My Mini-split hear pump outside unit was vibrating significantly during the recent cold snap. Werley dispatched Nathan to diagnose the problem which he found immediately on observation. My fan blade was damaged causing the unstable condition. He immediately called to find the replacement parts and ordered them to be shipped under factory warranty. He also diagnosed some noise issues on our inside units and is working to get parts for that repair.

Upgraded to more efficient Heat Pump Split System (Mitsubishi to Daikin). Sales Brandon Weiss did a great job providing research and info on purchase of a newer compatible system. Jonathon and Colin worked hard all day to remove and replace the new units improving drain piping configurations, electrical, and mechanical installation with many components necessary to complete the job.

They even found an existing electrical safety hazard which they brought to our attention and corrected. They did not skip on any aspect of the job to which they climbed and crawled under our 40 foot deck and sunroom to install piping properly. We appreciate their knowledge of the system and installation skills. Jon stayed and went through the operating manual with us and explained what maintenance checks we'll need. A Thorough and Excellent Job was performed as well as respecting the house and hard wood floors. We are very thankful and appreciative.

The representatives and technicians are professional, courteous, and responsive. I think home related services are pricey in general, but Werley technicians make it worthwhile by providing Quality service and leaving the area clean.

They did a great job installing the AC/Heating units in my moms house. I would absolutely recommend them if anyone is looking for ductless AC/Heating in there home. Great group of guys!!!

Miguel arrived very promptly and immediately located the issue. Since my HVAC unit is older I was concerned that I would immediately be pressured to replace the entire unit. However, he let me know what he needed to do to fix the current issue and gave me a lot of additional information as I approach the time where I would need to make that purchase.
