In 1976 Mark and Tim O'Brien founded Mark III Construction as an electrical contracting company, as the brothers were electricians by trade. But their vision didn't stop there. They sought ways to eliminate duplication of costs and work efforts on construction sites. And they wanted to prevent the "silo" way of doing business in which each individual trade is performed by a different company.
To more fully serve their customers, the O'Briens created a business strategy where the different trades work together as one team to share resources, cut redundancies, diminish conflicts, and implement faster completion schedules.

Mark three is stupid. They contract out a temp agency called Aerotek to provide employment instead of hiring directly. The worker gets paid less so a guy in an office can work in comfort. Forcing employee to jump through more hoops and have more bosses. Aerotek doesn't hire professional people and safety is over looked drastically. Hire directly, it's called Craiglist or Indeed. The worker should be making all the money.

Mark III has serviced our plant for over 12 years. They are our number one vendor and keep us running no matter what the problem. We have over 300 employees that count on the Mark III employees to keep the plant up and running. The only downside I have experienced with the Mark III is the delayed response time for service calls on the weekend. They have said they are working to increase their off hours service team.
