Our heater died and they came promptly, provided a reasonable estimate, provided space heaters until they could get back to install the new system. The system was installed efficiently, we were given instructions and they always polite and helpful. The only thing they didn't do promptly was bill me! Now that was a unique experience. Will call them again, though I bet I won't have to.

I miss having it be UGI instead of Homeserve. I can't get a furnace cleaning Appt until Dec 20 and I am a monthly contract customer. No priority. They could not schedule it earlier or offer me a maintenance contract that includes AC and furnace cleanings.

Alert - beware of service contracts. Apparently the 24 hour service is only for a person to answer the phone.not for the tech. We've had UGI services contracts for many years and it was peace of mind. Always excellent! But with Homeserve.you have to wait days. Sad when the contract is for residence where 94 year old lady lives and tech can't come for 4 days. Don't renew your contract if you want peace for mind; renew if you want to be ripped off and frustrated.

UGI man came to my dear friend's house to see why her Heater/Air Conditioner Unit wasn't working properly. $89 to come out! He said she needed a Control Board & Gas Valve, quoted $1241 She had it fixed it the next day by a different service company. The tech said. it was a wire! $65 fixed! THIS UGI Company is SCAM ARTISTS & CROOKS! UGI was bought out. it's NOT the UGI that was respectful years ago! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! PS: UGI, don't even think of sending us a bill for the $89 NO WAY!

Excellent experience, would recommend UGI to anyone considering their services. Had a new HVAC and heat pump installed after the previous one finally kicked (previous one was here when I bought my home 3.5 years ago). Initial assessment was painless and felt like all our options were explained thoroughly to us. Had everything replaced and installed yesterday and the 2 men who worked on everything were very professional and again did a great job of explaining some of the new features on the thermostat and offered their recommendations on what settings would ultimately work the best for us. Pricing was very affordable, again we were walked through several pricing options, and we were not pressured into any one in particular. Very happy overall with our experience.

Called for 'emergency' service on Saturday, because we've been having a strange sweet smell from one of our A/C vents. Explained that a quick Google had me worried it was a freon leak, but that it seemed more likely to be something in the vent. For $90, a guy came out on Monday -- only it turns out that 1) checking for a freon leak would be an additional almost $400! and 2) the service guy doesn't check or clean vents and, it turns out, they don't do vents in our area at all right now.

Would have been great if they'd explained either of those things before charging me the $90 and wasting my time; I could have found a company that could actually solve my problem. In the end, the guy came in, smelled the vent, agreed it smelled strange, suggested we try running it without the filter in (in case the filter was contaminated, although it smelled just fine), and left. Needless to say, that did not fix the issue!

I am pleased with the HVAC services provided by UGI Utility Company! I am equally impressed with the quick response time provided for Emergency Service Request! We have used our yearly maintenance contract for many years with absolutely no regret of their Complete performance from beginning to schedule to completion of work requested. Their employees are totally courteous & quickly achieve cleaning or resolution of any problem. UGI is a very dependable company that we highly recommend.

Service professional was on time, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to communicate with. Maintenance was performed during the Covid-19 period, and a mask was worn during the entire service time. A great company. We've had to have service on our complicated heating system about 8 times in 4 years. After one worker found 3 dead animals inside the enclosed unit, the noise problems stopped! Very quick service. Very professional. I will renew the contract annually.

They returned our call quickly. In less than a week, my old furnace was replaced. The installation of the new furnace by Josh and his co-workers was perfect. The house is nice and warm.and quiet, because of the new UGI recommended furnace.

I had to have my furnace worked on, the technician was wonderful, once the part came in he was there that afternoon to fix it. also having a service agreement helped a lot.

UGI Supplies the gas fuel to our home they are the best people to make sure our equipment is running correctly. They replaced a heating and AC system and did the job great. UGI has been very attentive to our gas heating needs. When our equipment needed repairs UGI technicians were efficient, courteous and genuinely committed to repairing the equipment. We have a UGI service contract and UGI has delivered everything that is covered by the contract in a timely fashion. We have been impressed and pleased with UGI.

Great service. We have had the contract for years and when you have an issue, they come out quickly and take care of everything. July of last year I had the heating and cooling unit system installed. Worst idea ever! Their system never work properly from the beginning. Almost 9 thousand dollars invested. Also very bad customer service.

Had a brand new air conditioning unit installed last August. Unit under warranty and hasn't worked properly from day one. Service technicians are a joke. We called a few hours ago because our unit is not working again.

UGI Heating, Cooling and Plumbing installed our new water heater and we could not be happier! The entire experience from start to finish was flawless. When I called UGI to let them know our water heater was rusted out and leaking all over the floor of the basement, they had an estimator out there just a few hours later.

I called 2.5-3 hours ago and was basically told since I have no service contract I will have to do without a technician coming tonight to fix the fact my 4 year old gas boiler I bought from them has no pilot light so therefor no heat & we have twin 2 year olds in the house.
