American Solar Solution

I received 3 to 4 phone calls a day from this company. I request to be put on the do not call list. And when I request that they hang up on me. When I contacted the office. They do not know how to answer the phone. This company is one of the largest scams out there they do not have any customer service whatsoever. Do not ever do business with these guys.

I called their representative in the Maryland area( Jerry Hopp) because I saw his crew working in the Delawear area and he was so rude, unprofessional and impolite that I told him never mindAnd that I would seek out another company instead

I've been getting phone calls from this company for weeks. I have even waited to get in touch with a representative and ask them to take me off their call list or to place me on their do not call list and I am immediately hung up on. This has happened several times. When you try to reach this " business" to ask them to stop harassing you, there is no one there to answer the call. Ever. If this company calls me again I will be calling my attorney. Done and done. The funniest thing is I don't even have a house LOL I live in a trailer LMFAO

Stop calling me, Jason. You call every night past 6pm, everytime from a different number and when you don't like what you hear (like, that I already have solar) you abruptly hang up. This business is a scam and you should not have a phone to bother people.

"Jason" calls me constantly on my work phone. I've been on DNC for years. He is rude and when I finally looked into this company I found hundreds of people in CA, NY, NJ are getting the same calls. American Solar Solutions Inc already had a class action for violating the TCPA. Green Solar Tech is another company that is affiliated with them. They use call spoofing with local numbers to get people to answer.

Since it's my work #, I have to answer calls. Hopefully the FTC can stop this company/person from the continued calls. If this company is not the same, then they should be able to take legal action for this person/company who is falsely representing the real company.

I get calls from them continually. Every time I tell them I'm a renter and in an apartment and to please remove my name from their list and they hang up on me. Every. Time. No apology, no further dialogue to acknowledge them removing me from the list. Just a click. They are obnoxious and if I ever do own a home, I certainly wouldn't do business with them. Reporting them for harassment. What they are doing is illegal.

I have filed multiple complaints with the FCC because they WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME. They just started calling from a new number, and it's always the same person, "Tony". I said "Every time you call me I'm going to file a complaint with the FCC" and he said "Okay, do it."

Stop cold calling people constantly! Your staff speaks w/ a heavy Indian accent & it's not my fault I can't understand them! Having someone else call 2 hours later doesn't help either. You business practice sucks! STOP CALLING PEOPLE AFTER THEY MAKE IT CLEAR THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR "COMPANY!" Can't give potential customers a real phone number to call back on nor provide a website to investigate what you're supposedly selling; sure seems like a scam to me!

I wish there was a no star option. We had solar installed with them last summer. It was promised to meet our needs at 100% offset. We noticed in the fall that it wasn't coming anywhere close to meeting our needs. Several people in the company have noted that there is a problem and promised to investigate and help us fix the problem. We are STILL trying to get a straight answer from the company as to how they are going to fix the mistake.

It seems as if the power output from our panels was miscalculated. Now we have an expensive solar system and an electric bill and it seems as if no one at the company is willing to help us resolve it despite repeated attempts. I wouldn't do business with them again. They were eager to get our system installed but they don't seem willing to stand behind their work.

So I was thinking of going with this company but after reading all of the bad reviews, I'm going to have to change my mind now. I had a very similar telemarketing horror with another company called American Windows or something like that and I suspect they might be affiliated because the salesman who came said he they also did windows. I also found this online: We are working with a skilled civil attorney in the northern LA area, exploring the possibility of filing a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit against American Solar Solution for abusive telemarketing practices.

We have several affected consumers already on board, and one who has been called over 10 times after demanding to be taken off the company call list. To file a lawsuit, there is a minimum number of affected parties who must join the lawsuit, so we are looking for others who have been bothered in a similar fashion. If you have received unsolicited calls from American Solar Solution after asking them to stop calling, live in California, and are over 18, you likely qualify as a litigant and would share in the settlement payout after trial.

These guys are obnoxious. How come the FTC doesn't fine/shut them down for illegal marketing practices. If they do illegal robo calling, disregarding the law, why would anyone trust them to do work on his/her home?

Answered a cold call, against my better judgement. Satisfied with installation and performance. Great utility bill savings, good decision. Other than that, working with American Solar Solution was awful.

Keeps cold calling our house, will not stop no matter how many times we ask to be put on their do-not-call list (and we are on the national do-not-call list as well). Would not buy anything from them and will call the police if any of their people show up at the door.
