Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Very unpleasant and unprofessional staff. Definitely will never buy anything from them.

Great prices and good quality. Returns accepted if cabinets are in original box and unassembled. Best to make an appointment beforehand.

This place is a horrible! Stay away! The representative Liz messed up on my order, ordered the wrong amount of hinges and the wrong cabinets. I had specifically ordered a pull out garbage cabinet and she placed an order for a regular cabinet. Of course when i go there, they tell me i ordered the wrong stuff and i have to pay to exchange it. Even though it was Liz fault, i get no returns and no exchange.

I spent almost 2k for my kitchen island cabinets here and they cant even exchange a cabinet that they messed up on. I had to go there 3 times because they were missing hinges, two of the pieces for installing the cabinets were broken and the pullout garbage cabinet. The guy at pickup has 0 customer service skills. Every time i went, being very polite, telling him the issue with the hinges or broken parts. He would not even speak to me, grab the stuff, throw them away and tell me to go purchase new ones. Are you kidding me? This is a complete joke of a store. Stay away

Place was recommended by our contractor. Our Rep Bianca was great to workwith however the handles to our kitchen cabinets took longer to receive than the actual cabinets. They are suppose to call once parts arrive and after three weeks of waiting we called and they stated that they had just arrived. What a coincidence! Overall our cabinets work great and the color was exactly what we expected. Haven't seen handles yet but I hope the are great!

Recently got our kitchen designed by Tops Kitchen as well as pre-made cabinets purchased from Tops Kitchen. Their sales rep/design Liz was instrumental and extremely helpful from the first meeting. She stepped in and helped me visualize the kitchen design before we invested in the particular products. Her input was valuable and an asset to the beautiful outcome and overall style and functionality of our kitchen. After our contractor provided the install, we received additional assistance relating to some adjustment issues through their maintenance management. Thank you Tops Kitchen!

For whatever reasons, Marina the sales rep is one of the most unprofessional and rudest person I've ever dealt with. She's a very poor reflection on this company. If you're not happy with her attitude, apparently you're not allowed to work or speak with anyone else in the company. And if you want to talk to a manager or supervisor, she told me don't come to the phone.

That I would need to come in person. Good luck resolving any issues if you have problems with your quote, installation or cabinets. It doesn't surprise me they have a 3.2 rating on google at all. Find a better company who actually wants your business.

I bought cabinets from this place at the recommendation of my contractor doing my kitchen. When the cabinets arrived there was a broken drawer and one broken cabinet. We were told the replacements would be available for pick up in three days here we are a whole week and a half later calling daily trying to find out if the cabinets have come in as this is what is keeping my kitchen from being finished.

To make matters worse the reps that work here just are rude and don't care they have resulted to Ignoring my contractors calls as well as my own and when they finally answer they treat me as if I've done something wrong. Take my advice by your cabinets elsewhere

They initially made a mistake on the measurements and the installers that also came to measure messed up also. I ended up with a counter top that has been "joined". Three years later, 3 doors have fallen off the hinges. The caulking on the counter tops has cracked and chipped. We paid good money and got terrible quality. They're all nice and helpful at first, then they try to get you to use their installers, but that's because the girls get a kickback, not because they're good. Save yourself the headache and get a good company. All their cabinets are Chinese substandard quality, their preferred installers, second rate workers.

Angie and Elena are great to work with. They designed a great kitchen for me, then came out to my house to make sure my measurements were correct, and did the installation, all for less than the cabinets cost at Home Depot. Highly recommend Tops Kitchen of Boynton!

I got a 60 bathroom vanity here. We were going to install ourselves but decided to have Tops do it all, deliver and install and glad we did. Cabinet and installation came out great and price was right. Will use them again shortly for our 2nd bathroom. Have recommended them to others and all satisfied.

Tops just helped me renovate my bathrooms. They were professional and did a great job updating my Florida home. I have done many renovations in my life and have seen it all. I came to them from a friend's recommendation. This company gave me amazing quality work and their low pricing allowed me to purchase the quartz that I wanted. I will use their services again in renovations to condo remodeling in my business.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. After going to a few cabinet stores and able to get nowhere, we came in one day with pictures of our kitchen and vanities. Bianca helped us through the entire process with such professionalism. She showed us a 3D rendering of our project and gave such helpful suggestions regarding the layout of the cabinets.

Her team of installers is wonderful and very professional. The cabinets are all wood and great quality. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks me about my kitchen. I read some of the other reviews here and have to disagree. Bianca knows her product extremely well and if what you want cannot be accomplished, she will find other options and ways to make you happy.

Great customer service--worked with the nicest lady who really knew how to design a kitchen. They got us the product quickly and helped with some explanation on installation (we did it ourselves). The product is super high quality. Nothing but good to say, but make sure you get a good designer who really knows what they are doing. We shopped for cabinets and this was hands down the best value for the product.

This company is the best! They really know how to take care of you throughout the entire process. They helped me pick a design and materials that fit my budget but looks amazing. They were extremely professional and followed through on everything they said they were going to do. All I have to say is WOW!

I have been to this place three times. They are always busy and it seems they only have two sales reps sitting at desks. Every time I walked in and waitied 20-30 minutes and was never spoken with for one second. I was never greeted and never told that they would be right with me. Learn how to greet people and multi task. Is a simple hello to hard for you when someone walks in your door? I literally leaned against their counter and pulled up other local competitors and left.

Most recently through the recommendation of friends of ours we were Introduced to your company, Tops Kitchen & Granite. With that being said we were so fortunate in dealing with Liz who was and still is an outstanding person, completely knowledgeable and just a pleasure to communicate with.

We remodeled our kitchen last year and used Tops in West Boynton for cabinets and quartz countertops. Angie helped us design the cabinet layout and did a fantastic job helping us make the most of the space. She also helped us figure out the best way to have the countertop cut so that we didn't have any seams! The best part is the customer service.

We had a few minor problems with soft-close hinges and drawer slides, but Angie and Lee fixed them for us quickly and with a smile. They are great people to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen, bathroom, or for any other cabinet needs. They have the best prices and the best customer service. Much better than Mr. Kitchen, Meltini or Max's.

I drove about 45 minutes to get here I went in I saw some really nice stuff I did not have measurements I asked the sales person if they could give me some rough prices just looking at what they have there and they said they could not.

We were able to have all parts & cabinets ready for pick in under 2 weeks. Some of the fastest service I have experienced in south Florida. Thx again Tops.

These cabinets are not only poor quality but the customer service is horrendous. The hinge on my lazy susan breaks every few months and the sales reps are the only people you can get ahold of. They offer no assistance, ignore you, and refuse to escalate concerns to the owner who obviously does not care.

What a disaster for a small kitchen remodel. 8 cabinets ordered, 7 arrived, 2 were wrong. The rip out guy showed up at 10am and left at 3pm so it took two days to get the old cabinets out. Then the wrong cabinets were sent.

Absolute incompetence when it comes to the staff. But much worse: the product is uneven, poorly manufactured and simply inferior to what you can get elsewhere for the same price. They're so incompetent they forgot to build any drawers in my cabinets!
