We flew out 7 days after the opening, (June 1st), for the new section of Terminal C, Gates 36 thru 39! High ceilings, lots of light and glass, upgraded high-tech and very clean restrooms, plenty of comfortable seating, lots of convenient charging stations, and a nice attempt at creating a relaxing and.less stressful environment. Nice job DFW!

Giant Texas size airport with ton of food and shopping options. It feels nice and roomy when walking around the airport. It's also so easy to get a Uber when you leave. Also ton of good lounges and even a video game cafe. Overall this airport is better than most others.

I took my very first flight this year in February to meet my online best friend of four years. I used American Airlines. I was nervous and told the lady at the counter this was my very first flight and I was lost. She printed my ticket and spoke to me kindly and walked me to the gate I needed to be. The TSA people were sweet as pie and treated me with respect.

The flight attendants on the plane made me feel safe and comfortable. I found out flying really wasn't as scary as I thought it would be, and I actually enjoyed it. You will be in good hands here.

Big airport wasn't too busy for the Sunday morning I went in on. Not even a line at all to get into security. Easy to navigate and plenty of food options if you get in early or have a layover. Enjoy all the cowboy stuff if your in to that.

DFW airport is like a whole city in itself. This is a great airport for a long layover. Unfortunately, we only had about 20 minutes to get to our connecting flight. We had to use the tram train. Be sure to hold onto something or someone while on the tram or you may lose your footing. I've been through this airport many times and it's always clean and pretty well organized. The food choices are good too. Plenty of places to kill time here at DFW.

I've traveled through DFW plenty of times and this particular time I went through TSA at a new check point. Honey let me tell you the restrooms are so squeaky clean had no problem and was excited to take care of my business in the stalls. Before you enter you are aware on how many stalls are available. The sinks to wash hands were amazing. Each sink station had their very own personal soap dispenser and dryer for hands.

While you wait in the waiting area there was a QR code to scan to order food or drinks. It would be put in a bin for pick up or you have the option of it being delivered, which was pretty cool. Covid testing available on site. Parking was really cute on how each floor was named after a flower. I totally recommend paying for parking online you save a tremendous amount of money. It was super easy to register online all you have to do is enter your plate number when you would be arriving and departing.

Nice airport with a great free metro system. Very bright and modern looking place. Would give 5 stars if directions were clearer and more immigration officers were added to the international flight entry place as it can take up to an hour for just one flight's worth of people to enter the US.

Airport has a very old set up with terminals, and can be very confusing to travelers. DFW is a relatively clean Airport. Be aware that anyone picking up/dropping off has to pay even if not parking, first Airport to do such a thing in America. Getting from gate to curbside is pretty easy in most areas. DFW is a hub Airport for American Airlines, and Southwest Airlines does not fly there.

While I've never had a major issue with this airport, I didn't realize how much I like it until I compared it to others. Even during busy times, I have never waited more than 30 minutes to check in through security. They don't harass you as much as some other places and are just trying to get you in and out. Bathrooms are always pretty clean and I like the light system to tell you which ones are open.

Plenty of places to eat or get basic needs. My biggest complaint is there's no way to get here without using the toll road. As with most airports, it's also confusing trying to figure out where gates are outside the building and how to get out of here.

This is a beautiful airport! The staff are friendly and helpful. I have had several great experiences here. Noticed the bathrooms, they tell you how many stalls are in the youth! The premium Plaza lounge here is also very nice, and they are so courteous, quick and helpful. The sky train gets you wherever you need to be very quickly. Dallas is a beautiful place, and they take great care of their airport
