Hello, everybody, I am Claire, a mom with 2 little boys. Rogero & Williams Roofer replaced my roof 2 days ago. After they left, we started to looking for nails. We found 309 nails at the same day and many nails inside my air conditioner unit, which we could not reach.

My fiancé has called multiple times a day since Tuesday to report a roof leak post hurricane Matthew. Our roof is less than a year old and Rogero and Williams has already had to come and fix the flashing around the skylights in June before we bought the house in June.

I paid these people over $9,500.00 for a new roof. They turn around and send me a bill for $130.00 for two sheets of plywood. Shame on you rogero & Williams. Then while the roof is being installed, I look out my window and there is a worker sleeping in my grass!

Due to a communication problem, the wrong color shingles were installed on our roof. Gary, our salesman stepped up, sent a crew out 2 days later to remove the wrong ones and install the ones we wanted.
