Waterscape Landscaping

We did a full house remodel and completely tore out our yard to have a pool installed. Waterscape did all our landscaping after the pool was completed and their work and design was amazing. From the first day they arrived we had a crew of workers at our house everyday. We made a few changes to their design but once the work was done we realized we had made a mistake - we should have stuck with their original vision!

We called them and they came back and put in the elements that had been on their plan to start with. Their workers were polite and hardworking but the real star is their design team - they took our odd shaped lot and made every section of it work for us. 10 out of 10!

Worse company ever - used cheap materials for underground sprinkling lines when contract called for better material, planted trees too deep so they died, does not complete projects, put us off for months and we finally had to hire another company to finish. Would never recommend them!

I've had a similar experience to other reviewers. Plants are all dying and the irrigation system is not working properly. Owner will not return phone calls.

Extremely slow. They have probably been on site as many days as they have not been on site. Additionally their workers leave trash all over our yard. I spend an hour every weekend picking up their empty soda cans, fast food wrappers, and a bunch of trash they just leave about the yard. Not impressed.

Save yourself a lot of frustration and aggravation. Say away from this guy. After a $20K+ job multiple trees died and he never made good on the warranty, despite countless attempts via phone calls and emails to get him back to the job site. Terrible customer service.

Our yard is one of our favorite places to be as a result of the creative and capable work of Waterscape Landscaping Co. The owner/designer came up with ideas far superior to any of the other 3 companies we got bids from and was on site to personally choose and place all the boulders and trees. They created a waterfall specifically designed to be kid friendly for climbing and splashing, as well as a boulder cave sand play area with a slide from the top.

Our in-ground trampoline with remote controlled water sprays to keep jumpers cool is also a big hit with the kids. Our front yard has uniquely placed rocks, plants, a flagstone patio and bench, as well as a flagpole incorporated into the design. We are glad we chose Waterscape Landscaping because we feel we got so much more than the usual cookie-cutter landscape for a reasonable price.

They are busy because they deliver a great product, so be prepared to book in advance. If you have a big project that you want to turn out just right, these are the guys you want!

Worst experience trying to get any contractor to do what they said they would. They committed to the bid in April, since I have been told many times it would be done, each week expecting someone to show up when they said they would, no one did. Talked to the owner several times and he said he would get it done, send people over the next week, nothing.

It is only a small job, would have only taken a day at most, but because it wasn't big money, it didn't have any priority. So now August 2nd, have not heard anything from the last time he said they would have it done, several weeks ago, he ignors my calls. Do not even think about looking here, you won't get it done, and if so, probably not for months.
