This is the weirdest thing that could happen to any loyal regular customer from business owner After been dealing with them for 2 years weekly service All of the sudden the owner sent me email saying that he ran out of employees who are willing to come to my house! This is odd and so uncomfortable No issues nothing happened at all from my side ladies come every week to do the service It's so weird and happened right before the service schedule 24 hours I was not even prepared for this They dropped me and I'm a loyal client! Just be aware all I will never be able to understand why this happened because the email was odd and no enough explanation!

Here's my honest assessment of the service I received. The good: With only about 1.5 weeks notice they were able to schedule me for a deep clean on Dec 30th. The areas they started cleaning first were spotless. The refrigerator was also cleaned very well. The bad: The house was cleaned before they arrived (vacuumed, wiped down, all loose objects removed from flat surfaces for showing a house) yet when they were done the kitchen counters weren't touched (the glass stove was though), it appeared a damp rag was used to wipe off some areas that just needed a dusting, causing dirty streaks on wood.

Some areas were not dusted at all. The oven had so much white cleaner residue left inside it that I had to wipe down the entire inside and it still had a chemical smell the next time I used it. Some of the window sills were not wiped down. Two of the AC vents were not cleaned. Louvers of a closet door were not dusted. In summary, I cleaned myself prior so I could pay my $370 for a true deep clean without burdening the 2 people sent (should have been more for 3100 sq ft house) with small details and I got a product worth about $175 in my mind because I had to spend hours cleaning again afterwards to complete what was requested.

When originally setting up the appointment the person said to let them know if any spots needed more attention at the end. In fairness, I did not let them come back out to clean all the spots that were missed because I had people coming to view the house and I already felt like I shouldn't have to check their work. I feel that I should have received the product I paid for up front. This was my honest experience so weigh it as you like.

The one review was so accurate- this is a bait and switch company! Don't be fooled and don't be taken advantage of by them. They quoted my mom a simple carpet clean for one price and then tried to give her a price 4x's the amount. They tried to wheel and deal with her and then she asked them to leave after the employee was verbally aggressive with my senior mother. Shame on this company!

If you need this company's service, then just know that they are awesome! You should ask about James, he will assist you to the best of his abilities. He is simply awesome! He stayed on top of everything, he was friendly, courteous and easy to talk to. James, i truly appreciate the service that you and your team provided me. Awesome cleaning service. Called needing a last min quote for a residential clean out. Recieved excellent customer service and a great quote. The cleaners arrived on time and was very enthusiastic to start work. They made sure every inch of the house was cleaned to perfection.

Great hands on business owners, who make sure the employees are detailed and get the job done right and the customers are satisfied with the work. If I could post before and after photos of their clean, I would! Because there is a huge difference in their work! They do great residential and construction cleaning, and would over all recommend them!

We originally contracted with Precision Cleaning after some renovations and were so impressed and enjoyed our clean so much that we decided to make it a bi-weekly service. Each and every time the service is exceptional and our home is sparkling! The team is always polite and professional and thorough! Emilea and Kim have been our regular team for the past few cleanings and they do a great job.

We like that there is continuity with the teams that are sent and that we see the same faces and same results repeatedly. We really enjoy knowing that with little effort to keep things tidy soon enough the team will be here that will do the more detailed cleaning to keep our home looking fresh all the time.

I do not recommend this company based on their bait and switch practices. Although the technician was very professional. I was having my master bedroom carpet cleaned. I have a king bed which leaves a small area to clean. The cost was $193 and the ad says two rooms for $24.99. He spent all of 20 minutes in the room. I feel totally ripped off and don't want others to get taken the way I was.

I hired them for a clean out following some renovations that I did, but what they really did was sweep dirt under the rug. I was out of town and went off their word that they followed my cleaning instructions which really consisted of wiping & dusting down the windows, fixtures, and walls; mopping the floors and vacuuming the newly installed carpet.

Everything in the home was brand new so there wasn't regular household dirt - just a lot of dust from some of the renovations. I also made it clear that there was a small challenge - no water inside since it was still vacant but that water would be brought in for them from outside of the home and that they could also use wet wipes, Windex & other cleaning agents to supplement.

When I got back a few days later, ALL of the old dust was still on the windows and fixtures and I had to mop the floors. The only thing they seemed to have cleaned was the renovation residue in the new tubs. So I'm not sure what I actually paid them $315 for but I ended up spending a few hours wiping, dusting & cleaning everything myself. A waste of money.

I needed someone to clean my rental home after the tenants moved out. The tenants had lived there for 4 years and were not the cleanest people. I called around to several different companies and ended up going with Precision Cleaning because of how detailed the cleaning was and everything they did. They also told me upfront exactly how much it would cost me.

I was extremely impressed after the cleaning. They place looked great. I will certainly use them again and give them my full recommendation to anyone who needs a cleaning service.

I am a former employee, after 3 years of working for them, i am done. i have had to fight to get my pay on time for the longest, then it started going ok. until about a month ago, when they stopped paying me on the books and just paying cash, the last 2 weeks i have had to fight to get paid, and this last bit of pay, i will never see i am sure. i am really upset at this. i have 4 kids and can't afford to lose out on pay. i am expected to be ok with it because the owners are separating? i wasn't allowed slack when i was going through my divorce. employees start and end at $9.00 an hour, but i was only getting $20 for house i was doing for them, i am in tallahassee. i believe they are committing tax fraud since they quit paying me on payroll even though i asked more than once for it to come to me. so when they charge you $200 for a clean, just know the worker coming to you won't make much. and a lot of the time, i was told to just go in and do what i had to quickly, just rush through.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! $425 to clean a smaller home, lol. The house was empty and it needed a cleaning due to former renters moving out. There was no carpet, only concrete foundation and some tile in the entire home. We are a military family and after being far from home we were depending on this company to clean it well due to extreme allergies, the former renters had dogs.

The initial cleaning was a joke, supposedly 2 people worked 4 hours on my home. Luckily my brother lives next door and proceeded to inspect the home. Upon entry alone, there was dog hair stuck in the threshold and the front window was not even touched. Long story short, only thing that had visibly been worked was where you could see crappy water marks left behind on anything shiny.

All vents and fans, not one mark indicating any cleaning. No windows inside and out were touched as well. After complaining, they did send them out again, same result. The owner and his wife came out to finish the job, which even then was mediocre at best. Windows were still not touched even after the owners were here. They told me that wasn't part of their cleaning.

So an empty home with no carpet and no furniture doesn't even get the inside of a window clean for $425? We were taken advantage of by being out of state and the workers integrity is less than stellar. After all this, the company didn't even discount or call to offer a possible future discount cleaning, terrible business skills. Let's just say I won't be using them again.

Don't let them fool you when they comment on my review, just in case they say something like "it wasn't our company" or "we don't know the customer", etc. You can tell the difference between a good respectful company and a horrible one by their comments about a review. Good luck everyone :.

We are General Contractors and have worked with Precision Cleaning for about a year now. We have them clean all of our remodels and new construction projects before we hand the finished product over to the home owner. Most of our projects are very high end and Precision Cleaning has always done an excellent job turning a dusty project into a finished product ready for the owner. They have been great to work with.

The house was dramtacally cleaner when i got there. My fiance surprised my parents and me by having their place cleaned for them being they don't have time to and Nisbet do i to help them. I would have given them 5 stars however i came in and had to lysol wipe different counters after them to make the house look more presentable.

This company is VERY disrespectful. The employees have no common sense along with the owners everyone here is conceited they pay employees illegally and then decide to fire you over nothing.yeah this is a horrible company to work for and hire they say they will take care of you but all the care about is there $$$
