My neighbor had a patio installed by this company. I saw the end result and was very impressed. I believe they even took extra steps to put in drainage lines for the A/C condensation and gutter downspout to keep water away from the foundation of the house and away from the patio. I'm now considering their service to do a patio installation at my home.

They spread Zoysia sod on my lawn and did a fair job, but do keep an eye on them. The real problem arose by Keith sloppily estimating the amount of sod that would be needed for the job and having me pay for the sod. I was stuck with at least 100 pieces of extra sod that I had to eat at $3.50 each or about 350 dollars worth. Don't let him estimate the materials that you have to pay for without checking; he'll over estimate and you're stuck with the excess and cleaning it up. He needs some work on writing contracts too. One of the men was supposed to put the extra sod on Craig's list and get back with me. If he did I never heard about it.
