i looked around the tech was removing equipment so we asked what was going on tech said that i don't think we will be able to do job so me and my husband looked at each other and we asked why the tech said i don't think we will be able to please you'll we didn't know what just happened. If you read this PLEASE DON'T USE PRECISION CARPET they didn't do the job because they wanted more money the company is a rip off.

Definitely not cheap, but with the expectation that you get quality when you pay more, they did not disappoint. Had to call them back out to address one remaining issue and they were just as prompt and courteous as the first time, another benefit of paying and getting more. Highly recommended and we'll use them again!

Jon and Stephanie were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job and my carpet, tiles and sofa look like new. Other companies haven't done half the job that Precision did. Give them a call. You won't regret it!

What can I say. who knew Precision Carpet did air duct cleanings?! I had a downstairs unit, ten year tenant move out and remodel, that needed duct cleaning. I found their ad in the mint magazine and a 35% off coupon. The other company didn't do wall vents:ducts, thank god. so I went with Precision. (I explain that experience in a different review) The guys, Dustin and Tyler, came out, gave me a quote and I set a date.

They arrived in a timely manner, they were fast and thorough, respectful, and my cleaning came with sanitizing! They use a two hose system with soft brushes (these do not damage your ducts, at all, forget what you heard). They were in and out in 45 minutes. No giant gear, no moving furnishings. smoothest exchange ever! The house smells fresh and I am confident that I am breathing clean air. I can not recommend Precision Carpet enough. Thanks so much you guys!

Showed up nearly an hour PAST the 2 hour appointment window. Technician quoted me an amount about 5 times the price discussed on the phone! Yes, I do have a pet, so I knew there would be extra charges, BUT.5 TIMES the original amount is extremely excessive. I asked for the technician's name and he got in the van and told me "NO." Then drove away. DO NOT CALL this company unless you do not value customer service and your time.

I am still shaking after the experience I just had with this company. I actually had the opportunity to speak to the owner on the phone who is the most obnoxious and rude man I have ever encountered. I feel completely violated as a consumer. Their ad in the money pages is a complete and total sham. When the employee arrived at my home he did the inspection and quoted me $220 more than the ad said the cleaning would be. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

Advertised price was 5-10 times lower than what they wanted when they arrived. Thought they would be cheaper but do shoddier work than competition so we were going to use them for our move-out cleaning on a rental. We used C&C Cleaners in Saint Johns (veteran owned) for our new home and they gave UP FRONT pricing, with everything included, no upsets, and it was *cheaper* per room.

Guy who came was great to work with. Actually quality of cleaning for Precision seems fine. Refused to pay for "extra scrubbing" so some of the wear patterns are still there. Quote was worked out by hand on a sheet of notebook paper. At least one of the workers today reeked of cigarette smoke.

I should have checked the Yelp reviews before calling this company. They do not honor the quotes they give over the phone. I used their AC duct cleaning service. The person on the phone said it would be $25.00 per duct and the 35% coupon would come off that price. When the technician arrived he said the $25.00 per duct price already included the 35% discount.

Since I had already taken time to travel to the property to meet them to do the work, I allowed them to do the job. I believe they are very dishonest and would not ever use them again or recommend that anyone else use them. If you can't trust what they tell you on the phone, there is no reason to trust them for anything else. Stay away from this company. Use someone reputable.

They came to our home and gave an honest review with suggestions for cleaning. We chose the scrub, sanitize and clean. My carpets look new! This company is amazing and does the best job we have ever had. I highly recommend using Precision Carpet cleaners.

They count 1 room as 200sq feet apparently so your 3 bedroom home will soon become 10 bedrooms depending on the size of your home when they come out and give you the "quote they don't do for free". Oh and don't forget the chemical boost they have to add at $560.what in the actual fuck.

They advertise some bullshit in mint mag that a 5 bedroom is $74.99 it's COMPLETE AND TOTAL BULLSHIT. And the way the technicians speak to you is just lovely.this company has no class. No wonder they advertising in the fucking mint mag I normally toss.

David and Andrew did an excellent job. They only recommend services you actually need. Andrew is the perfect guy for cleaning my rental property because he remembered the cleaning from 1 year ago! I was impressed! I plan on continuing to use their services in the future.

My 88 year old grandmother called for a carpet cleaning special this company was running. $25. She has a small condo that only has limited carpeting. When the company arrived they tried to charge her $495! She asked them to leave so the manager was called who continued to try to sway her to pay the exorbitant price. She stuck to her guns and. asked the two men who were there to please put her furniture back where it was when they arrived.

They halfway did it, and she asked them to finish the job for her since the chairs were heavy wooden dining chairs. They did it with a snarky attitude and told her as they walked out and slammed the door "DON'T EVER CALL US AGAIN!" Do not worry. She won't. And I hope whoever is reading this review doesn't either! Precision carpet cleaning you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Called them off the mint magazine ad where they advertise starting at $44.99 for 5 rooms and a hall. I only have 4 room. The con man does his walk around after arriving. The house was completely empty because we moved out. The carpet was in great shape but per the contract I had to have them cleaned. This job couldn't be any easier! This crook explains to me there is a $200 fee for chemical and he then was going to charge me for closets.

First of all, in order to be a room, a closet is necessary. No where does it say extra for a closet. The total quote was $350. Of course I told him he could leave at that point. This company uses false and deceptive advertising to get their thieves in the door. I called a 5 star rated cleaner and he came and did the whole house the next day for $140. No lies or deception. I called the main office and they basically told me to f#*# off.

What everyone is saying is a 100% fact. I also had a coupon and decided to go with it because the price was reasonable for a 1 bedroom apartment. I booked the appt, two gentlemen came out. They looked over the apt & stated additional chemicals would need to be used and he said he would not do my carpets unless they were deep cleaned with said chemicals.

At this point, all of my furniture was moved and put away fr my carpets to be cleaned. I ended up paying $225 for a one bedroom apt, which includes the bedroom, living room and small dining area. The coupon is very deceiving. My carpets were clean but it was job you would expect from a carpet cleaning but certainly not worth $225. Be mindful when booking with this company. Theres a common theme with all the previous reviews. I hate I didnt have yelp prior to booking with them.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! I should have read all theses reviews before. I would give this company -000 stars if I could! Totally took advantage of us! I have the same story as all these other customers! I had a living/dining area, hallway & 2 bedrooms cleaned. Quoted me one price and when they got here charged me triple and that was after all the negotiations!

I would have told them to leave but I had everything ready in the condo for them to do the job & didn't want to have to move everything again to start over with another company.my fault! I think they probably know that when they arrive! It took them maybe 15-20 minutes to clean (?) my carpet. They didn't move my couch & they didn't even moved my dining room table.they cleaned around it! And to top it all off my carpet does NOT look any better since they cleaned it!

Can't comment on the cleaning abilities of this company - we never got that far! Made it clear we were looking for a quick once over maintenance clean. The carpets are over 10 years old and in poor condition. This is a rental property. I have to show carpet cleaning every 6 months but I'm not responsible for what was already here. I'm not expecting them to do 3 rooms and a hallway (I don't even have a carpeted hall) for $34.99, but I don't expect the quote to be TEN TIMES as much.

I declined at that price so he "called the office" to see what else he could do. Kept dropping a little at a time, threatening to revoke all warranty for their work and to say that the carpet was covered in all sorts of stains, pet urine, and other things. This included a room which is always closed and nobody has ever used! Finally, I sent them away and called another company. I'm not happy with their customer service or bait-and-switch tactics, but I can't comment on the carpet cleaning.

WOW! I lost all hope for this carpet, my kids have spilled kool aid and pop sickle juice all over it! Ross and Morgan came in and made it look like when I first moved in. I am happy with the smell and the professional gentlemen that showed up at my door. Thank you.

This company is the same as Xtreme Carpet & upholstery care. There was an advertisement for 2 rooms at 20 dollars. After they came here, I end up paying $227 for just two rooms. This includes a wax removal which I was happy about. However, I felt completely taken advantage of. I called the carpet company and they of course try to explain and basically, you can tell they already have a scam in place.

Definitely a waste of money folks. Just look at the Better Business Bureau and see the bait tactics these people do. Just a shame that you always have to keep your guards up and avoid scam artist. It's not often I get dooped! But I did this time and feel like an @$$!

DO NOT waste your time and money! I called to have an estimate done on a 1800 sq ft home. The technician was very rude and pushy. He quoted us 1200$ and told us it's because there are pet stains and makeup, but that his super powerful cleaners can definitely get it out. As we questioned the high price he got super defensive and lowered it to $890.

We said we had to think about it and he told us he came all the way out here to start working not to just estimate. So we reluctantly said okay but we had to leave for a few hours to a meeting so we left him at the house to work. Here comes the best part, when we got back after 3 hours he had already left so we figured he was finished. He literally missed every corner, didn't do the hallways and it actually looked worse than before we had it cleaned.

I called the manager and boy was he an a**hole! I said that we saw the money back guarantee and would like him to either fix the issue or refund us because the work was unacceptable! The manager got super arrogant and said, " you never allowed me to make it right and you dare ask me for a refund?" I said how will you make it right? He goes and calls the SAME guy that did the work before and had him do it again.

This time it took him 30 minutes and he ran out. It was to the point that it was no longer worth talking to this company anymore. It wasted time, money and honestly energy even thinking about it. They are rude, not reasonable, prices are ridiculous and quite frankly should be reported to the BBB. STAY AWAY, let our mistakes be your warning!

Amazing service! - The Technician, Will Phillips was on time, professional and thorough. He went over all services and made suggestions that would work best for us, and best of all the carpets look immaculate! Stains that we thought would never come out did! Thanks so much Will!

This company is a scam! Found an ad in the local Mint coupon magazine and called these guys up. The nice guy on the other end of the line quoted me $24.99 to clean one bedroom and closet which was equal to the price on their coupon for 2 rooms. About 2hrs later I received a follow up call confirming the appt time and address for the following day (today). I'm thinking wow, that's pretty professional and was feeling good about everything. 20 minutes before arrival the worker called and said he had been dispatched to do my job and would be there in 30 minutes. Not a big deal. I texted him the parking spot to park in and wouldn't you know not only does he not park there he straddles 2 other spots a few over.

Not one but 2. Really? When he walked thru the door he smelled of strong cigarette odor, not good. He comes in, walks the job off looks at the couch and sits down to write the estimate before getting started. The $24.99 went to $24.99 + $54 for the chemicals. In the coupon it reads maintenance steam cleaning with pre conditioning and deodorizer and nothing about chemicals being extra let alone $54.

He quoted the couch at $110 which was more than double the original quote over the phone. Obviously I told him we weren't going to be doing the couch job. Within 5 minutes he fired up the machines and within 5 more minutes (probably more like 3) he was finished with everything and dragging the hoses back out. By then I knew I was the one that got hosed.

We wrote the check and couldn't wait for him to leave. I even dried up the water mess he left in front of the bedroom on my wood floors. Uggh! I don't recommend them obviously.

I called and made an appointment with a referral from a friend, the person on the phone told me power scrub, pet stains are half price.25 cents a square foot! So Gary King gets here writes up the quote and says I'll give you the senior discount, thank you but I am a senior, I clearly said on the phone she told me half price 25 a sq ft.

I called Precision Carpet to scheduled and appointment. I told them I had a coupon from a magazine. My unit has around 725 sq. ft of carpet. The person that came in, asked me to sit in my table to do some numbers, to give me the price.
