Highly recommend! I just got a new alarm. The pro series is awesome! The customer service from the beginning Lindsay was very pleasant. Jay and Gina in service are very helpful and work around my schedule which is super convenient. Sales person Jason was very pleasant and knowledgeable and works around your schedule. I had a question for the sales person and Robert in sales helped out when Jason was out. Technician Rob was professional and knowledgeable. Rob thought outside the box in the install. My wife & I had the pleasure of having one of your technicians, Noe come to our new home for a service call. We were both amazed by both his knowledge and his efforts to make us happy with our new system. Not only did he trouble shoot and repair the faulty wiring issue, but he also took the time to explain the system. As he was about to leave, I mentioned that I had difficulty pairing my SkyBell door bell.

Advance Alarm is difficult to work with. After the alarm went off at our business, it took the Advanced Alarm 30 minutes to have one of their officers arrive. Upon arrival, the Officer out of shape, looked unprofessional and was driving a little Advanced Alarm smart car.
