Bass United is a Total joke. The repairs for our system cost a ton. Nobody talks to each other. We make a repair call every few weeks. The system literally cost us $1,000 a month to hold. They repair it once or twice a month and there's no notes of it so I have to explain it to the next guy every single time. A total nightmare. This is seriously the worst company I've ever dealt with. If we could just cut this whole fire system machine out of our lives everything would be way better. This company is seriously infuriating.

I am not a customer of Bass, but as an alarm dealer myself I was introduced to Bass through a common manufacturer. Through the years I've been to Bass's building, met many members of their staff, and had many industry discussions with them. They truly are among the best of the best, and I learn something each time I have an opportunity to meet with them. Good people, selling a good product, with great knowledge. I'd highly recommend them.

Bass United Fire & Security has gone above and beyond on our fire alarm project! We like to think we hold a high standard in our own company, they surpassed our expectations. You call, they're there! Great group of people, starting at the top and across the board to the 80+ support team members. Soon we are going to implement a camera system throughout our office and perimeter monitoring for the protection and safety of our employees, guests and neighbors.we will be using bass, for sure!

This is how they leave my home 2 Month ago. And after that never answer a call again. Also the leave the trash inside the Wall. Don't make any business with them i also extend my complain to the fire department to and fire license department. Don't make business with this people. Find other!. Or your life will be a nighmare like mine.
