I had a Tesla charger installed. It works great. But the way it was installed was not how I requested. I wanted the electrical conduit to be inside the garage, but it was installed with 5 feet of electrical conduit needlessly running on the face of my garage. Had a new garage and addition wired by AAA electric in Longmont. 8k worth of work done, initial work was fine but one electrician called in a few days in a row when I had taken off to accommodate letting them in and answering any questions, but my wife had to take time out of her day to address letting them in and answering questions which is difficult when she works from home and most of her work is in calls. Had an issue after the work was completed some interior garage lights, garage door opener and exterior lights stopped working. Called twice and was told someone would be out after each call but no one ever showed.

My wife finally called and talked with one of the owners and he said if he could not get someone out he would come out himself which is what happened and everything is working now. Would have liked a little better communication but for the most part everything went ok. I feel like texting could be a great asset to use in the future for AAA electric. Would recommend but with the above caveat.

Matt did a magnificent job removing my old track lighting and installing the new track and lights. He has to be one of the kindest people I have ever met - he even painted the areas that were no longer covered by the new track. An outstanding worker, and it was a pleasure to have him in my home.

Local company, easy to schedule, reliable electricians, reasonably priced. installed a few more bath recessed lights & replaced the fan. On time and efficient, cleaned up afterwards. I'll use these folks again!

Finally a company I can trust. AAA Electric showed up on time, their service rep was extremely courteous and they performed the work efficiently, taking the time to explain the issue to my wife and I. It also cost far less than the previous company who came out to give us an estimate! This is the best service company in Longmont and I recommend them without reservation.

Run away! We built a house and used AAA electric as our electrician company. We have 14 Outlets that are not working and a panel that is mislabeled. we've brought this to their attention multiple times and still have no resolution after 6 months and speaking with both owners Dale and Marvin. we have extension cords running around our house so that we can use things.

Our breakers trip constantly. We have had literally hundreds of interactions with them some of their staff are really nice but one of their owners Dale misschedules people constantly, so no one shows for appointments. They don't get supplies in a timely manner an come out without materials. They installed the wrong service level and weren't ready for inspections.

They don't clean up the messes they make and put black fingerprints all over newly painted walls when they did put outlet covers on. Nightmare. Their good employee, Jose who was great retired but he came by over 20 tmes at the last 10 minutes of his day and could not finish things. AAA won't pay employee s after 430 so what ever stage they are at at 430 is left undone. The lost some of our lights and broke two led strings and hung most of the boxes crooked on a brand new home.

Awesome customer service from start to finish! They did all the work with the rebate company to get us the best deals on converting the building and parking lot lights to LEDs. The install crew was professional, on time, and they cleaned up after themselves. They are now our go to contractor for our Electric needs.

Need an electrician at the last minute. Called AAA electric up and they were very busy because of the Thanksgiving holiday which was at the end of the week. They somehow were able to manage to get us in and saved our company downtime. The crew the sent out went above and beyond completing the task at hand and then some other hidden items that were not expected when I originally called. They were amazing.

The electric panel, breakers, and associated wiring on my house dated back to the 1950s and needed to be replaced and brought up to city code. While another electrical contractor who looked at the job didn't want to deal with the complexities involved, the team at AAA Electric never missed a beat in providing me with a fair estimate and ironing out the details with the city inspector to ensure the work, once completed, would meet code. The team's expertise, thoroughness, timeliness, and professionalism exceeded my highest expectations.

Had them replace a switch. Did not work so they came out and did it right the second time but they charged me for two service calls. I would try somewhere more honest and competent.

Charged over 1000 dollars for them to dig an underground line that took 7 hours. Really? Something is wrong here. That's what I get for trying to get something done instead of getting quotes, though.

They offered a low competative price on several small jobs I needed done. The work was performed in a timely manner and by competent and pleasant staff. Shortly afterwards one of the outside outlets I had installed had an intermittant problem.
