Kevin J. Brandel Masonry Construction, Inc. is a family-owned-and-operated company established by Kevin J. Brandel, Sr. in 1975. Brandel Masonry started off like any other brick and mortar company. Kevin spent many years laying brick and block, refining his craft. He built everything from block houses to fireplaces, BBQ grills to stonework and high rises, both residential and commercial.Before long, Kevin was running his own crew until he assumed a more executive role controlling upwards of seven crews. With his many years of experience, both in the field and in the office, Kevin has become an invaluable asset to the company's planning and future growth.

Decks and driveways are a staple in the South Florida community both in residential and commercial areas. Everyone enjoys living and entertaining outdoors. What a better way to experience this than by adding a stone or brick deck or driveway? Two of the most commonly used products we lay are Old Chicago Brick and Crab Orchard Flagstone.

We use products ranging from used Old Chicago to manufactured thin-sized brick. Also, we offer an array of natural stone choices. Our highly skilled craftsmen can work any project. We veneer everything including houses and commercial buildings, both interior and exterior. Beyond that, we can veneer accent and privacy walls, fireplaces, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens.

Fire pits are a great way to entertain year-round in South Florida. They add a beautiful ambiance to your outdoor living space. We build both mobile and stationary fire pits. So, we can find the right option for your outdoor space. The mobile fire pit is ideal for the customer that does not like to be pinned down to one spot on their deck.
Kitchens

At Brandel Masonry, we can help with all of those stages. Our reputation is based on building a superior product. Therefore, there is no cutting corners. We build our outdoor kitchens and bars out of the strongest materials available. Some of our outdoor kitchens are constructed with a concrete block shell with either stucco or stone finishes. Others are built strictly from brick.

These people are the best! It started with a fabulous design. We then went to quarries to hand pick our stone veneer, countertop and backsplash. The construction began on time with pavers being removed and a cement footer installed. The cinderblock construction on top of the footer is as solid as my house. Veneer was applied, template cut for the countertop and parts for the kitchen were ordered.
Everything came in on time, and installation was perfect. Between Helen in the office and Horace in the field this place gets 5 stars (6 if I could give them). When I stained the stainless front while using a chemical deck stripper, Horace was at my house in hours with a kit to repair. It just doesn't get better then Brandel!

I had a terrific experience working with Brandel. They were very easy to work with, extremely helpful, provided regular communication, and the whole team was extraordinarily friendly. I am extremely happy with the work and couldn't have asked for anything more. The handiwork was excellent! If another masonry project comes up I will definitely use Brandel again.

Every time I stand in my outdoor kitchen and watch our family laugh and play in the backyard, I feel like like giving Kevin and the whole team over at Brandel Masonry a big ol' bear hug. The construction process was smooth and efficient, and I found Kevin and his crew to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As for the end result, the craftsmanship and quality of the materials and appliances are amazing and never fail to draw praise from guests when we entertain. The outdoor kitchen area has become the centerpiece of our backyard and my personal "happy place". Thank you!

Brandel Masonry recently built our new outdoor Outdoor kitchen/BBQ island and installed all of the appliances and accessories. They are true experts in this field and did an exceptional job. Kevin, Glen, Carlos and Helen were all excellent communicators and customer service was always the most important thing to them. Always going the extra step to make sure that we were happy with everything and we were. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is looking to create or upgrade their existing outdoor kitchen.

I hired Brandel Masonry to build our outdoor kitchen. They did a fantastic job. The guys were professional and courteous at all times. I wanted a more modern design and they were willing to make my project a priority and came thru without any doubts. I would highly recommend these guys. And Helen who is the office manager is simply the nicest person. Always going an extra step to help.

We were very impressed with Brandel Masonry. We were provided a quote by Kevin, who is very knowledgeable and gave us useful information about our project. His crew came out and did a great job putting stucco on our chimney. They left the work area very clean as well. Kevin came by to review the work the next day to make sure everything was to their standards.
