I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Lindholm Roofing. From their fair and honest quote, to providing us samples to view, to coming out to work promptly when our contractor called them on short notice. They worked through freezing cold weather and we were thrilled to get our new home weather protected before all of this spring rain! Everyone we talked to was kind and professional and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Pro-active, transparent, tenacious. Lindholm Roofing went above and beyond expectation at every facet of the project. They made me feel like a savvy decision maker just for hitting the jackpot and calling them for my business. I don't often provide reviews but after realizing I had already told my neighbor, someone at the Ace Hardware, and my brother in-law (he doesn't deserve them) about Lindholm Roofing I realized 1.) I couldn't stop talking about them and 2.) I wanted other folks to experience the satisfaction I did.

I actually am looking forward to my Uncle gloating about his Lindholm Roofing recommendation to me at the egg hunt and then again at the grill during Easter. From the first call to the countless touchbases over the phone/on-site and throughout the process their expertise and trustworthiness shined through. I wish every house project featured empowered passionate employees like the fine folks at Lindholm Roofing.

I wish they did plumbing, carpeting, etc. Best experience and bang for your buck imaginable. There is no other company you can go with for your roofing, gutter, or window needs.

My wife and I recently requested a quote from Lindholm Roofing and had an amazing experience. They came highly recommend and now we can see why! The office staff was professional, friendly, super responsive. We spoke with Rebecca and she had a great knowledge base and was able to walk us through our many questions (and with this being our first time dealing with a roof replacement we had a lot!) But she did a great job walking us through the process and what to expect with ease and true professionalism. We will definitely be going with Lindholm for our roof replacement!

Update: I had further conversations with Lindholm after this review. Ultimately, they were able to replace the problematic downspout (for an appropriate price) and came out very early in the season to get it done. It hasn't rained yet so the downspout isn't tested yet but it looks great!

Pros: 1. the person who came out for estimate was timely and communicative. He discussed possible issues with me in detail and provided options. 2. After I booked, their estimated wait time before getting work done was 35 business days and I was really concerned that further gutter issues would develop. After I raised this to my contact, I got a call the next week that they were coming out. 3.

The workers who came out were professional and did a good job and answered my questions. The person in charge of communicating with me showed me lots of pictures of the gutters, the cleaning they had done, and the seal they had put on the gutter seams, and seemed really proud of his teams work, which felt really nice. Cons: I originally reached out because I had major leaking issues with a key downspout.

The estimator looked at it specifically and when we talked about the estimate he specifically said my galvanized gutters looked in good shape and didn't have holes, which is what you might expect with old galvanized. The workers took the downspout apart to clean it. Yet somehow, neither apparently noticed that the top bend of the downspout was, in fact, full of pinholes, which I noticed about a week after they came when I looked up one morning and saw the sun through my downspout!

I reached out to the estimator about it and he said he hadn't seen that and there wouldn't have been anything they could do bc they can't replace the bend bc the gutters are old. I don't quite get that. Ultimately I placed a Flex Seal patch over the holes which will hopefully hold up, but it was disappointing that a problem with the original thing I called about wasn't noticed and I had to DIY.

Great management, leadership, communication and quality of work completed by Rodrigo and the Lindholm crew! Honestly I can't recommend enough the solutions the team came up with to fix our clay tile roof, soffit, re-pitch of flat roof, heated cable configuration and shingle work on garage. Fabulous experience from start to finish!

Lindholm did a lot of work on my chinmey and roof replacing things. They replaced 8 feet of chimney and did a good job. There was a problem with the subcontractor mason they hired but they made the situation right and fair after we had discussions with the owners. Not many businesses would negotiate and make a situation right when one of their subcontractors screwed up but Lindholm did and good for them. When they are on their game, they do excellent work. They resolved the issues with professionalism which I cannot say is true for many companies.

Tom, the Sales Person, was very thorough and took pictures of what needed to be repaired. Craig and Kevin did a wonderful job doing the repairs. They told me it would take 15 days to get on the schedule and they honored that on day 17. I really appreciated it. I would highly recommend them!

Terrible service and professionalism, I am now $12k out of pocket because of their negligence. We hired Lindholm to replace our roof in the Spring. The job was supposed to take 5 days but lasted almost 3 weeks. During this time we had to have our HVAC disconnected. After 3 weeks, the workers finally left telling us they were done, except they had not re-built the AC ductwork as they were supposed to.

They had left all the material scattered on the roof and the AC ducts open (causing additional leaks). It took over two months to get them to come back and finish the work - after multiple calls. When it was time to finally reconnect our AC, the HVAC technicians told us that because the ductwork had been left exposed for too long on the roof and handled poorly, it was just a matter of time until it grew mold, which poses a health risk.

They said they'd never seen such a mess. They strongly advised to replace the ductwork, which costs $12,000. Prior to this, our ductwork was in perfect condition. Lindholm has refused to provide any compensation for this - their argument being that there was no mold at the time of inspection (which is normal since mold does not grow overnight).

We tried to resolve the issue with Lindholm to get them to compensate us for the additional cost or find an agreeable solution. Instead I received a nastygram saying that they were going to put a lien on our house and send it to foreclosure if we did not pay for the full invoice. They are also charging us late fees (even though it took them 3 months to complete a 5-day job). Looking up Lindholm on the BBB site, I saw that they've had quite a few complains against them recently, so it seems that their lack of professionalism and good faith extend beyond our project. I've worked with many contractors (renovated two houses) and never had such a bad experience before. I usually never leave reviews but feel compelled to do it this time.

Terrible experience. I signed their proposal in July, wrote them a check for over 1/3 of the amount, and patiently waited until the fall, because of expected supply issues with covid. September came, and I was trying to get a rough idea of timing, but got very little response. October came, and they were still checking on details, and by the third week of October I had to call the company directly.

I found out that the windows for the job were never ordered, details of the job were lost, and they did not want to work on a roof as high as mine. All of this was after getting a full, detailed proposal, which I signed and they accepted. If there were any legal recourse, I would follow it, especially since I tied up thousands of dollars for months, with no work.

Prior to this, I was rather unfamiliar with contracting work of this sort. Lindholm made the entire process painless and hassle-free. They were kind enough to guide me through the entire procedure from start to finish and answered my many questions along the way. The crew that came out to do the job were also very friendly and easy to work with and did an remarkable job on our gutters.

I cannot recommend LINDHOLM ROOFING highly enough, in particular assistant manager Mike Huston, who saw through the process of installation of a new roof, gutters and gutter guards on my house. After another local roofing company had submitted photos for the initial claims process but then disappeared, ghosting my many calls, texts and emails, Mike took over the job.

To my great satisfaction and relief, he made sure that it was completed in just under a month. He is professional and dependable, working with maximum efficiency, superior communication skills and reliable follow-through - and Lindholm provided excellent installation crews. Mike was involved at every stage of the process, and he submitted additional photos and details of damage to my insurance company that their claims inspector had missed early on.

This resulted in over a thousand dollars being added to the value of my claim. At a time of uncertainty due to the pandemic, which has disrupted the way many companies are doing business, Lindholm delivered a superior performance helmed with excellence by Mike Huston. If you need a new roof, gutters, etc., I highly recommend that you call Lindholm and (if you live on the North Shore) ask for Mike.

Lindholm did my roof 7 years ago and the roof is still in excellent condition. Unrelated, I had a loose piece of siding and Michael came by to give a quote. He said it just needed to be nailed back in and did it on the spot. Their friendliness and customer service are top-notch, always going above and beyond your expectations! Great quality and friendly service you can't find these days!

Rodrigo Cisneros was great to work with as well as the two people on the team who preformed the work at my house. I especially appreciated that they listened and understood what I wanted to accomplish in regards to fixing the gutter as well as helping mitigate the water problem. Also the installation team was respectful of my plants and my neighbors. I am a repeat customer because of the quality of work that they preformed and the professional people that you hire. We built our home 28 years ago and over this time period we have worked with many contractors for various home improvement projects. Unfortunately, too often our experience with other contractors has been less than desirable. It sure would have been great if the other contractors ran their businesses like the people at Lindholm Roofing. We contacted Lindholm Roofing when we first noticed a large piece of shingle that fell off our roof.

They immediately came to our home and patched the area to prevent any further damage. Once we decided to use Lindholm Roofing we schedule the roofing installation and they arrived on time and on the date scheduled. When selecting the correct roofing color and style, I asked Lindholm Roofing to pick out something that matches my old roof since they are the professionals.

The roofing project is complete and I love the way the roof looks. I am confident that the quality of their work is very good because I know people who have used Lindholm roofing over 20 years ago and they have never had any problems with their roof. If my friends and family ever need a roof I would highly recommend that they use Lindholm Roofing because they did such a fabulous job.

I was actually referred to Lindholm by another nice roofer because he was having some personnel issues and could not get up on our tall, steep roof to provide an estimate. He wrote that Lindholm "have many estimators with proper equipment to reach your roof on the first visit." Unfortunately, Milton was the estimator who called me and said he would NOT get up on our roof.

Instead he would provide an estimate based on satellite software. When I started to ask questions about it, he cut me off, was dismissive, and condescending. It's important for us to hire a contractor that listens and can balance a customer's needs with their own expertise in a respectful manner. Clearly Milton is not the right fit to quote (let alone manage) a major (expensive) job in which our home and garage roofs & gutters would likely need to be replaced.

Perhaps he was having a bad morning, is too busy, or is simply inpatient and needs to be the loudest guy in the room. Because Lindholm came as a professional referral, I was initially hopeful and looking forward to the appointment. Luckily moving forward, there are many other roofers with good reviews that we can consider.

Received a prompt quote for a re-roof and vinyl siding on the front facade of our bungalow. Was completed in early April. Roof is fine, but they botched the siding and it took many calls, and finally a complaint to BBB. Front facade is better, but not as it should be. Customer service lacks considerably. For that reason alone, would not recommend.

I had a simple flashing repair job. Lindholm was quick, reasonably priced, had excellent communication and did a superb job on the repair. I HIGHLY recommend their services, Service:Storm/wind damage roof repair

Well another great job from them! They did our roof last year, Awesome! They just did our gutters and downspouts with associated trim. Looks great! Their customer service is outstanding and the technicians were beyond expected. Not sure what more to say than, Thank you Lindholm! Have and would recommend them to anyone. Our 51 year old house looks brand new.

Called to set up an appointment for some roof work on our condo building and was told a project manager would follow up to arrange the date/time within 2 days. Project manager Joe emailed at the end of the 2 days and offered 3 available days in the upcoming week, I responded and chose the earliest of the 3. Project manager responded back the next day and said that a different date actually worked better for him and asked me to confirm that instead, which I said was fine. Project manager then never showed up or communicated further. Project manager communications were terse and unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Modification 3/16/21 - Mallory from Lindholm and I did have several email exchanges. She did summarize the results of her looking into this matter. Although she and I have vastly different outlooks regarding this situation, I do realize that during this time there was a high demand for Lindholm services in a very unusual situation where time was of the essence.

I am quite sure that pressure and anxiety played a part in both parties. Although I was offered a partial refund, I did not accept it as it is satisfaction enough for me, knowing that Lindholm will review their practices regarding hourly billing going forward to prevent these types of misunderstandings in the future. I am adding to my review that that in terms of the actual work performed, the crew did a good job.

For that reason I am changing to 3 stars. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ On 2/18/21 I contacted Lindholm for snow removal on my garage and 2 small overhang roofs. I was put in touch with Joe, who was assigned to my request. Joe asked me a few questions regarding the snow removal request and said that due to them being extremely busy it could take a couple of days.

He then told me that the cost would be $175.00 per man per hour. On 2/21/21 Patty from Lindholm called at 8:05 and said that someone would be out that morning. Four guys arrived around 8:50 am. I started my phone stopwatch once they were in the backyard. They were here for about 50 minutes. On 2/23/21 I received an invoice for $1750.00 listing: Snow removal/2 HR/5 Men/10 man hours!

I immediately emailed Joe that a significant mistake was made with my invoice. I emailed Joe that there were 4 men for less than one hour. I also said that I was outside with them almost the entire time they were here and that they arrived around 8:50 and were gone by 9:40. When I did not receive a response from Joe I called the office on 2/25/21 and was transferred to Joe's cell phone.

In speaking to Joe he said he had not seen my email yet so I explained the mistake in the invoice. Joe said he would check into it and get back to me. When I didn't hear anything by 3/2/21 I sent a follow up email to Joe and copied Rose. On 3/4/21 someone from the office called (I believe it was Rose) and told me that there had been 5 guys, but one arrived late.

I reiterated to her that I was outside when the men were here and I never saw a fifth man. She said that they adjusted the 5th guy from the bill leaving a balance of $1400.00. When I asked about being charged for 2 hours as opposed to one hour and reminded her that they did not touch the main roof, she became considerably terse and borderline rude and pretty much ended the conversation.

I will have to pay the amount listed on the invoice because I did not have anything in writing and it is my word against Lindholm. I don't mind paying for services rendered, but there is still a discrepancy in the length of time they were doing the job. Although the number of men listed as being here was adjusted, the amount of time that is listed on the invoice is inaccurate and a suspect way to do business.

After this exchange, I checked Lindholm's reviews. Although they do have some good reviews, there are some comments concerning errors in hours billed, among other things. I am not sure why a company that has been in business 72 years does not have customers acknowledge start and end times on jobs that are billed hourly; and no signature required at the beginning or end of the job where any notes could be written down. Seems like you would want to protect the business and give customers piece of mind that they are not being overcharged and overbilled. Having this type of acknowledgement would go a long way to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

I would recommend that anyone using Lindholm get written acknowledgement of begin and end times for anything that will be billed hourly. Also written acknowledgement of the number of workers on scene.

Lindholm Roofing performed a completed tear off of my roof. After the new roof was installed, after the first rain, I had dozens of leaks all over my Living Room. I contacted Ryan Lindholm to discuss and provided pictures of the damage to my home from a shoddy roof installation. Ryan sent a roofer out to review. This man didn't have a clue what he was doing, sealed the channel in my siding shut with caulk, which you cannot do, didn't even begin to fix the multitude of leaks in my home.

I contacted Ryan again, stating he needed to send someone out who knew what they were doing. Second roofer came out and was totally amazed that I had dozens of areas that were leaking. I also still have areas in my living room that continue to leak, I got very tired of being given a hard time when I contacted Lindholm regarding these. My latest issue is with an area that was also part of the complete tear off.

I have water streaming in like a faucet, it has caused very devastating damage to my ceiling in one of my bedrooms. I contacted Lindholm twice, sent emails showing pictures of the damage and they refuse to follow up. Suffice it to say you get what you pay for, and Lindholm has a very low quality of service. If you're smart you'll find a better roofing company for your needs.

You should also contact an attorney and your Insurance Company to make them aware of most importantly the problem, but the issue the roofing company is providing. This is a horrible place to do business with.

We got our roof done very recently. They messed up some siding on our garage with there ladder and a piece pulled away from the garage. we were told by the salesman that they are roofers and not siding people. After spending $7400 on our roof for the house and garage, they sent us an estimate for $350 to make the repairs that they made. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I can't speak to the quality of their work as they never provided me with a proposal. We called to request an estimate to tear off and replace our roof (despite the fact a friend tried to warn me off this company). Lindholm told us we would receive a return call in a day or two to schedule a time to meet. Chris called as promised and a day and general time frame was agreed upon.

He showed up on time and spent quite a bit of time with us discussing the project. So far so good. Before leaving Chris promised a proposal in 1-2 days. It never showed up. After 5 days we called Chris and left a message inquiring about the proposal. He never called back. I'd stay away from this outfit. Too many bad reviews and customer service seems lacking.

I have had Lindholm Roofing do skylights, roof repairs, and now siding work and every time they have done a great job! Ryan, my project manager does a great job of making sure work gets done quickly and efficiently and always does what he can to keep costs in line and provide a great value.

Lindholm just replaced our 26 year old roof. Their team was fast, pleasant, hard-working and they completely cleaned up at the end of each day. The team replaced the entire roof in just 3 days, which required them to work two 12-hour days. The new roof looks great!

It is hard to find companies that do necessary home repairs. Everyone wants the big jobs but Lindholm will do both. The necessary smaller repairs and large jobs. With quality workmanship.

I hired Lindholm Roofing in 2018 to fix an area in my house which was damaged from water leaking through the ceiling. They came out several times, always trying a "new fix" which cost me more money. After paying them a total of $1,465.00, this is what the inside of my house looks like today. When it rains, water leaks down the walls, bubbling the paint and pooling under the carpet. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience ever and it was just getting an estimate! Milton called and we both agreed to a time for him to come I even left work early because I really wanted to get this issue addressed. However, the time comes and I just happen to see a gold vehicle scurry off followed by a call from Milton telling me he looked at my roof and I just need to replace everything and he'll have an estimate to me by Tuesday.

I asked how can you have an estimate to me if you don't know what I want nor did you take anytime to answer my questions and I find it disrespectful and rude that you didn't even take the time to ring the bell but rather you're telling me you r busy and have 8 other calls he has to do.instead of apologizing he opted to qualify it by telling me his years of experience and how old he was and that I just wanted to be combative and he's pretty sure I'm gonna go online and give a bad review. I've never given an online review but since he brought it up and he was so unprofessional I decided to do it because I've never encountered such a rude and obnoxious salesmen and if this is the type of person this company allows to represent them I'll pass.

Very happy with Lindholm Roofing. They just finished replacing my roof. Tim Lindholm was easy to work with and offered a nice variety of roofing options at different price levels. Manuel and his crew were friendly, courteous, got the work done quickly and kept our yard and area very clean. Highly recommended!

This is the second time our condo association has used Lindholm Roofing to complete work on our building. Especially with the COVID-19 crisis, they were extremely responsive to our requests, professional and thorough. The job itself was done well and left very clean. They were also very aware of concerns with distancing from the owners. They let us know when they would be arriving and promptly arrived at that time. When finished, they notified us as well And allowed all communication to be done by phone and email. What a great company who cares about its customers.

The people at Lindholm helped us by making repairs on our two flat down spout. From the estimator, the people making the repairs, to those in the office, the process was seamless, and very professionally done. Lindholm was recommended by my son who used them for his household repairs. His comment to me was you won't be disappointed by their service. In fact that was an understatement, I am more than pleased. I would highly recommend them.

Not sure about their roofing services. but WOW they employ some psycho people to drive their vans. I wouldn't trust these people near my house based on their impulse control and lack anger management.

Joe, Patty and the whole team were great to work with. From the initial estimate process to the scheduling, they were always friendly and transparent. The crew who replaced our roof and gutters were respectful of the neighbors and always cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace your roof or gutters.

Our townhome association used Lindholm to do a tear off roof on seven townhomes. So it was a big and expensive job. I am writing as a owner in one of the units with a different roof configuration than the others. We had a roof fan and two open vents. It was recommended by Mike the project, manager that the the vents could be closed as the ridge vents which were to be used would provide ventilation.

This turned out not to be true. After the roof was installed and vents closed the rooms smelled like a damp, hot dry cleaning store. Mike reported he could smell nothing. He would open the vents for between 3-6 hundred dollars. We used someone else. Now comes the roof fan, which cannot run as it has not been refastened to the roof after the roofers moved it to place new shingles under, over, whatever.

When the fan was on, it vibrates through the walls in the house. Mike said, we can get someone out in about two weeks to fix that. It is now the days of 90 degree temperatures. Against our better judgement we waited the two weeks and Lindholm sent someone out. They reportedly fixed the fan. The fan stropped working. I contacted Lindholm and spoke to Rose.

The fan was running when he left, replied Rose. Yes, the the fan ran for 10 minutes or so and sounded like a jet engine. Yes, the fan was running and than stopped because the blades had been bent to stop the jet engine noise and the temperature on the thermostat was set at 120 degrees. Another one hundred an seventy five dollars, not to mention the one hundred and fifty dollars to replace the down spout due to the roofing debris in the downspout that when there was a serious storm did not allow the water to go down and the pressure split the seam on the back of the down spout. The End, You decide

Absolutely awful experience with this company. I would not use and save yourself a hassle. From general project manager who stated "You know nothing about roofing and I don't have time to explain this to you" to owner of company who stated "We need the roof paid for" even though water/ice shield was missing on part of the house (my new contractor pointed this out) and new gutters incorrectly installed.

It took them more than 2 weeks to schedule the correction, told me "we will come next week sometime, " demanded I pay them prior to completing repairs. They then gave me literally a 15 minutes notice prior to arrival. The workers were rushed, hammered new wood right on rotted wood on a back porch structure that was not sound, and advised "this is slowing us down and we don't have time to do this." I am concerned about the quality of work they completed.

The 5 star warranty was the selling point but as you can see from other reviews, including ones on Google, the scheduling of warranty work was even worse and issues continue. There are better roofing companies out there. The new third generation owner, who I spoke to multiple times, has zero desire to complete a high quality job, leave satisfied customers, and meet the project needs. He was only interested in receiving payment and had no desire to make sure quality work was completed.

Lindholm Roofing came through when we needed a quick estimate last minute and provided the necessary documentation / information we needed to get our roof cost covered by insurance. After we hired them to replace a roof that was 20+ years old, they were professional, fast and perfectionists. They even came back after they were done to fix up our siding. It's clear customer service is a high priority for them. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Lindholm Roofing to anyone who needs to repair a roof!

From start to finish every member we worked with on the project was amazing! Install was a breeze and scheduling the times for work to be completed was easy and very flexible which for my business was huge! The installers were clean and always making sure that they weren't in the way or too noisy for my customers, left job site everyday in debris free and looking better than when they arrived.

This is now the second roof from the Lindholm family on my second business, and I will continue to use them for any of my roofing needs. I can not express enough how happy we are with the roof and now can rest easy knowing that it's done right once and for all!

We had used them in 2001 for a new roof and were pleased with the services then so we called them this year when we needed some gutters replaced. Their bid was very reasonable and Tom Lindholm was very good communicating and following up when coming out for the estimate. Before they started the work the installers went over the estimate with us to make sure what they were planning to do was what we had agreed to.

The installers were very polite and thorough. All of the people in the office were very nice as well. It was a smaller job so we did not have to put any money down and paid upon completion. We are very pleased with the job they did and would recommend them.

I am purchasing a home from my neighbor. We did home inspection last week. The inspector told us there is black, mold-like substance on the plywood in the attic and there is excessive moisture in the attic and the ridge vent is not properly installed. The seller called the Lindholm Roofing since the roof was done in 2015 and it is still under warranty.

The PM named Chuck came out this Wednesday. He said the mold -like substance is just dirt and there is nothing wrong with the ventilation for the attic and the 3/4" slot opened for the ridge vent is properly for the job. I asked him to put his comments in writing and he refused. He was very rude to me. He said, " You don't need to buy this house if you worry about the mold issue in the attic.

I am not talking to you since you are not the owner." I talked to different roofer afterwards and showed them the pictures for the open slot. The roofer told me that the previous installer only cut one side of the plywood and didn't cut the other side of the plywood that's why the opening is only 3/4". The proper side of the slot opened for the ridge vent should be at least 2"-3" for the ventilation.

Terrible company, Stay away! "Fixed" our roof 2 years ago and still have major issues. (none of these issues occurred before they did work) Had them do our roof and caused so much damage to the interior of the condos, it was incredible. We signed a contract for for $10,000 - $15,000 and they were trying to show us an updated bill for $25,000 for work that wasn't in the contract!

They threw excess rocks and dust down our air ventilation system. They broke off our cable protector on the side of the building when they were throwing bricks from the roof. We called many time and asked them to fix these issues but they were rude and would not do what they said.

Where have you been all my life! I dealt with a lot of contractors. Most do not keep appointments, call when running late or act like they are being bothered. Lindholm I understand has been around a long time yet act they have just started out. Keeping their appointments along with very good caring work.

I think this the main office so my review is here. I called the 800 number at 8:30am and was told someone would call me back. I got a return call at 11:30am and set appointment for 1:00pm, same day. Met salesman at 1 and went through proposal with him tear off main roof and reroof garage. He said he'd get back to me with quote. All good! I had to e-mail him 2 days later to see if he was going to send quote out.

He later e-mailed me a quote. Great price! But, and hears why 3 stars besides I had to e-mail him to get quote. In his quote it was stated (we often use a magnetic rake to help us remove loose nails from the lawn). It was also stated the flashing around chimney would be secured with high quality polyurethane caulk (if possible). The fact I had to follow up with him and those two statements in his quote are why I took my business elsewhere.

Thank you for all your help. You turned a stressful situation in my life into nothing more than a minor inconvenience (and hardly even that!). I will certainly be a returning customer the next time I need a roof repair.

Had them come out for an estimate, which they did promptly. Estimate was fair, so we decided to proceed with them. However when I reached out for scheduling, was told 10-12 days depending on weather.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1PM today to get an estimate for a roof repair. The gentleman (I will omit his last name and just call him chuck) who was doing the estimate was early (arrived around 12:15), and then insisted on calling me every 15 minutes to ask where I was, even though the appointment wasn't for almost another hour.

I have had several jobs done in the past by Lindholm Roofing. They have done my entire garage roof. On another occasion I was experiencing a leak on house roof. Lindholm came out replaced the flashing on my chimney and also replaced the gutters on my dormers to alleviate the problem.

I can't tell if it's a product of terrible communication between the main office and guys in the field or if it's just an overall apathy towards quality customer service, but Lindholm's customer service is absolutely terrible.

Asked and was promised 3x a report for work allegedly completed. Its been over a month and no reponse.
