The service I received was perfect. We had a water heater leak that damaged the floor and some water lines. They were quick to respond and get somebody out as quickly as possible to get our water back on and fix the additional damage that was done.

Charlie came out initially to stop the initial leak to get water back on. Then Toby and Noah followed up to repair our damaged lines and install out new hot water heater. Unfortunately, they were running behind from bigger jobs in the day but were still committed to getting our hot water restored even though it put them not leaving out residence until after 7pm. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would have ever expected a company to do for their customers that late night getting our hot water back on.

I cannot express how grateful we were for their support during this time. I don't know if other companies offer similar support, but I will never need to find out. Jimmy's Plumbing and specifically Charlie, Noah and Toby will definitely look after you when you need them the most!

Jimmy's is my go to Plumber for all my needs at my home on Hill Street. I have an older home and the existing plumbing set up is far from ideal- a tiny crawl space, cast iron pipes, invasive tree roots etc. I appreciate their patience, professionalism and fast response on all my plumbing needs.

I bought my home 3 years ago. I didn't know any plumbing companies. I called Jimmy's to fix my shower (that I tried to fix and screwed up). Anthony showed up and did a great job. All new fixtures over 2 hours of work and the bill was just under 500 bucks. I have not one complaint they are very fair and the price is also fair. I will use them again if I need them. We need more companies like this!

Jimmy's took our call on Easter Friday. While most would have put us off until the following week they came right out! Our technician was Anthony C and a helper, they were professional and awesome to be point blank. Ran a snake over 10 times outside to in. Upgraded pipes and definitely saved our Easter! Couldn't be more happy these guys rock!

Didn't call or show on scheduled date. They texted days later asking if I'd be home, well no. I work too. I'll try to give them another shot but not optimistic. I will say the receptionist I talked to when scheduling aptmt was very pleasant and lovely to talk to

I have used Jimmy's Plumbing many times, most recently to install a new water heater. Charlie arrived at my home within an hour of my call to assess the problem. He then gave me three options with the total cost of each. Installation was timely, clean and well done. They even organized the inspection that the city had to sign off on (for the gas part of the water heater). I highly recommend Jimmy's Plumbing and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

They've installed a dishwasher a d new sump pump for me this year and their service was outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout both jobs.

Bad experience. Took over 2 weeks to fix an issue at my business and they didn't clean up after themselves. I tried to set it up before we opened because they had to shut the water off yet they never showed.

Called at 4PM and set up repair for the next day. Asked to be called with a time frame once they had schedule made so I could inform tenants. Never heard anything, called at 2:30 and went to voicemail.

I had an emergency today, called Jimmy's Plumbing, let them know I had an emergency. Meanwhile, one of the service techs had to leave work but nobody called to let us know we wouldn't have quick service.
