As a former employee I can understand the negative comments. The way customers are talked about especially female ones is unbelievable. After 2 month since employment ended, I have still not been compensated for any of my overtime pay which is required per labor department.

Surprised at some of the comments below, I can be very demanding and have received top notch service and responsiveness, especially from Joe. I live in Oviedo, a fair distance from their office, but John Salzer came out to my home fairly quickly and gave me a very reasonable estimate and some helpful suggestions, like putting some inexpensive spa jets behind the bench seating.

Signature Pools, inc of Orlando, Fl treated our family extremely horrible! On 1-27-14, we called Signature Pools, inc and spoke with Zach. We emailed him our pool design ideas and he called back and stated he was too busy to work with us so he passed us on to John Salzer.

At first I thought this would be a good company because they replied to calls and emails in the first week - whereas most pool companies never get back to you timely. After that, Maureen (in the accounting dept) was replying to my emails but NEVER answering my questions.
