So this was a good experience AND a horrible experience. So, I just moved in to a new apartment and was having issues with the oven and the toilet from the very first day. So, I had two different servicemen out at two different times. So, the 1st one, I think his name was Elijah, was an absolute joy to work with. He came to look at the stove. He was pleasant polite, professional, and helpful.
The plumber though, I think maybe his name was John, was a completely rude jerk. I explained that it didnt seem to be flushing properly from the beginning and i was having to plunge it 10-15 times PER DAY. Eventually, the plunging wasn't doing the trick. He accused me of putting baby wipes in the toilet. I assured him I had not. I dont have a baby and dont even OWN any wet ones.
I tried to think of anything else it could have been. We had some paper towels. I used some cleaning wipes. I hadn't put either of these in the toilet tho. He just kept trying to argue and insist that I had put baby wipes in the toilet. The problem was there when I moved in though, so I'm not sure how I put the non-existent baby wipes in the toilet BEFORE I moved in.
I am 54 years old and I dont need a 22 yr old try to explain to me how toilets work. I did my absolute best not to go Karen on the guy. Then, as he was leaving, he insisted it was fixed and "reminded" me not to flush baby wipes. I bit my tongue wished him a good day and shut the door. Three hours later, the toilet was back to not working properly AGAIN.
And I still dont own any baby wipes. p.s. i called and the receptionist said she would pass it on to "her supervisor". its been a full week. no one ever called. meanwhile, the issue is right back to where it was before. And i still dont have any wet ones in my house.

ASAP Appliance and Plumbing Service gave my seventy year old bathroom a gorgeous new lease on life at a great price. New tub/surround, pipes, subfloor and vinyl plank floor. A big shout out to Chris the plumber. He takes great pride in his work and is a most conscience and industrious professional. I had ASAP come out to our residence to check out our LG Washer. After being told by the technician that it was the motor, we were advised by LG the motor was under warranty and would be replaced after paperwork was complete. It has been over a month with no washer, 7 people in our home and still no help through ASAP. ASAP states they are not receiving the paperwork from LG as LG is saying they have and just need the technician from ASAP to call them with the motor number to get a replacement. ASAP then advised they don't work with warranties and after letting them know there is nowhere on their website that doesn't say this, they still haven't assisted. Horrible customer service

I called ASAP on the Friday after Thanksgiving when most places are closed. They came out at 5:30 that evening. Caesar was excellent, clean, and knew his business. I needed a new pump it was ordered, delivered, and repaired in a very timely manner. The ladies in the scheduling office were very nice and accommodating also. I would call this company again.

UPDATED: After posting a 1 star review less than 24 hours ago due to some problems we were having with ASAP, ASAP has fixed and installed our new bathtub and shower. There was an issue with our drain that came up during the installation, but they were able to quickly resolve them and gave us a large discount due to the delays, for which we are very thankful.
The quality of their work is great, and our new bathtub and shower look great. Although we were upset with ASAP, they ended up responding to our complaint quickly and still provided high quality work. Their customer service to address and resolve our problems was great, and I'm very thankful to have stuck with them to finish the job.

Cesar came to our house fixed the stove and he gave the best customer service I have ever experienced. The stove stopped working again the same day and he returned and fixed it again and stayed to make sure it would continue to work. He explained step by step why it wasn't working and why it may appear to stop working and how to get it to start again! He was extremely kind to my kids and even cracked jokes and made wonderful small talk and very patient!

I called ASAP and they came out very quickly. My oven wasn't getting hot. On Tuesday they diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, which arrived yesterday. Today Robert came back and installed all the new parts. He was very professional and courteous and my appliance is now working again. I am very pleased with the service I received from ASAP. We called ASAP to repair our ice maker. They came out and presumed to have fixed it in 5 minutes. Yet, after 24 hours, the machine still didn't work. They came out a second time and the new diagnosis was not the appliance but the plumbing to the appliance. However, on the initial visit no problem with the plumbing. The ASAP plumber came out and "fixed" the plumbing to the ice maker. Paid another fee! 24 hours later, the machine still not working. Now they want to take ice maker to shop and have me pay even more $$$. Frustrated with repair, unsure of competency. Would not use again! Still no ice!

I researched online and called several companies, but the earliest any of them could come out would have been in the middle of August. I called on July 16th ASAP Appliance and they set up an appointment 3 days later. Cesar was the tech that came out. From 1 to 10, I would give Cesar a "20". Cesar was very curious and passionate in explaining everything to us. Cesar had to order a part for our washer and he stated it would take about a week to get the part.
I was notified that the part came in and called to set up an appointment to be installed. I informed my family and friends of the experience I had with ASAP Appliance and recommended them for any repairs. I also told them to ask for Cesar. I called ASAP appliances and plumbing on 10 June for an estimate to install a water softener I had recently just bought. I got an estimate the very next day by Chris. After the estimate, I asked Chris if he was able to install it today. He told me that he was able to but needed to go back the shop to get some supplies. An hour later he came back with another technician Scott to help with the install.
Both of them showed professionalism and took great pride on their work. A picture say a thousands word so I've attached a photo of their work for all to see. It was a pleasure to have Chris and Scott as both were easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Washer and dryer started having some issues and Shawn came out quickly to diagnose the issue and help us get it fixed quickly and gave us the best options for what needed to be done. Cesar was the technician assigned to repair my dishwasher. He was very friendly, pleasant, and we had great conversation while he worked to repair my dishwasher. He was absolutely efficient and clean. I hate when repair people come and leave a mess. Cesar did not do this. He even brought a blanket to lay down I front of the dishwasher while he worked.
I've been using ASAP for a few years and definitely recommend them! The owner, Sean (spelling?) is also very nice and super knowledgeable. Taylor is also down to earth and very transparent when booking your appointment and following up the day of. Again, couldn't ask for a better plumbing and appliance repair service! Definitely recommend them and their prices are reasonable.

I have just used ASAP for the first time. My refrigerator was on the fritz - Shawn came same day, diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes, ordered my parts right then and there, told me exactly how much it would be, when they got my parts he was here bright and early made the repairs and I'm back in business. Here's a couple of other pluses, . this company's communication with me was outstanding very professional.

Fridge was broken so they came right out! Fixed within days. Awesome company. So quick and easy to work with. Caesar was so kind and great to communicate with. He was talking to my son about his Pokemon collection so obviously my son gives him two thumbs up. Fabulous company and now my fridge works again!

My refrigerator/freezer had stopped working. I had a mess in the freezer section so called my neighbor for a recommendation and she suggested ASAP. I called and was told the next available appointment was next Wednesday or a week from now. I was very surprised at this and she said she could put me on a cancellation list and I agreed saying in. the meantime I would look for someone else.
About 10 minutes later she called back and said one of their guys would be in my neighborhood that afternoon and would stop by. That guy was Shawn and he stopped, diagnosed the problem and said he would be back later with the part. A couple hours later he was here, fixed my fridge and made me a very happy person. Great job Shawn!

This company is worthless. On Wednesday we set up a 2-4 appointment on Friday. On Friday they changed the appointment to 4-6. At 5 they called and said it would be closer to 6. At 6:20 we called and got the answering service (AS). The AS stated they would take my name and number and someone would call us. At 7:00 I called the AS again at which time they took my name and number again promising someone would call. At 7:30 I called the AS again at which time they took my name and number again promising someone would call. NOONE has called or shown up.

We can't recommend Asap Appliance & Plumbing Services any more highly. Shane came out to fix our refrigerator on a Tuesday afternoon, diagnosed the problem and obtained the required part and had it installed the next afternoon. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE READ. Within two days I spent $2,000 with this company. They repaired my refrigerator and installed a new hot water heater. The day after the installation we returned home to a terrible smell of gas. We called MUD and they found that the union on the hot water heater had been left wide open causing the gas leak. My hot water heater is within inches of my furnace.
When I called Shawn, the owner, and told him of what had happened he offered me a $100 refund. In negotiating he reminded me that we were negotiating and that's what "business" people do. I have been in business for 30 years and apparently not up to Shawn's standards. I had requested a mere $300 refund which is pennies compared to a fatality. I will report to the Better Business Bureau, FourSquare and where ever else I can find.
