Love the fact I don't have to have a contract but they still provide excellent service. Had them spray for an out-of-controll wasp issue all around our house and inside our garage and what a difference! So happy with the results. I also have them spray around the inside and outside of my house occasionally and they do a great job with that too.

This company won't even give you a time frame for when their next open appointments are. They want you to create an account with them so they can add you to a soliciting list. The lady on the phone was very rude and passive aggressive. Too many competing companies who offer the same service for this type of behavior.

Beware of this company. They are dishonest with their prices and charge more than they promise. Extremely rude front office personal especially the "one in charge" Marla. They refuse to answer any questions and blame the outcome on the actual technician. Work was done on my property without any contract signed. There are better and more honest pest control companies out there. AVOID this company at all costs and do your research.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness I should have read the reviews before booking them. No show. I called to ask if they were coming, the woman said she'd look into it and call me back to reschedule, hoping her worker was okay. Seems to me like they no show often, I'm sure he was fine. Still hasn't called me back lol Dodged a bullet I see.

GAWD AWFUL customer service! I have used Ameritech for almost 10 years at multiple properties, and as of today, will never use them again. We have had a recurring carpenter ant issue at our primary residence, which is not even the biggest grievance I have with Ameritech. After multiple attempts to treat the carpenter ants, I asked for another solution than re-treating.
The call center called a supervisor who had a full schedule but was promised to meet us Monday afternoon. They could not promise a time due to his busy schedule, so my husband took the afternoon off and waited for his call. He called Monday afternoon to say he could not come until Thursday or Friday. Slightly annoying, but we set a time for Friday at 9:00. Friday morning, no show from the supervisor.
He did not answer his phone when I called or when his office called him. At 9:30, he finally calls me back to tell me I am not on his schedule today. The same "supervisor" who scheduled an appointment with me. In fact, he is not even in my area because I am not on his route. I call the office to lodge a complaint, and the office supervisor tells me that it is in fact that "senior field supervisor" I need to take it up with.
No thanks, Rick! There is no need for me to waste any more words on a supervisor who cannot even supervise himself. Two no shows, and apathetic supervisors? No thank you, Ameritech. You have lost our business.

I have been using Ameritech for a little while now. I pay for their premium plan, which I've only really needed once. They continue to take my money but I don't get anyone trying to schedule a bug spray. The only time I've gotten a call from them is when my card declined, and they called me about 6 times over a two day span. With as much as I pay for the technicians to come and speed through their job, you'd think I'd at least get a courtesy call every quarter. It's ridiculous.

I had a flea infestation at my small house and the first guy was really good however I still had fleas. That's where their service went downhill. They did a follow up but their guy was late and when I went to the store for 15 minutes he said "all done here." Pretty sure he was just trying to cut for lost time. The last guy was someone who had worked their for years. Came on a RAINY day! I said but the problem is outside and then they slowly make their way inside. "Oh we can't treat it when it's raining." This was RIDICULOUS! Never using them again.

I recently had Ameritech come out to spray my home and when I looked at my security cameras, I noticed that the technician didn't spray the base of my porch. He sprayed my porch furniture and my brand new welcome sign that I placed on top of a bench to get it out of his way! I've called and emailed them to reconcile, but I have not received a return call.

I chose Ameri-Tech for spraying for termites because their technician said it came with a 10 year warranty. After the treatment took place the technician said I would receive a contract that would cost roughly $200 per year and that they would come out and inspect the property to see if the termites had returned if so they would retreat. After about a month of not seeing a contract I call and inquired about it and one was emailed over shortly.
When I received it I noticed that is said two year warranty and not 10. When I called and ask about I was told that they would check into it and get back with me of course no one ever did. I emailed asking for the owner to please give me a call so we could get this resolved. As of this posting I have still heard nothing. I would not recommend them at all.

We had someone come do a general spray and everything went smoothly. However, we still had a problem with ants a few weeks later and called them to set up an appointment to come take a look at the ant problem. I wasn't able to get an appointment until a week later, which I understand. I had a reminder call the day before they were to come out and was told that they would be at my house at a time that I had not scheduled.
The time did not work as I would not be at my home. They even admitted that it was their fault in scheduling, only to backtrack and say that multiple scenarios could have caused the error. But instead of trying to get me in sooner because of their mistake, they told me I would have to wait until their next appointment which was three days away. I told them that I was going to go with someone else and they said okay and told me bye. Clearly they don't care to keep customer's within their business.

I used this company on April 1st. We still experienced bugs and ants in our home in May so I scheduled an appointment. Due to my business travel and kids schedule we had to cancel the appointment and couldn't reschedule it. My warranty ( 3 months) expires on 1st July. They want to charge me $25 trip charge to come and fix the issue even it's under warranty and I notified them before. The lady manager was rude and directly started saying "it's my fault". I will never use this company again.

We used this company for a year for an ant problem. We bought a yearly package for our entire home, plus paid extra for them to spray in the kitchen for ants, plus outside for mosquitos. We never completely were free of the ants and they wanted to charge us more after having someone come out several times.
