Our air conditioner and heater were both going out, we called 4 companies to get estimates. After reading the first 3 estimates, we thought we just go old school with a window unit or sale everything we owned, including our beloved pets to pay for both!; Then, the last company showed up, Dan's! They saved us! Dan's Estimate was nearly $4,000 cheaper than one company and few thousand less than the others. Alex and Sam worked hard to install both systems, they even played with our dogs and cats!

They answered all of our questions, were very friendly and professional. We, especially our pets, are extremely thankful we called Dan's for an estimate! Fantastic company! Our house is nice and cold!

Our A/C failed and we decided to try Dan's for the first time, partly based on the very positive reviews. A polite lady set up an 8:30 appointment for a couple of days later, and Glen, the technician, arrived right on time. Within forty-five minutes he had diagnosed the problem, gone over alternatives, and located a replacement part for the one that had failed.

He picked it up, installed it, and had the A/C working shortly after noon. We thought the price was very reasonable, and Glen was a pleasant fellow, and great ambassador for the company. Give them a try!

Service technician, Glen, came for summer servicing today. We really appreciate Dan's Heating and Cooling and have ever since our new unit was installed several years ago. they have always given us great service. Today, Glen called ahead and was actually right on time. He was polite, friendly, did a thorough inspection of my unit, reviewed the details of the inspection, and completely cleaned my A/C unit. This is typical of all of Dan's service technician. I was struck by Glen's manner of being friendly and his great communication. Thanks Dan's Heating and Air.

I called Dan's to see if they could remove a pellet heater for us. They were quick to answer calls and complete follow-up. Brent and his team came by to check out the heater and were able to remove it and seal the vent for us at an affordable price. They were friendly, fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend!

Mike and Jason are all an amazing team! They installed all new duct work in my home, a new ac/heat unit. It was a big job and they knocked it out of the park. If you are in the Wichita area, I cannot recommend Dan's Heating and Cooling enough. Earl, Trevor, and Mike 2.0 did a wonderful job with the install of my new Trane unit. We've been using Dan's Heating & Cooling for a number of years now. I purchase Maintenance Agreements for both my home and a rental property every year. I'm always pleased with the service I receive from any of the technicians they send out, but today I must say WOW. As a consumer, I always appreciate attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism from the technician a company sends to my property. Today, Dan's Heating and Cooling sent me Mike 3.0. Mike worked efficiently and quickly.

I appreciated how he was explaining what he was doing and why. I actually learned a thing or two. At my rental property, he discovered a safety sensor wasn't performing as it should be. It was a critical sensor that if it failed, it could potentially be life threatening to the occupants. He didn't have the part on his truck, but said it was critical enough that it warranted immediate attention.

He came back later the same day and replaced the sensor. I just sent in my Service Agreement renewal for another year. I would recommended Dan's Heating and Cooling to anyone as I have never been disappointed. A shout out to Jenny and Sonya in the office who are always pleasant, helpful and professional when we speak.

Mike 3.0 was out to check on my furnace, humidifier & air filter. He was very thorough & knowledgeable. I have never had a service technician- on anything - that sat down & explained all that he did. He answered all my questions & more. I would recommend him anytime! I actually wish he was a "jack of all trades" & I would call him with any problem I had with my house/appliances. I could not be happier with the services this outstanding company provides. I had them install new heating and air about 3 years ago, in my home. Everyone was very kind, professional, and just all around good people. The office ladies are very nice, and Jeff, who always performs my services is very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician Mike 3.0 came out today and service d my heating unit. What an awesome experience. Mike 3.0 was very detailed when performing the work and when explainig everything he did. The whole experience from when I contacted Dan's Heating and cooling was so amazing. The lady I spoke with when setting up the appointment was very knowledgeable and professional.

We had a great experience with Mike 3.0 today. He was thorough, efficient and helped explain some things I did not know about our system. We moved into our house last year that was built in the 1980's and there are some things that need to be updated. I appreciated his expertise and professionalism. We look forward to working him in the future to take care of all our HVAC needs.

Worked with Earl, who spent time helping me find the best system for our home. Our Trane system has performed beyond expectations. Dan's installers were punctual and spent most of the day with installation. The installers, Trevor, Joel and Mike delivered an excellent install. Never used Dan's before but they came highly recommended and their work was excellent. Their office was a pleasure to work with, all of them were friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Earl and his coworkers!

Dan's Heating and Cooling installed our first heat/cool system 22 years ago. The AC needed repair this August, at which time we decided to replace it. Knowing it would take a while for a new one to arrive, Dan's Heating and Cooling installed a loaner (all free of charge), and hauled off the old one. We were so thankful for their generosity. We wouldn't have survived the heat without that loaner! They were able to put the new system up in one day. Trevor and Joe did a great job and we are very happy with our second Trane. Thanks guys!

Jeff is an excellent technician and does an outstanding job. One of the best I have ever seen. Takes his time to do the job right. I would bet he has very few if any callbacks on the jobs he has done. I request Jeff each time because he does do such a great job. There is a difference between doing a job and doing a job well, everyone here did their job well. Earl gave me a quote and explained the process and setup a next day install to the delight of a freezing old man and his dog. Adam and Joe did a install that far exceeded my expectations, thank you for returning my place to a cozy and comfortable home.

From the first call to the clean up everyone was top notch. If you find yourself in the cold (or heat) do yourself a favor and call Dan's Heating and Cooling you'll be glad you did, I sure am.

I was so pleased with the maintenance performed! The technician, Jeff, was right on time for my scheduled appointment! Very professional and knowledgeable with his work. I have a 2 and 3 year old who were curious about him as he worked, and he wasn't bothered by it a bit! Very friendly and interactive. I will definitely be using this company again in the future! Dan's installed our new Trane unit in 2015 and we were so happy with their sales and installation service then. They did take the time to explain the maintainance the unit needed but my husband prides himself on being able to maintain things himself. Last year the humidifier wasn't working so my husband decided he could fix it. Well, it never worked right and I insisted that he call in the professionals this year. (He has never had the unit serviced since we bought it!) Well, they came once he remembered to call and told us which part needed replacing (since the filter on the humidifier that needs replacing each year had not been replaced) was not functioning.

We ordered the part and today, when they came to install it, they found that last year my husband had actually plugged something up and that the part did not need replacing. (They couldn't actually tell this until they took the part off) Now as a former New Yorker, I was shocked that our repairman was so honest, did not just replace the part and charge me $285!

Our repairman was honest and explained what the problem was, fixed what my husband did, and didn't charge us for today's visit! Now they could have put the new part in, charged us and no one would be the wiser. The problem was definitely something they would not have found until they took the whole thing apart, either - my husband doesn't fix things in small ways.

I applaud their honesty! Dan's is now my only call for heating and air conditioning repair issues! They have always been open and honest about what we needed here when we bought the unit and now, open and honest about the work to be done. There are honest people in the world! Thank you Dan's!

The service tech they sent was friendly and did a good job. He checked everything I asked and had prices and parts for all that was needed. He had the equipment repaired within a couple of hours. Very happy with the service.

I came home from church yesterday 7/22/2017 and my air was not working. I called which was around 5:45 pm and Debbie called me with in 30 min and Jeff was here by 7:30pm. Less then an hour it was running again. The rate was very reasonable even though it was after hours. I have used them before and it always seems like after hours when something goes wrong. I am so delighted by your company and the superb job that Trevor and his helper did for me! They were organized and worked in a timely manner. One thing for sure every home owner hopes for is when the job is completed that they clean up after themselves. I must say it was done perfectly. The salesman for my new air condition condenser etc was fair and honest on his estimate. The guys did a great job installing the system (which the county inspector fully agreed ) and the inspector even said he had them put his unit in. Great job guys!

They keep track of all your information in their system so you don't have to worry about explaining what was done! They are quick to get to you & have been extremely honest & nice to us. We would recommend using them to anyone!

All I can say is Steve Gile and the employees of Dan's Heating and Cooling are outstanding! They did a great job from the bid to the installing of the unit. I am very happy! If friends or family member has Ac or heating problems i will tell them to go to Dan's H/C. Very nice group over there. Awesome job!
