Holy Snap! This place is super awesome! I purchased a high quality safe from a very kind and informative gentleman (I'm sorry, I don't recall his name) who was more than helpful and gave me a great deal and fair price. He had my safe delivered and installed in less than three business days! The installers (again, I'm terrible with names!) were top-notch, super friendly and super knowledgeable.

They went out of their way to take special care to ensure they did no damage to my home and even took the time to explain how my new safe works and tips on how to optimize interior space and how to change the combination. Again, I was surprised how this seemingly small store in Plano could deliver such great products and service. There is no other place I would use other than Texas Safe & Lock to handle all of my safe, lockouts, deadbolt, etc. I am a very satisfied lifetime customer. My only regret is that I can't give 6 stars!

I requested new locks for one door and additional lock for another door. A nice man came in to look at doors and said was coming back with new locks but never heard back from them. Never received any email (as I was told) and never heard back from them. Too bad as their reviews are good.

I purchased a safe from Texas Safe and Lock last week. Also had some of my locks rekeyed and serviced ( They were getting really bad ) Texas Safe and Lock showed up right on time, got the Safe delivered and installed super fast, and made all my locks work like new, AND now I only have 1 key that works all the locks! No more carrying 3 different keys for my house! Also they didn't break the bank! Highly recommend Texas Safe and Lock!

Blake and Thomas were AWESOME! They were very careful and meticulous in executing everything we needed to get done. Very considerate and efficient. Installed new dead bolt, rekey and move. Very reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Came in right before they closed and were able to cut 25 keys very quickly (and all worked great). I'll definitely be using them again its hard to find good locksmiths

I had a lot of damage after the February freeze and contractors were in my home for months. Ultimately they damaged the Schlage Wi-Fi pad electronic locks on my front and back door. I had used A-1 locksmiths in the past and they were great but I couldn't remember their name so I used Texas Safe and Locksmith to replace the front and back door. locks and reset my safe code.

I bought one replacement Schlage lock at Home Depot and was intending to move the front door Schlage lock to the back door. Same locks as what was there. The guy shows up, fixes the safe issue in about 10 minutes and then starts to work on installing the locks. He clearly had no idea what he was doing. Kept trying to.

My gun safe malfunctioned and I could not access any of the contents. After contacting the manufacturer, they were no help after several months. (I did NOT buy safe from Texas Safe and Lock) So I reached out to Texas Safe and Lock for assistance and they were very helpful. They quoted me over the phone. They came next day. Did their job. Were timely and professional. Highly recommend.

These guys did a great job! Found 2 touch pad locks that fit our commercial doors. Install and technician were awesome! Price was less than expected. Highly recommend!

I hired Texas Safe And Lock to install a safe I ordered online and I am so glad I did. It amazed me how quickly these guys moved my 800 pound safe down a hundred foot gravel driveway and through several obstacles to get it into the house. The owner was onsite during the installation and everyone was very polite professional. Their pricing is more than fair and I can't see myself ever calling anyone else for my safe and lock needs in the future.

They were at my house in about 30 mins from my phone call. Blake was super nice and worked quickly to get me back inside my house. $150 price tag was painful since the hardware ended up needing to be replaced b/c he couldn't get it open but for fast and friendly service in a crisis-ish situation, I can live with it.

Ron was very friendly on the phone and helped to explain what they needed to know before they even came out. The technician Ricky was super friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He cleaned up afterwards and we are so pleased with how our new install looks. Their prices literally cannot be beat compared to other locksmiths I called. Locked my keys in my car and fortunately a Texas Safe & Lock van was parked just a few parking spaces next to me on another job! Gave them a call and was able to help me out in minutes! They were so nice and responsive!

These guys are just amazing. Quality of work, pricing and timely completion is just spot on. Drove almost 20 miles to take care of a lock cylinder issue and they took care of it less than 10 mins for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place and will certainly return.

Had a very simple, but super annoying issue with a safe at work. The battery died. They helped me out of a jam quickly and were super cool about it. Great customer service. I'd totally recommend.

I was locked out of my place and contacted these guys. They responded almost immediately, addressed my issue with me, and were ready to quote a price before the police showed up as I had been identified as "someone suspicious wandering about the property." Typical. They were actually able to help me regain entry, so although my rating isn't for the service of this company, their amazing response time, professionalism, and eagerness to help me couldn't go unrecognized.

I greatly appreciate them for being patient with me and for also being ready to assist me when other locksmiths who responded simply weren't interested in taking any appointments until the following day. Texas Safe and Lock exceeded our expectations with their expertise in rekeying 4 different types of locks. They are fairly priced and arrive when they promised to arrive.

Prompt, professional, polite, and extraordinarily accommodating of my schedule! I can't recommend this company enough! My rental property went under lease, and I had limited time to have the locks rekeyed. Texas Sade responded to my Yelp inquiry immediately, called first thing the next day to schedule the appointment, and then booked it for the next morning. They did great work, had lots of helpful info, and they were reasonably priced. I've shared their contact info with all of my friends in the rental business.

My front door latch was broken. I called Monday morning and their technician arrived in about an hour, even though I said that my need wasn't urgent. Dave was very knowledgeable about my specific latch, and he diagnosed the issue immediately. Baldwin, the manufacturer, for some reason doesn't sell to locksmiths, but Dave found the required part online and also referred me to a local supplier. Service doesn't get any better than this. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

Dave, the owner, and his employees provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I contacted several companies via Yelp, requesting a quote for a smart lock install, and Dave was the ONLY one that bothered to respond. I don't know if the price I was charged is comparable to other companies, but I think I was charged a fair price for the amount of work that was involved. Dave even followed up after the install, to make sure everything went OK.

Who does that anymore? I REALLY appreciated that! He also immediately resolved an issue, and went above and beyond to make sure I was a super happy customer! If you are looking for quality work AND excellent customer service, you need to call them NOW.

Never made it here because the guy was so condescending on the phone, I couldn't hang up fast enough. A-1 was super friendly and helpful.
