I scheduled an inspection/estimate with Pyramid Roofing. The response time was short. The gentleman came out, inspected and provided good follow-up. I was very pleased with the entire process.

James, Rodney, Mark, Julian, Sonny and Jordan were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and very concerned about completing the job to my satisfaction.

They completed the job in the time frame that was promised, which was quite important to me since we had water leaking into the house every time it rained. I visited their office on Olde Towne Rd and found that the people staffing the office were also very pleasant and helpful. They even have a terrific game room and picnic area that the employees are able to use and enjoy. This speaks volumes about how highly the management values their employees. I definitely give Pyramid Roofing 5 stars!

From Derek, the Roofing Specialist, to Rodney, the Field Supervisor, and Ben along with his outstanding crew - we could not have asked for a better experience. I needed to have an Exterior Mounted Blower Motor installed on a steeply pitched roof. The blower was for our range hood. I had called others before, but they were not interested. I called Pyramid and Jeff from the Peninsula office came out the next day. I explained the work and he gave me a quote before leaving. He said he'd call before the end of the day with an install date.

He did and set it up for the following Monday. He said Moses would be there between 9 and 10 AM. Moses arrived at 8:50 and got right to work. He was polite, very professional and ensured the repair area was clean as he went. He was finished by 10:30 and departed. It's nice having companies show up on time, do what they say they are going to do and leave you feeling like you got the best service possible. Both Jeff and Moses are keepers!

Pyramid Roofing did an excellent job replacing my leaking roof. The crew worked diligently all day, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with one hour for lunch. Some of the wood under the shingles was rotten and all of it was replaced. The total cost was $19,224.00. Pyramid Roofing had done good work for me before, and I did not hesitate to contract them for this job.

The downspout had separated from the gutter and the gutter itself had pulled away from the second story level of my home Contacted Pyramid Roofing and they had a service representative respond within 48 hours of my initial call. (Very Responsive) Upon inspection by their representative (Nick), he examined the downspout and gutter and said that for him to send a crew to repair the gutter, it would be cost prohibited. However, he said, he himself would reconnect the downspout and re-attach the gutter to the house at NO CHARGE.

What a shock! I of course accepted his offer. In today's service climate, it is very unusual for a service company to provide customer service such as this. I highly recommended Pyramid Roofing and will certainly use their services when my roof needs replacing.

Perfection is the best word to describe our experience with Pyramid Roofing. Mike Goff is the Roofing Specialist who provided us with extraordinary assistance. He helped us decide which shingles, nails, and ridge vents were best for our home. He discussed the Lifetime Warranty on Atlas Shingles, the Lifetime Algae Protection, and Pyramid's Lifetime Leak Warranty.

It was particularly difficult for us because our roof was only 11 years old, but we had problems with leaking the past year. Mike was very patient answering all our questions and even helping us to choose stainless steel nails to eliminate rusty nails from causing future leaks problems. Although we had some cheaper quotes, we chose Pyramid because without question it is the most knowledgeable, organized, thorough, and responsive roofing company.

The minute we signed the contract, David Lee was at our door to introduce himself as our Project Manager. He explained when his team would arrive, the number of people who would be working on our roof, and he gave us an extensive step-by-step overview of the entire roofing process so we knew exactly what to expect. David's team, led by Sylvia, was simply amazing.

They came prepared to work and we can honestly say we have never seen such a hard-working, coordinated, expert team whose skill level is beyond belief. As soon as our roof was installed, we received an email from Anita who had already registered our shingles with Atlas to activate our warranty. I am not one of those people who ever leaves bad reviews. I get it as a business owner the struggles sometimes. I just feel at this point in my service with pyramid roofing however I am just frustrated.
