Alarm One

Contacted this company for business needs. Was hard to talk to the sales (Amy). Called back next day, not surprised no answer. I took my business needs to another company that is opened and they answer the phone. I had to post a star. I would have not left any.

AlarmOne is contracted through my home security company for service. I specifically asked for Dax, the service tech, because he has worked on my system a few times before over the years. I have had someone else sent for service by the alarm company before unfortunately, so this time I made sure that Dax from AlarmOne was available. He is very knowledgeable about my system and has always been able to efficiently repair or replace any needed parts.

He calls and communicates with me and with the friend who was watching our house while we were out of town. He removed a lot of worries that I had experienced before with other service providers that were horrible. This gentleman is the only person that I will have service my alarm-even if I have to wait until he's available, which is never the case. I really can't say enough positive points about his work ethic or responsibility. Thanks again Dax!

I called this place because I needed an alarm system. I found out that they had a few options but I wanted to not spend a lot of money. They offered a DIY system and since my husband is handy we went with that option. The rates were lower than adt and vivint and they even had the doorbell camera. My husband did need some support and they were very helpful. They did offer to install the alarm for a fee. My husband was able to complete it. Talked to them for alarm testing and we were done. So far I am very happy.

Locally owned company with strong customer service approach backed with excellent techs. I have had multiple conversations with this company and to the person they have been attentive, super nice and very willing to assist. What they do isn't easy and based on my experienced is complicated to price sometimes.

I had 3 cameras for my home installed with these guys. I was very pleased with the product, installation, and service (price was good too). I recommended them to my in-laws and they were happy with them as well. If you're looking for a camera system, look no further.
