I used them in the past. Three jobs, three technicians, all shady. The first one seemed like a nice guy, but they try adding up those hours. A one to two hour job may be prolonged to three to four hours. One guy tried charging six hours when he was there for only two. No sir, do not need your service contract, stop sending me bills for work that should be done one time. I like the name, but not the games they play. Here is your result.

Update- While I was away from my Squadron for a over 6 months I had to pass my duties over to another guy I work with. He accidentally paid these criminals. It isn't even my money they stole, it's yours, the American taxpayers. If they have the balls to rip off the military they will surely cheat you in some way. If it wasn't too late, I would have reported them.
Oh well. what goes around comes around Zero stars. I'm in the military and called them about fixing my Squadron's Refrigerator. The first attempt they tried to come on Beale AFB I gave easy, specific directions on how to get to my location. They called one time when they got lost and I again gave directions. They never called back that day and never showed up.
Fast forward 3 weeks. I get a random call on my cell phone while I'm at home on a federal holiday weekend when the entire Base is closed. They drove all the way to Beale AFB from Sacramento without having an appointment scheduled. I explained that the base had the weekend off and they left without even looking at my unit. After that they blew up my phone at my squadron demanding payment of almost $400.00 for their trouble.
They called at least 10 times and had different people call. I explained why I wasn't going to pay and they laughed angrily like I was stealing from them. I can't tell you how many people from work called my cell phone giving me the message that the refrigeration company called and told them that I ripped them off. Thank god they didn't actually get the opportunity to work on my refrigerator. It probably would have ended up like the review previous to this one.

UPDATE. 7/52019 I contacted another repair company and as I predicted tgese guys have no clue what they are doing. It wasn't the pump.as Dana diagnosed. In fact the repairman told me that the person who said it was the pump.did not even diagnose the issue and was more then likely trying to put on a part that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the pump.
Shouldn't have been surprised at all based on reviews and experience. AVOID this place. am warning anyone thinking about using this company to read the reviews before contacting them. I made the mistake even after seeing the reviews that I used them and all I can say is beware of their shady business practices. It started for me a year ago when they attempted to charge me 500.00 to install an ice maker on a coke machine.
Other quotes were like 125.00. I declined the quote and the owner I believe wanted me to sign a service contract with him. Lol. Yeah don't think so. Fast forward a year later I had hoped that they had changed their ways but like the saying goes once a thief always a thief stand true here. I contacted them because they were close to me to look at ice built up in my walk in cooler.
The technician named Dana cane and immediately had an attitude according to my manager and his assessment was that my ice buildup was due to leaving my door open while my delivery is being taken into the freezer. Seriously? He left before I could get there was gone 3 hours returned and said nothing he could do. Got a bill for 175.00 for nothing. He did nothing.
So me being a person that tries to give them another chance they tell me they have emergency calls to fix commercial appliances. So my ice maker is not making ice so hoping that I don't get the inept service technician Dana again I call them and much to my dismay guess who shows up? Yep the guy that charged me for doing nothing. Needing my ice machine fixed I let him in to check it out.
First thing out of his mouth is that I don't have a water line hooked up to the ice maker? Hmmm I have produced ice for over a year but you can't see the water line that is hooked up to the ice machine? Wow not sure if the company trained him or not but all I could say was "wow" he then tells me that the motor is out and that he would wait for me to contact him to pursue next course of action.
This was after I told him I needed a quote because at this point and finally reading all.the reviews that they are not an honest company I couldn't trust them so I wanted a quote. So here is the interesting point I brought up to this person ( he is not deserving of being called a revhnician) based on previous encounters with him) I asked him about my freezer and he said that the office people have him the wrong issue with it because they told him it wasn't holding temperature.
I said no that has never been an issue and if that is what he was trying to resolve that he charged me for work that didn't need done. He said I only go with what the ofice tells me. Again this was after my manager told him what the issue was. So I call the office on Friday because still no quote. The lady said oh the owner us working on a quote and he us at a job site installing new equipment and he will have it done today.
I then inquire about the reviews and the fact that my last service call was not performed and this is what a couple other reviews had said. They don't know how to diagnose problems but rather they try to charge for items that you don't need. So the laughable part is the lady tells me " well I don't write reviews on good companies and that's why our reviews are so low' and besides she said " everyone that wrote bad reviews are from customers that don't pay their bills" wow. Really?
I wonder if they would say the same thing. At this point I have already contacted another company but it's not the last I will see of them. I plan to file a small claims case against them for my service call reimbursement for the last service call with my freezer since he did nothing

This company is awesome. Not sure why all the negative reviews cause our rep Justin came out the same day (less then 2 hours after the call) and fixed our commercial walk in and helped us fix our ice machine after. Super polite, explained everything and even talked to us about future preventative maintenance. I highly recommend this company and especially the tech Justin. They're amazing. Thank you.

Do not use these guys. They will come out and look at your refrigerator and tell you that it's bad and you need to replace the entire compressor or something extremely expensive and then give you a slightly less expensive option, but that it's not guaranteed. In my case, they came out and said the compressor is bad and needs to be replaced for $3,000, but that I could just pay $1,000 to plug up any leaks and that it would work fine, but that the work won't be guaranteed and they would charge again if something happens. 2 weeks later, the refrigerator doesn't hold cold air again and I called them and they want to charge again because the work isn't covered.
These guys probably didn't even plug up or do anything to begin with and that's how they get you to keep coming back. I called another company right after and they fixed it in less than an hour when these guys charged for over 4 hours. Downright scammers.
