Rosati Windows

We ordered 15 windows including a bay window, sliding door, storm and screen door back in Oct of 2021. Was told 6 to 8 months to get them. Well this week April 20 and 21 of 2022 we had everything installed. Installers were right on time to get started very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Love the way everything looks. Our storm door and bay window are absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't be happier.

22 years ago I was referred to Rosati Windows. My cousin flips homes and used them for his 3 homes that he flipped. To this day I absolutely love my windows. The best part is cleaning them from the inside. They are double pain and I had them install 19 windows. Mike Rosati and his great team cares about his customers. He is right in the ad campaign, no upselling or hard core sales. John Vaccini is great to work with, he will make it happen with his team. The window quality and buying experience are fine. The install details leave a lot to be desired. The installers chipped a tile, the trim quality is poor, and many of the nails installed on trim are not sunk to proper depth, requiring additional work and the nail brads don't have enough of a head to be driven after the fact. Rosati came out for an inspection, shrugged their shoulders.

I asked the rep if the install was acceptable and representative of their work and he said no but offered no resolution. Will be happy to share my experience and pictures of finished install.

From start to finish Rosati Windows exceeded my expectations. I ordered 12 new windows and a new front door and storm door. A sales rep came to my home with a hassle free sales pitch explaining the quality of Rosati Windows. I was sold instantly. Very professional and knowledgeable salesman. Rosati Windows kept in touch with my wife and I through the entire process.

I was always made aware of the next step in the process. The professionalism of the installers was second to none. They were professional, courteous and answered any questions I may have had. The entire Sales staff was responsive and helpful to make many recommendations and options for replacement windows for our home. There were three Installers to install the windows & new door, all were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of their responsibilities to ensure everything was installed properly. UPDATE: The crew members NEVER showed up to complete the job. Thankfully someone else at least came to pick up the windows on Sunday so I could access my garage, but I am beyond upset. The installation manager. was going to send the same crew back to finish up this week even though they completely flaked over the weekend, and did a haphazard job while they were here. which is a huge NO from me.

One of the team members was smoking while working here and kept blowing smoke into our home while also throwing his cigarette butts in my yard. The other left a BOX CUTTER out in the open in my 3-year-old daughter's bedroom with the blade sticking out; total disregard for any safety measures. I know.

We bought our Rosati Windows 15 years ago and are so pleased with the windows and customer service. We broke the locks off accidentally recently and John just fixed them in no time. He also gave us great tips on cleaning and other maintenance. No charge as they are guaranteed for life. I highly recommend them. Plus they help support Buckeye Ranch.

Had windows installed a few years back and the experience was great so I decided to have doors installed. I ordered the doors in August but due to supply chain issues, the doors arrived in March. My order was for two Craftsman 420 (no dental shelf) style doors, a storm door and sliding glass patio door but when the doors arrived in March there were two 419 style doors instead of two 420 style doors.

Of course I wasn't happy but I have already waited 6 months for the doors and I did not want to wait another 6 months. The storm door is one of the "cheapest" (poor quality, not inexpensive) doors I've ever seen. Calling it flimsy would be giving it a compliment. It's so cheap that when the inspector returned and I pointed out gaps in the frame, he tried to bend the storm door to fix the gaps.

The pump is weak and the slightest of winds nearly rips the door off its chain. This is definitely not what I would expect from Rosati but I guess everyone has a bad day. The installation team was awesome. Arrived early, explained everything they were doing before they did anything, cleaned up nicely after they were done and except for the storm door, the quality of the installation was top notch. Very professional team. I would still recommend Rosati for doors but wish ownership would find a different manufacture for storm doors. Quality makes a difference.

We had the absolute best experience. All of our windows are Rosati. From the salesman, the associate who pre- measured and our installation crew, they were so professional and kind. They wore masks in our home. They came in while at work, installed and left with zero mess. The quality of the window is durable and made to perfection. We had old basement windows and they did an excellent job at removing and installing new ones. They worked so hard. Would highly recommend Rosati for any window need.

This was our first experience with Rosati Windows, and it was a lasting one! All members of the crew were very professional and respectful during the whole 3-day process of replacing 25 windows and a patio door. With us both working from home, they were always mindful of making noise near our workspaces and it was greatly appreciated. They were. extremely efficient in their work, but were never too busy to stop and answer any questions we had about the process.

Terrible customer service. When they say they'll call back, it seldom happens. Inept installers. Cracked window upon installation, no one called to schedule replacement. I called to schedule and they sent out one guy for a two man job and no window. I rescheduled again and had to wait another month. One guy arrived for a two man job but at least he had the window. Was told the final inspection could be scheduled a few days out but instead told to schedule appointment three weeks out since I work and am not home until 4:00. Lock mechanism on base of sliding door is ineffective, part of window insulation is coming away from one window.

Outstanding service and products. Rosati Windows was highly recommended by someone we trust for home repair and they did not disappoint. They met their promises to deliver high quality windows at a reasonable price. The five service representatives they sent were very professional and replaced more than 30 windows in two days. Not only did they thoroughly clean up after themselves, they even removed Christmas decorations that were in the way and nicely arranged them.

In fact, our basement was cleaner after they left than before they began. I am a huge fan of the company and their people. I highly recommend Rosati Windows to anyone looking for a great company to provide great windows.

We ordered 10 windows and 3 doors to be installed in our home. We expanded into our covered porch to add a Four Season room. We got 3 bids all in the same price range. We decided to go with Rosati because of their name in the area. We were told it would be approximately 13 weeks for them to get to the project. That was longer that we planned but we went with them and planned our other contractor according.

The job wasn't starting until 19 weeks later. There were no update calls only when we called them. When I reached out to the owner Michael Rosati he did apologize and went on to tell me what a great year they were having and he did not want to hire unskilled workers off the street. I said I understand but I shouldn't have been told 13 weeks when you knew you were having a record year. "Sorry" was his only response.

The workers brought everything through my house without putting down mats until I started putting them down myself. They also smoked in the enclosure while the door into our home was open. I wish We would have gone with someone else!

I filled out the form on-line for someone to contact me about new windows. That was about 2 weeks ago, never heard from anyone. Not off to a good start, so I think I will just look a different direction on this.

We purchased a sliding glass door about 4 years ago from Rosati. Very happy from sale to post install. No pressure sales, which is a huge bonus. Install guy was on time. Showed us where the home builder left a huge gap with no insulation. We got a follow up call a week or two later. Big improvement in the level of comfort in our dining room now. Looks very nice from inside and out. One minor issue. Door closes a little slower when it's extremely cold out. Other than we are extremely happy with our door.

Filled out the 'Contact Us' online about new windows/doors for a large addition on our house in April of 2017. I never heard from them.

I was happy with my windows when I got them. My Mom is getting Windows now but she couldn't afford Rosati Windows, so we called Window World and in talking with him about who I bought from, he says Rosati makes our windows.

We have had our windows that were installed 10 years ago, We love them, and they have services that cost nothing after they are installed I broke a piece in one window and they came out and repaired it 6 years after I had got them and was no charge.

Wow! Unbelievable. Not only are we extremely pleased with everything involved in our experience with Rosati (from sales to installation) we have just experienced a great and wonderful service by them.

Just had what may be the best customer service experience of my entire life! Rosati replaced every window and the sliding glass door in our home quite a few years ago. One of the windows developed a crack just recently.

Very overpriced, but the other window companies were so much more high pressure.

We replaced all our windows about 2 years ago. We have had a terrible time with lady bugs getting in. I mean terrible 50 or so a day. I can't figure out how they are coming in, but if bugs can get in, cold can too and heat get out ughhhh

A friend of my fiance recommended that we check out Rosati when we were looking to have a window and sliding door replaced in our house. We went to the factory showroom and looked around for awhile before we were approached by a sales rep. I won't say that we got hit with a high pressure sales tactic but he was fairly heavy-handed with the "good" things. Fortunately, we liked the product and the price was significantly lower than lesser quality windows from other places.

We placed our order and were told that it would be between 9-11 weeks before they would be installed. The sales rep was pretty honest about how backed up they were with orders/installations. It ended up being 12 weeks before we got them installed. The installation went surprisingly smoothly, there were a couple issues with some water damage around the sliding glass door but they were quickly and capably fixed. And, after the last week of frigid weather, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We are already thinking about having them come back and replace the other 5 windows in the house next year!

My house had Rosati windows when I moved in. Nothing fancy about the windows. they do the trick. However, I received some of the worst, most rude customer service I've ever experienced when I had to call and schedule a repair. When the time comes to purchase new windows, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I will summarize my unbelievably poor experience with Rosati Windows by letting you know that they left my family without doors for 48 days and did not repair the damage they caused to my home for 158 days.

A good friend recommended them as he was happy with his whole house window replacement. I've seen their ads and I've experienced the high pressure sales pitch from other companies as they mention. The only fault I could find with that ad is Rosati had no pressure sales, but it was sales with a real lack of interest. I replaced all of the windows in my house around 1988.

Due to storm damage I had to replace two windows this time. To me the sales guy seemed less interested in my small job. "Here is our window, here is our price, call me. " Had I not had a good recommendation I would have went elsewhere. That said, I'm glad I didn't go elsewhere. The installation went pretty well, though there were problems unrelated to the window, but related to my storm damage that complicated matters somewhat, but Rosati was up front about that.

Once the windows were installed, I could tell they are of a better quality than what the original, now defunct company installed previously. I did have a minor warranty issue that they quickly resolved. My only other complaint is that Rosati wanted to send a Quality guy to look at my windows when they were completed, but they weren't very accommodating with my schedule on this.

They probably could have been more accommodating with scheduling and billing, but it wasn't too bad for me since I work 2 blocks from their factory. At the end, I like my windows and I wlll probably give them my buisiness when I replace doors soon.

We talked with the sales rep about the project to include wrapping the entire area around the window. When they installed the window they only finished a 3 area around them. When my wife called to talk about the installation the service manager was very condescending to my wife. I had them replace some windows in my house so I would not have maintenance issues, I don't want to keep painting the wood.

A rep came out and we talked about what should have been done. I got a call an hour after he left from their office wanting to schedule a time and charge me another $400 to do the job they agreed to do. There is a major breakdown between sales and installation. The installation mgr told me it wasn't written up that way, well guess what, I didn't write it up.

I have dealt with them in the past and had similar issues. Should have known better. They know how to take care of the customer. Should have started here. UGH.

I had an egress window installed by Rosati. The contract stated that they would pull all permits through Hilliard and schedule the final inspection. The job was completed October 2012 and in May 2013 I went to pull my patio permit and was told that Rosati never pulled a permit for my egress window.

Multiple calls from May-November 14, 2013 and still no resolution.

I have worked with Scott Ryan (subsequently no longer with Rosati), Rob Abner, and John Piconni. I love their product but their "word" is worthless. Hilliard will fine me for not pulling the permit, though Rosati is responsible in the contract. They will want an inspection, which means pulling down drywall in my finished basement, where I thought this project was long over.

Not sure if they will make me excavate the exterior that was backfilled. Never NEVER NEVER again. I thought for the higher price for their name over the random Craigslist people would result in a smooth experience. Not so.

I have been waiting a long time to replace my windows in my house after looking at all the manufacturers I decided on Rosati windows, what a mistake that turned out to be. It is now 2 weeks past the expected installation date and I still have no idea when I am getting my windows. I ordered and paid the 1/3 of the money for my windows and was told it would be 2 months for installation, all the other companies were only a month out from installation.

This should have been a red flag. I called John Vaccani 2 weeks ago to find out when I would get my windows he could not give me a date. I called Michael Rosati earlier today and was give the cold shoulder and told to calm down by him. So here I am end of October cold weather all ready starting and still have no idea when or even if I will be getting my new Rosati windows before winter.

All you hear with Rosati is reputation reputation reputation. Well in the middle of writing this I did get a call from Michael and was given a date, lets see if the make that date. I will be writing back to let you know how the installation went and if the windows hold up to the reputation.
