Sunrise Remodeling

I just went to see them with questions about my estimate for the upcoming work in my bathroom. So far they are wonderful, Jan and the office was very accommodating and helpful.

We booked an estimate appointment a month in advance and the technician didn't show up today. When I called the office I was told he called to confirm "several" times. I had one missed call from a personal cell phone, no voicemail was left. We both took a day off from work to be home for this appointment and for the tech to just not show up or leave a message that he needed to confirm the appointment before arriving is very unprofessional and I won't be doing business with this company.

We needed someone to take over our web/mobile designing and development, as we were not happy with our previous developer. App Maisters Inc took over and fixed everything according to our requirements. Furthermore, they also added dozen of advanced features and functions to our website. This helped us to attract more customers within a few months only. Really happy with their services and highly recommend them to anyone.

Sunrise replaced our old bath/shower fiberglass insert with a beautiful tiled shower. They also worked with Mercato Stone and installed a new bath vanity top and faucets. Everyone we spoke with at Sunrise was very professional and responsive to any questions. We started by calling the office and speaking with Andrea. She was very helpful and told us that someone would be reaching out to see us very soon. Chad then came out and listened to what we wanted to achieve.

He took initial measurements and offered options that we hadn't considered. As the work began we met Kyle who did most of the actual install. He was so nice and helpful and we really enjoyed working with him. He also made some small suggestions that really added a lot to the finished product. The entire project went very smoothly and we couldn't be more satisfied.

We found Sunrise to be an honest and reputable company to work with. Their prices are fair and the finished product is just what we hoped for. We would recommend Sunrise to anyone looking to do some upgrades on their home!

We used Sunrise for both our Bathrooms. Have nothing but praise for their attention to detail and quality of their cabinetry. Once they stated the project they did not pull off to go do another job. They were extremely attentive to cleanliness and always made sure any mess was cleaned before leaving for the day. They also took it upon themselves to correct an issue we had with the Granite company we used.

The office staff was always helpful and attentive to our needs. Another wonderful issue was their communications, we were always kept abreast of any time changes or issues that may have arisen. Would highly recommend.

The fifth time that I have used Sunrise because the dependability and quality of work has always surpassed my expectation. There are stories of contractors not showing up and doing sub par work, but not these guys. Have gutted bathrooms, kitchens, reconfigured rooms all perfect. Even better, they keep the wife happy by cleaning up their toys. All tools and equipment are packed up and put away until the next day. Describe what you want and they will provide, often with a suggestion that will improve your vision. Sunrise is a real company, not a scammer handyman with a lowball price.

Sunrise remodeled my kitchen, and a neighbors bathroom. Workmanship as well as the workers themselves are outstanding. Workers were personable, explaining their work as it progressed and were very neat with exceptional clean - up upon completion.

There are probably several local contractors who can design and construct a really nice kitchen. However, I haven't heard of one who has done as much as Sunrise to keep the customer happy and that is very important. Your people were always on time, courteous and worked hard to get the job done right. When several changes were needed to make my boss happy they were done and done right.

I managed large commercial projects in Lee County over the past decade valued over $52,000,000. I have extensive experience with dozens of contractors of all types in our area. Sunrise Remodeling is among the best I have worked with. Brian Dunn's assistance in preparation for the project was easy and thorough. It's obvious he has a great deal of experience.

There were no surprises. The quality and value of the work performed was exceptional. The preparations to avoid dust and damage to our home were well planned and effective. Everything was accomplished on time. The cost was several thousand dollars less than the competitive bids obtained. There were no added costs. All the tradesmen working on the project were thoughtful and professional.

My wife was particularly pleased as the mess and disturbance which we've experienced on earlier remodeling work did not happen with Sunrise. It has been a pleasure working with each of the many Sunrise employees involved. We will be certain to contact them again for our future work.

Overall very satisfied. We contacted several companies for a quote. They were one of the higher prices, but after reading many of the other Angie's List reviews we decided to go with Sunrise. They performed a bathroom remodel. Removed the shower and vanity and custom built both. The owner was very profession and helped greatly with the selection of the tile used for the project.

Just writing to let you know how happy we are with our new shower. Luke and I are blown away with the job Shawn and Brian did. They were totally professional and very neat and clean. Shawn put together the tiles, niche and floor like an artist. Thank you Brian for all your help as well. You helped us pick out the right tiles.

We first heard of Sunrise Remodeling through Angie's List. After vetting several other contractors, we weren't too impressed with anyone else's plan, timeline, or prices. We happily settled on Sunrise to resurface all of our cabinets and renovate our master bathroom (install a whirlpool tub and tile the shower walls). We had no idea what a great experience working with them would be and we now wish that we had used Sunrise for ALL of our projects!

Their employees are amazing - everyone communicated with us and was able to answer any question we had. They were reliable - always on time, worked very quickly, and were there the entire day. They were all conversational and kind, and not to mention, very thoughtful about our space and keeping it clean. We were able to come home after a day at work, mid-construction, and know our house would be as tidy as we left it.

The owner, Brian, came out to see the scope of each project before his people started. He's fantastic. His prices are absolutely the best and he makes sure the customer is pleased every step of the way - especially after completion, which is so rare. Whenever people ask us who we used for our home, and who we would recommend, we always tell them Sunrise.

After having a few bad experiences elsewhere (contractors who won't call you back, a huge range of price estimates for the same project, etc.), we appreciate Sunrise even more. We would not work with any other contractors again - we've been spoiled. Go with Sunrise Remodeling - you will NOT be disappointed.

I wasn't sure what to do with my shower and it's horrible window. Sunrise offered design suggestions and did a beautiful and professional remodel. I'm thrilled!

We had a good experience with Sunrise Remodeling and I would hire them again. We remodeled out kitchen and two bathrooms. We got some recommendations from neighbors who had remodeled and visited all of their recommended places. Even though Sunrise was smaller than some of the recommended places, I was impressed with them and felt immediately comfortable.

Brian and his team renoved our master bath, from the old and outdated to the classy and modern. They made it a point to cover and protect furniture and carpet. The work is first class and completed on time and at the price quoted.
