Very helpful staff. Seems well stocked. Prices on the handful of items that I looked at were reasonable (and in a few cases cheaper than big box stores).

This is a pricey pool shop in a pricey hood. they have everything and in a storefront feel. the customer service is EXCELLENT. the one guy hustles that store, hes good, fair and he knows what hes talking about. you can trust him. you're gonna pay tho, ok?

This location has superior customer service. Just explain or show them what you need and before you know it, they've retrieved what you need and your on your way. Definitely recommend this pool supply shop.

This is just sharing my experience with you on Tai Yun of Olympic Pool & Spa, Los Angeles. Our 20 year old pool, with a spa, swimmer, fountain jets, located in West Los Angeles. About 10 years ago, I was very lucky on my first try with them on some pool equipment issue. I am very appreciated that Tai's technical ability to analysis and resolve my pool problems, that no-nonsense 'straight to the point' approach saves a lot of my time.

He is very polite, courteous, same as his field technician. They always kept me inform on their eta through these years. Initial house-call charge is well worth for his emergency service. And he always leave me some great pool advice before he disappears. Thank you Tai.

I highly recommend Olympic Pool & Spa Supplies. I have been their customer for over 5 years and they have never failed to respond quickly and professionally to any issue that has come up with my spa. Their fist job was to bring an old inoperable system back to life and they have maintained it ever since. OP&SS's prices are always fair, and extra work that is not needed is never suggested.

It's always a pleasure to call Tai, because I know he will come out address any problem quickly professionally. Just yesterday, he came out and once again repaired my 30 year old spa heater. It's now working great! If you have any issues with your spa or pool feel confident in calling OP&SS.

Please DO NOT USE THEM! They are scammers! They came to my house on their own will and sent me a bill for $145! I didn't even asked them to come to my house but they came and just to give estimate after a phone conversation, they billed me for $145 and keep sending me bills to pay and bugging me And more scary thing is they come to my house without any notice, just like stalkers!

Please through my experience, I seriously don't recommend them, I wish no one goes what I had to go through. They don't have much business so their younger brother, only does billing and billing and billing to get money for what they haven't done. Once you meet them, misery starts. my misery started with them with phone call, my biggest mistake was gave them my address to start consulting on my pool job. And they are 30 ~ 40% more expensive than other pool stores since they hire 2nd people after they got the job from you.

Tai is very nice and always finds a way to fix the problem. I have used this company for 10 years and they have always been fair and honest.

The service is a total crap shoot! One month they are attentive and the next you have to beg them to add chemicals to the pool and actually sweep it (we installed an automatic pool sweeper and they quite often do not empty that out). I've been home when they didn't know I was there and they spend about 5 minutes without even checking the chemicals in the pool.

They have automatically billed us for chlorine tablets when there is a bucket of them sitting by the pool equipment. Any request usually takes more than one call to accomplish. Good Luck if you choose this place!

It's very nice to have a pool supply store in the neighborhood. Otherwise, I'd have to drive to home depot and go into that zoo to pick up supplies. Please support local businesses like I do. they are worth paying a bit more so we don't end up with only big box stores.

Not professional! Took 3 tries to get it right and was charged each time. They fixed the problem but definitely milked it.
