Had new windows installed and it was a great experience! Super great communication and lots of follow up while we waited on windows to be made. Installation itself was truly a thing of beauty, they were on-time, worked so hard, clearly very dedicated, and finished quicker than expected without sacrificing quality. Suwon (apologies if that's misspelled) and crew were just spectacular in their care and attention to detail.

For such a huge purchase - largest investment in our house that we've ever made - having guys who took such care in making sure things were installed well was just such an awesome experience. Really can't say enough good about the experience and now we have beautiful windows to last the next couple of decades!

Very professional from start to finish! The finished work, was done exceptionally well! Very pleased! It transformed my whole bathroom. I had an old Walk in tub that kept leaking and it was surrounded with old brown tiles. they removed all of that and put up a white wall standard tub with a nice finish. Two guys completed the job and never left a mess. They we're courteous and mindful of keeping construction at bay. Highly recommend Carolina Remodeling!

They installed two new showers and I'm really pleased with them. Luis and his partner did a beautiful job. They are very skilled at what they do. Luis even had to replace the floor under one shower. They were very pleasant to be around and kept me informed about what they were doing and let me know when they found any problems. They just wanted to make sure I was happy with their work.

They take pride in their work which is rare now a days. They didn't cut corners and did a quality job on both showers. If I ever need anything else done I would want them to do it. They had to remove the old showers and when they were done not only were the showers beautiful but they cleaned up so good you couldn't tell they had been here. I'm a very satisfied customer. Carolina Home Remodeling recently replaced my tub combo replaced with a walk-in shower and I am impressed with the workmanship with the entire company. The sales guy was fantastic and worked with me as I made changes after speaking with him at my house to help accommodate our needs. The office staff kept me informed from when the product was ordered until it arrived in the warehouse.

My schedule has been a little crazy at work and they worked around my schedule to make sure I would be home through the entire remodel. The gentlemen that came to do the remodel were professional, courteous and did an amazing job with everything as well as making sure they cleaned up everything before they left. We used Carolina Home Remodeling to convert our tub/shower to a walk-in shower. The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. I like that it's a one-stop shop and they took care of everything from getting permits to ordering the materials to all the demo and installation. It took about 9 weeks to get the materials, which was expected, but once they came in, the installation was scheduled a week later and the actual installation took only one day. I am very happy with my new shower and highly recommend them.

We had a sliding glass door replaced on our 38 year mobile home! From the time we spoke with the salesman to the final installation this company has been more than professional. Everyone has been great with keeping us update on the delivery and installation process. I asked for a call ahead on the day of installation and they did, even showed up before they stated!

The quality of the door is excellent! I have other projects to complete at my home also from bathroom to my window replacement and I will definitely be using this company for those!

I'm in the early phase of exploring my options for a bath remodel. Was curious to see the Jacuzzi Bath options available to convert my tub to shower. I met with Jeff Goff.he was very professional, detailed oriented and pleasant to work as we discussed their product as an option for this project. Not sure if this is the product for me as I did not "love" any of the options offered by Jacuzzi, but the experience of "discovery" was a good one. Thank you Jeff!

I needed to remodel my shower. I did my due diligence researching other companies, but hands down, Carolina Home Remodeling offered the best prices for the service that I needed.with a solid guarantee. I wish I had not waited as long as I did to get this project taken care of. I am absolutely happy with services and highly recommend them.

Hired Shawn to replace fiberglass shower stall with tile. Never showed up on time. Took 2 weeks to do a job he said would take 5 days max. Tile is broken and cracking, shower shelves fell off, faucet handle fell off, edges not finished, primer all over the newly refinished floor, huge mess outside: glass tile pieces in the grass, primer puddles and mounds of drywall mud in the driveway, and now he won't return my calls. Beware of this scammer.

It gives us great pleasure in taking the opportunity to elaborate on the performance we recently received during and after the installation of our new siding. We are very excited about the new siding that we had put on our home. We have already felt and seen a significant difference in both energy efficiency and money savings.

I made an appointment for an estimate at 6pm Thursday. Got a call from customer service that the rep was running late, he was still at his other appointment. Could they push it to 7pm. I told him we really didn't want to schedule it that late since we have a 3 year old to get to bed.

The installation team was very professional, neat and kept the work area clean. They even covered the floors to protect carpet and other flooring! The entire process went smoothly and we are very happy with the work done by Carolina Home Remodeling.

For the price you pay you think you get better service. My time is very limited so when you asked me when I'd like my stuff installed and I take off of work you should have the common decency to notify me that you haven't received the product and can't start my project.

Awful company with high expectations, if there were a rating below HATE It i would choose that. They make you slave in a two week training that is nearly impossible. If you like having to memorize 15 pages of words to sound like a robot while talking to a customer by all means go ahead.

Still haven't got rid of the mold because CHR won't come and fix their mistakes. 2 years and still fighting for a resolution. Can't Trust the lifetime guarantee lie. Will Not Warranty Installation.

I had company install siding a few years back and was very satisfied. Therefore I went back to company for gutters. I explained one of my main concerns was stopping water from running under carport.

If you enjoy an annoying high pressure sales pitch, then this is your company. I just wanted a quote (of course I'm going to get at least 3 quotes for thousands of dollars worth of work on my home), but this pushy salesman kept at it.
