Critical: Punctuality Called this place on Saturday between 845pm-10pm yes, I get that it was pretty late. But I left a couple messages stating it was an emergency lockout situation, I dont hear back until 10:30am that following Tuesday. If you guys can't/ dont respond to emergencies, than please dont list yourselves for emergencies. That's all I'm saying. Service: Car lockouts

Very professional, locally owned business. They were able to open my WWII foot locker in just a couple of minutes with an appropriate replacement key. The trunk had a simple lock but I sure wasn't able to pick it. It only cost me a few bucks. Minimum of $5 for cards just FYI. Would go back anytime and will use in the future if I ever need a locksmith again.

Great customer service. I recently bought a used car that had a roof rack on it, but I did not have any keys for roof rack. I brought the tumbler in and they fit a new key. So much cheaper than any of my other options. Also, I needed to secure roof rack after I put the tumbler back on and I needed a long hex key. They lent me the hex key so I could secure it and be on my way!

We called Dave to check the lock of our front door. He not only was here at the time scheduled but after repairing the lock, he fixed our storm door so that it now closes properly. We hadn't asked him to do this but we were so pleased that he did. Both issues are working better than they have for years. Our only regret was that we'd forgotten to have him check our back storm door lock while he was here. Hopefully we'll "catch" him some time in the future.
We would hire Dave again in a heartbeat. He keeps his scheduling commitment, he's neat in his work, absolutely doesn't overcharge, and does more than he's asked. And his wife, who schedules Dave's time, is so pleasant and helpful as well. It was such a pleasure to talk with her.
