Unlike many dealers, we don't try to sell you something from a picture or brochure. Finex is an awesome company who gave us several options on new heating and cooling and worked with us to get what our house needs and with our budget. I can already tell a big difference from our old system. I highly recommend Finex from the in home survey for bidding to the actual install, the owners and employees are on the next level of service. This is a fantastic company to deal with, from sales to the installers! I'm extremely glad I chose this company and you will too! Luke on the sales side is right up front and very informative of the products they sell and he goes above and beyond from start to finish. Damian and the younger gentleman that was with him (can't recall his name Caleb?) are fast, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with as well along with clean! Excellent experience with this company from the first phone call to request someone come out to give me an estimate to follow-up after the install. Everyone involved was courteous, attentive and took pride in their work. I needed to replace an aging Lennox heat pump/AC. A professional assessment was made of what would be best for my home. All my questions were answered promptly and were reflected in the quotes I received.

Fenix installed our new Heating & AC system recently. They changed from a 2 system heat pump to a 1 system with zoning. It works beyond our expectations! Luke & his crew of installers were amazing. They were quick and precise in dealing with a complicated system, which had included a "century" fireplace for added heat to the whole house. We could not be more happy with the experience start to finish.

We bought 2 new HVAC systems last spring to replace the 20-year old house originals. Everyone from sales to mechanics were friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions along the way. Fenix quoted us a system that met our needs with premium equipment that actually beat out the others on price. The installers Chris and Dalton were amazing! They were able to totally replace our 14 year old system in one day and it works beautifully. Even the inspector was impressed with their work. The attention to detail was impressive. Being a contractor for 44 years, I was appreciative of Cory to help us select the right system for our needs, and it was the middle priced one. No high pressure sales and great communication.

I placed a call to Fenix at 730pm on a Saturday night because my air condition was not blowing cold air. Eric the technician called back within 10 minutes and was at my house in 20 minutes. Air conditioner needed a new compressor. it was installed and air is working great. Eric was very professional, listened to my questions and answered some concerns I had. I have used them as my only repair company for years. I recommended the highly, thus the 5 star rating. I give Eric a 5 star rating also!

Cory was great to work with, he was able to get everything squared away the way I wanted and provided me all the details. While they did replace my old working unit with much more efficient system for the entire house it has already improved the cooling and heating across the board. I am greatly excited to see what my new energy costs will be for this system. They are awesome to work with and I am very happy with the new system.

Very rude Receptionist. Showed zero ability to reschedule appointment within a week of prior schedule. She wanted me to book out another month from prior appointment. No flexibility and no willingness to work with the customer. For a yearly Fee I pay a year at a time to check air conditioner and furnace. I've shown my loyalty to this firm for many years.she didn't seem to care.

I always get 3 estimates for any work I get done, and Fenix was THREE TIMES cheaper than one of my other estimates. They got to me quickly for an estimate, and quickly for the work. They charged me exactly what they said they would, and I couldn't be happier with the job or the whole experience. Will definitely use them for any needs in the future!

Of course on one of the hottest days of the year our neighborhood suffered a 30 minute power outage. When power was restored everything worked except for the A/C. I reset the main breaker and the breaker to the AC circut and even changed the batteries in the controller, but the panel was blank. I did not have high expectations of getting someone. out today or even tomorrow, but Fenix worked with me and found a time on their schedule. Technician Chris called ahead and came out and took care of the problem. He was very polite and professional. I am very pleased and would recommend Fenix Heating and Cooling.

I called Fenix to come out for diagnostic and service on a Saturday (which is a higher rate). The technician called prior to arriving like stated to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he tried to diagnose the HVAC for about an hour the whole time saying, "I'm confused" and "it shouldn't do that". He claimed he tried replacing the. control panel which didn't work.

Really disappointed by the service on an air conditioning call we got. Have tried to contact the manager and have not heard anything back, but hoping they take notice as we will not be using them in the future for anything at this rate. We paid a lot of money for a call that didn't end up getting our air fixed and ended up going somewhere else. No. hard feelings towards Fenix, but we did expect/hope to see a partial refund as the services were not provided, however the employee we spoke to thus far has not been very helpful in getting anywhere. Would love to find a good A/C/Heating provider in the area but good service and good customer service are the two most important things and we don't feel we received either.
