We were referred to Mission by our contractor, and based on the showroom and initial design consultation we were initially impressed. However, we experienced let downs at every level of their operation and so I would avoid this place and go to the many other great tile companies in Nashville.

Seriously the worst customer service we have ever received. The owner Mary is extremely rude and hung up on us on the phone when we were simply trying to get our concerns resolved. We will never shop with them again and I would caution everyone to take their business elsewhere.
