Savior Termite & Pest Control

We have been using Savior's Premium level bug service as well as two seasons of In2Care mosquito treatments and would recommend them to everyone. Having toddlers and pets at home, we really appreciate Savior's approach on pest control and not over treating our home and yard, but can still keep our heavily wooded property enjoyable year round. Any concern we have had has been immediately addressed and the technicians are great, especially Nathan.

Sometimes their customer care is hard to get a hold of, but their services have made up for that. We will continue to use their bug defense and mosquito programs for the foreseeable future.

They have a technician named Kaleb! Same name as me and I absolutely love his work attitude! I always look forward to seeing him monthly for our mosquito/termite maintenances, we also had a huge fire ant issue and he solved the issue on his first visit! I believe Savior is a full service pest control company. I have an annual plan which has met my needs for years. Savior hires capable people who are polite and respectful when providing pest control services. Nathan applied termite prevention treatment at the site of our new porch before we built it. We are happy Savior customers.

If I could give them a 0, I would. I paid for my bill online and accidentally paid twice (glitch on their website). I called over 2 weeks ago to request a refund and the operator claimed it would take 7 days to post to my account. Here we are over weeks later and still no refund. I called yesterday and spoke to a Margalla or something to that affect and she was EXTREMELY RUDE.

She blamed me for the over charge and started yelling at me saying that I was being rude. 1st of all, I was not being rude, she was the one with the major attitude like I was stealing money from her. Very bad customer service and I DO NOT suggest using this company to anyone. Tex Inspec needs to reevaluate who they use for the pest control. Give me my refund so I can go about my business and learn how to treat your paying customers. I guess they only care about certain customers. Oh, and I still have a termite problem. SMH #thanksforreading

I've used Savior for over three years. Pay annually and they service my home quarterly. I receive a text letting me know when they are scheduled to service my home. Always with the option to reschedule if need be and friendly reminder I do not have to be home for the service. First treatment was inside and out and by maintaining the service they only have to treat outside quarterly.

It has been extremely beneficial and convenient. I just now for the first time have signed up for the mosquito service and kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Now can actually sitting in the morning on back porch and have coffee without being eating alive! Great company.with great service.

Savior Pest control has performed above expectations. We have no issues in the house with any unwelcome guests. Good service, nice people, great value. Happy with service and people.

Critical: Value The technican arrived on time but was at my home less than 5 min. Asked if he treated the cabinets was told only when requested. I'm like hummm. Anyway, after teatment it did not solve my problem. Still had bugs in my kitchen. I took upon my self to research chemicals and treated myself. Service: Cockroaches

I recently moved to Texas and had Savior come out as a neighbor referred them to me. When I called the office, the lady Margala was very nice and answered my questions! Nathan was the tech that came out, inspected my house, gave recommendations, and serviced same day! Will definitely continue to use them and refer them! Services: Spiders, Ants, Mosquitoes

Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, even though we have a contract for them to come quarterly, we went a full year without seeing them this last time. Usually it's only when I remember to call them. When they did show up a couple of weeks ago, I had no warning that they were coming. Luckily I was home. I have asked them to remember to call to schedule an appointment but it doesn't typically happen.

I have asked them to remind me to renew at the appropriate time, but that also hasn't happened. I don't want to change companies but I do want to feel like I'm an actual customer that is important to them instead of being an after-thought.

I have used Savior Termite & Pest Control for years and love them. The techs are very informative! The office staff is so nice! If you need a pest control service you should use them! They are the best but could get little better. By being proactive and fill up the rodent traps every visit. I used google to find someone to help us with our pest problem and we chose Savior Pest Control Because of their good reviews and their products are pet and people friendly. We were very pleased with our choice. The lady in the office that I spoke to was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Dillon our technician was on time, explained everything he would be doing and completed the work in a timely manner.
