My Name is Rany Koreel This is not a fake review (using my friends account since his English is better than mine) my name is in there data base it seems every bad review owner says name not in the data base. So my story goes they installed windows in my house and one window was not installed properly and leaked water into my wall which caused significant damage.
My brother called spoke to Rachel and just keep getting the run around they even sent the owner and he was very rude. This company just gives you the run around in the end they finally said they will fix the issue after I have fixed it and they told me it will only cost a $150 lol what a joke if any one on here has any questions before doing any business with this company let me know. I can show you how they do business, pictures attached. SO BUYER BEWARE SOUNDS NICE IN THE BEGINNING BUT YOU END UP REALLY PAYING LATER!

Do NOT do business with these people. We've had the unfortunate experience of working with them and it's been a nightmare. Before the job was complete they asked for a change order and demanded more money. Their crew left the area by our electrical panel a mess and they refused to clean up. Their communication has been terrible. They routinely promise to explain to me what is happening and do not. They don't supply me with the proper documents. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Do yourself a favor and don't go through what I went through.
