The quality and professionalism of CORNERSTONE'S workmanship was outstanding! As their ads state, "change now into WOW" that was our experience. We could not have been more pleased.

Some of the nicest people we've ever worked with.from beginning to end. Their design staff is quite adept and very current on the latest design concepts. Their installers are talented and very knowledgeable. Did surprises occur - of course - but they all pitched in to adjust and only charged us for legitimate items that they could not have known of. And, never charged us for small alterations and changes we requested. The supply chain slowed us down but they were very transparent and kept us informed throughout. We'd easily work with them again.

Started writing a detailed summary, but got much too long, so here's an abridged version. Hired Cornerstone to install a glass tile backsplash in kitchen. "4-5 day job" turned into an almost 6 week odyssey. From people not showing up when I was told they would, to people not responding to emails, to people showing up unannounced, to people breaking a tile and not saying anything.

Final straw was when they came to reinstall our range hood and the shield that runs from range hood to ceiling. The installed range hood too low and just rested the shield on top of the range hood, leaving a good 1/2" gap between shield and ceiling. When I called on this I was told they would come over and fill the gap with caulking. Got very argumentative when I said that was unacceptable.

Eventually got them to order a new shield which took almost 3 weeks. Communication was terrible through the whole process. The fact that just resting the shield on top of the range hood and when being called on it their solution was to fill the gap with caulking says everything about what they consider "quality work". The shame is that Rob, who set the actual tile, did a great job. His work was meticulous, but every other aspect of this project was a disaster. We are going to redo our kitchen cabinets, but would never go back to Cornerstone.

Just a quick update since my last review. It is hard to believe, but my project that started 7/2021 is still not finished. All I get is excuse after excuse. Getting the company to correct errors that they have made during the construction process is more than maddening. I got so frustrated that I actually installed my own bathroom hardware and patched a hole in the wall because it was taking so long to get someone there.

The hardware installer had to ask my wife where the towel bars and toilet paper holder was supposed to be mounted. She told him to just leave them because he wasn't smart enough to look at the drawings to figure out where they were to be installed. It amazes me when I see the 5-star reviews, it can't be possible. I have spoken to one of the top guys in the company (you won't get a response from the owner, he is protected) who promised to get this job finished and this call was months ago.

At this point when I see one of their commercials on tv, I have to leave the room because I become so enraged at the lies coming out of the owner's mouth. I will follow up with photos of the project if and when they finish including information of the 3 failed inspections and messes they left during the construction.

Picked out quartz remnant for my guest bath vanity. Was told est is $2400 for 65"x24" top with matching shower threshold of 46" and niche shelf of 12". Mind you we had an estimate from Carrera kitchen & baths for $1200. I was informed there was $750 in fees. They waved the $400 damage fee that they charge to "protect my floors from damage during install b/c I have access from outdoors bringing price down to $2000 But there would still be a $350 "gas fee".

That's NOT a typo! There's a gas fee of $350 for a one stop drop and install. For a very large project like a large master bath reno or kitchen reno I can maybe understand? But for a small project? That's insulting! Clearly their adds advertising low cost remnants is a gimmick! Carrera kitchen & baths gets my business. Only positive was that sales person was great but her companies policies are embarrassing!

Cornerstone changed out the granite countertops in our kitchen and replaced the sink with one made of stone. The workmanship was beautiful. They also removed a large mirror and replaced it with bead board. Bruce was our salesman and John was in charge of the work. Everything went along perfectly and we are very happy with what they did.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Mike our Project Manager was not responsive. Never came to the job site or returned phone calls. Delivered cabinets that sat in our house for 4 weeks before install due to project management oversight. Someone wrote our name on the drawers in permanent marker that I see on a daily basis. Frustrating experience. Service: Remodeling

The worst experience I've ever had from a company I thought would do quality work. I was assured they would treat my home with great care while doing the work over the summer while we were away. I can't begin to tell you about the nightmare this project turned into. They trashed my entire house! Custom draperies piled and thrown on the floor in trash and debris, they did not cover/protect or contain the work area, therefore trashing my entire home.

They were very careless and dropped heavy equipment on our tiled entry, forcing us to select a different tile for them to replace. We were forced to stay in a hotel for two nights while my husband, daughter and I worked daily to clear our back bedrooms and kitchen (not their work area) to be able to stay in our home. We were promised the work would be started in July and finished by October if they were able to have our home uninhabited.

They are still here late January! These are just a few of the many negative things I've covered, but based on our experience, I would never recommend this company for work in your home. The poor management and caliber of craftsmen, leave a lot to be desired,

The replacement of my countertop was completed in a very professional way and in less time than I had expected. All of the work was done by skilled employees who completed the job to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Builders.

This is my second major project with Cornerstone Builders in the last 12 months. Last year both bathrooms were remodeled and this year it was the kitchen, laundry room and main entry way. The attention to detail, the helpful hints and knowledgeable suggestions were all appreciated and extremely beneficial. Work was done efficiently and expeditiously with plenty of time to see the various steps of the project take form.

The condo was well protected to be sure that excessive dirt and dust did not migrate outside the work area. From beginning to end, the care taken by all the workers was noticeable and consistent. From making the selections in the showroom to the final clean-up at the end of the project, it was done professionally and with a clear focus on customer delight.

I would not hesitate to contact this company for any future remodeling project that I may need. They had two opportunities to "WOW" me and they succeeded both times. A special thank you to both Will and Joe, your service and support throughout both projects were exceptional. True team players in word and action. You were always available to be sure that the project was on schedule according to the work plan. Thank you both and all your team members for delivering another successful remodel project.

While Cornerstone was not the least expensive the quality they provided was superior and well worth the cost. We were pleased with all aspects of their customer service, from the initial review of what we wanted to the installation, every detail was covered. The team we worked with headed by Kimber and Mike were excellent. They were timely, courteous, professional and paid attention to every detail regardless of how small. I love the way our kitchen turned out and admire it daily. Great job.

We've worked with Cornerstone twice, once in 2017 to remodel a kitchen and master bath and in 2020 to remodel a second bath and build a custom wall unit. Both times Chris Menchini (sales/designer) and Will Presto (project supervisor) did an outstanding job. Besides the work itself, we were also impressed with how responsive they were to any concerns or issues we had following job completion. Cornerstone is a solid choice for remodeling your home.

Fantastic experience with an extensive full kitchen and 2 bath renovation. Everyone we worked with were professional, respectful and addressed our every concern. We worked with Maria Dow on the designs and just let me say, wow! Maria brought in design elements we never would have thought of on our own. Will, our project manager was highly responsive and always had a smile on his face. This is a well organized and professional business. I strongly recommend and would work with them again in a heartbeat.

My kitchen remodel is complete and I can't say enough good things about this company. The entire process from working with Sherrie Douglas our design consultant to Will Presto who oversaw the entire project was completed on time and the quality of the work was 5 star. All of the in-house technicians took pride in the quality of their work and were always on time.

We had the great pleasure of having our kitchen and both bathroom granite countertops installed by Cornerstone Builders. In addition, they added a couple of bi-fold doors for our closet. The process starts with Joshua Braden from the planning and ordering aspect and was involved every step of the way to completion. Very good at what he does and the face of the organization from the on set.

Will Presto was the on site foremen/manager that showed up every day to insure that the project was being completed as planned and to our liking. He is a stickler for the details and made sure we were pleased throughout the process. Every employee that came through our house regardless of their role was extremely respectful, professional and very good at what they do. I would highly recommend Cornerstone builders for any of your home projects.

We had a very positive experience with Cornerstone. Our designer, Matt, was attentive and knowledgeable. The foreman "Big Mike", along with his support staff, kept the project moving along smoothly. Eric, our tiler, meticulously installed the tile with creativity. We were kept informed every day of the progress. We would highly recommend Cornerstone. Excellent Job!

Our designer, Chris, and our project manager, Will, were the best team we could have received. Chris understood what we wanted to accomplish and made it happen. Will and the various crews were always on time, neat, professional and provided excellent craftsmanship. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all our questions patiently and respectfully. I will use Cornerstone again based on our experience.

WOW! Due to their stellar reputation, I honestly never even pursued another quote for my kitchen remodel. From the initial consultation through the finished product, designer Janet Weir exemplified customer service and felt like family. She was whatever that 'thing' is that makes her instantly trustable. The work teams felt like part of our family within moments of their arrival with their easy and professional styles.

Now - let's talk about the craftsmanship. Listen to me - these people are artists. Backsplash, cabinets and the glorious granite countertop were all expertly installed as if they were working on their own homes. Jim, the project manager continued to keep me updated every step of the way and swiftly addressed the very small issues that popped up along the way. Cornerstone Builders, now to wow - I can't wait to move on to my bathrooms!

Chris Faro of Cornerstone Builders has assisted us with two remodeling projects in our home. In 2012, our kitchen was remodeled which turned out beautifully. So, when we decided to remodel our master bathroom and bedroom this year, we contacted Chris once again. The bathroom was gutted down to the studs in the wall and the bedroom flooring and painting were redone.

To say we are thrilled is an understatement. We would highly recommend Chris and Cornerstone to anyone who wants to have a professional, Christian owned business remodel their homes. After the remodel of our master bathroom and bedroom this year, we once again utilized Chris Faro at Cornerstone Builders of SW Florida to assist us with the project.

It is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmen who work at Cornerstone are at the top of their fields. We would highly recommend both Chris and Cornerstone to anyone who is planning a remodeling project!

I hired Cornerstone for a kitchen remodel and two bathrooms. My Designer Dave was great. He was very responsive and professional during the whole process. My project manager Brad was outstanding as well. Kept me informed during the whole process and oversaw everything with critical eye during the project. The quality and workmanship is good. I am very happy with the end result. Prices are reasonable for southwest Florida. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone to anyone.

We used Cornerstone because of the designer, Charlie Small. We remodeled our kitchen in 2017. We had quite a few problems, including a hurricane that hit, but they got the job done. Two years later, we had some problems with the cabinets, grout, and electric outlets. They took care of all of our problems, and I must say, we were impressed with their quick response. Hold onto your hat during there estimate they're outrageously expensive, as a one of there competitors say they will wow you with the price! The cabinets that they sell are from China & you can find them direct from wholesaler if you shop around. The bottom line shop around comparing apples to apples

If you want to deal with the most inept company this is the place for you! expensive shoddy work unreliable left in the lurch & the shit is already falling apart! our job started in may. today is 10/25. we have totally been disregarded by this company. our job is still not done. no return on phone calls. nothing! i guess spending over $20,00 is nothing to them. not one of their more important clients. time for a lawyer!

We used Cornerstone Builders in Ft Myers to have our kitchen counters redone with Quartz. Dylan (our sales guy), was awesome. With us every step of the way, and the job was done on budget and on time. We always knew what was happening, and when workers would show up. Kudos to Cornerstone.

Todd Remonda was our designer and had most of the design done when we met for our appointment. We discussed it and then he finished up the design with our requests. The designer and the product CornerStone puts out are really great. The job took around 5-6 weeks. The followup and punch list were a real issue. I met with the foreman and Kevin from the office and we still had issues getting the punch list taken care of. This took over 8-9 weeks. We finished up a number of the items ourselves just to be done. So they are good but you have to watch on the followup. Brenda Highfill

An exceptional job from start to finish! We wanted our master bath to be completed as soon as possible, therefore we hired Cornerstone. My salesman Todd was always available to answer my questions. Our Project Lead, Chris checked with me during the entire process. CJ called me everyday to let me know who would be arriving to work the next day. The workers were polite and knowledgeable, sometimes working later in the day to complete the job. I've recommended Cornerstone to all of my friends. My bathroom is exactly what I had hoped for and it was all done in a timely manner!

I have NEVER dealt with a company of this caliber. It all started with my sales professional - Patty Baller. She had an understanding of my contemporary ideas and brought them to life. That was the beginning- always prompt, courteous, professional as I would later learn of ALL Cornerstone team members. Dennis was the perfect site supervisor- always on task and very team + customer oriented. Win-Win for all around him. Patty surprised me by showing up the very first day of construction with snacks for the crew.

Every single worker did each task as though it were for their own family member and their pride is obvious in the outcome. Never wrote a review of this magnitude prior til now but if there's a company worth doing so it is certainly Cornerstone. Our project turned out perfect at a fair price (I think- I couldn't even get their competitors out for an estimate) all within a weeks time. Id business with Cornerstone some months ago - big mistake! They promised everything, but the (expensive) result was very disappointing. Different colors, uneven handles, wrong countertop sizes, sticky stuff around sinks, poor craftsmanship on the insides, damage to existing parts and a lot of stains and dirt on the countertops finally. You name it. OK, mistakes can happen, but then you have to be responsible! Poorest after sale ever.called, mailed, nothing happened.

It has taken almost 2 years from start to finish for our small bar renovation. This is my summary: The worker bees were good, the queen bee and king (if there is such a thing) not good. Failure in ordering proper material, measuring templates, waiting for material, and design flaws led to our dissatisfaction. After finally getting permits signed off 3 weeks ago, we are waiting for C.O. How they stay in business is astounding.

To cut a long story short: Once you have paid the bill, they don't care anymore.

I also called this company for an estimate on doing a minor kitchen ceiling renovation. The estimate was totally outrageous. They came in 4-5 times higher than 2 other estimates I received.

We are constantly amazed by the ubiquitous television advertising by Cornerstone Builders. It is designed to make you want to hire them immediately based on their Christian ethics, family first values, etc. And it did. Unfortunately the remodel on our home was not copacetic with the philosophy of Cornerstone Builders. We were basically informed that they wouldn't meet our requests or our "time line" as touted in their commercials by self satisfied customers.

And sadly, our remodel did not align with their standards or we were not the quality customer that this Christian company desires. Our remodel was clearly not grand enough for this company to undertake. They offered amazingly high prices and uninspiring designs for our remodel (kitchen and two bathrooms). Sadly, they were outspokenly displeased when we hired another company. Be cautious!

I probably need more space than allowed for my issues. When we signed our contract, we were told our projects would take four or four and a half days. It took three weeks. We were also told the final payment would be due at the completion of work. After the granite was installed, we were asked for the final payment without the work being completed.

At that point, we had no bathroom sink, faucet or the matching mirror for the vanity. The drywall had not been repaired from demolition and a broken tile not repaired. We still don't have the mirror. The one that we received is not glazed and does not match the cabinet. I doubt seriously we will ever get the matching mirror that was clearly stated in contract.

One worker took it upon himself to take a lawn chair off our garage wall and sit in the garage. We had to call constantly to see if anyone was coming to work. The project manager was very rude to my husband. We were told our bathroom sink was ordered when it had not been. I can't even count the number of calls we had to make requesting a sink. Very poor orchestration of a relatively small project. We paid another contractor to fix the drywall, tile still broken, and NO matching mirror.

I had work done by cornerstone last year they did it in a timely manner and I was very satisfied the office staff was very very responsive I don't understand these negative reviews

I cannot say enough about our kitchen remodeling by Cornerstone. I now have a dream kitchen that fit our budget. Looking forward to master bath next! Mr. Lieber is an outstanding business owner.

The people in the office are awful. They do a horrible job of scheduling. They do not respect the customer's time. They do not keep their promise to contact you when jobs are scheduled and offer no apology when confronted.

We went into the showroom near US41 & Gladious two weeks ago and spent 30 minutes with a salesman. We gave him our kitchen plan/layout and requested a cabinet and granite countertop quote for several areas in our condo.
