Not. Good. Scheduled and confirmed an appointment their their front office. Received multiple email confirmations. On the day of the appointment - Ed completely no showed the appointment - no call or heads up whatsoever. I left work early and was already on site. I called to see where he was 30 mins after scheduled appointment -- they said "oh sorry we shifted his schedule today". Zero notice. Zero respect for other people's time. **JV operation - very unreliable.

We asked for recommendations from our neighborhood HOA website when we needed electrical work done and were told about SJO. We have subsequently worked with Ed and his team to do extensive electrical work at our house on multiple occasions including installing a new electrical panel, new lights, switches, adding new circuits to add power to our garage and quite a bit more.

I have worked with so many contractors over the years and SJO is one of only two that I have NOT regretted hiring. Ed has given us great advice on the work we needed done, including telling us the most cost effective ways to accomplish what we wanted to do. The team of electricians is friendly, careful in their work, always on time, performed the work properly in a timely manner and delivered what we wanted.

The price has always been reasonable and well in line with what competitors charge. I feel very confident recommending SJO. I will hire them every time I need more electrical work.

This company should be reported to the utilities commission and the Better Business Bureau. I just re did all the work that this joke of a business had done on my house and they charged quite a bit of money everything had to be redone. This is probably one of the best examples of an absolute schlock operation. Their staff is rude on the telephone.

And they should probably be reported To the local utilities commission for negligence. But that's up to somebody else to decide how fake they are. I won't waste my time half of the reviews on here I'm sure I'll buy all of their friends.

It's the week before the Holidays and the electrical at my rental property goes out, affecting 2 of the units and their internet access. I call SJO hoping they can get me out of this mess. Their schedule was very busy, but they squeezed me in and were able to send out their super "debugging" team, find the electrical issue, and get us up and running. However, they did not have the correct part for the breaker board with them to make this a permanent fix.

The scheduler let me know in 2 days, this same team was scheduled for a full day job, and IF they finished early enough, they would come out and complete my repair. Two days later, after 5pm, I'm thinking they weren't able to finish early enough to make it to my property. At 5:30pm - they show up and complete the fix to my breaker board!

I know they had a long day, but they still came over to take care of me and my tenants. That is such amazing Customer Service! And great debugging - all the internet connectivity issues are gone - everything was resolved when SJO fixed our electrical. Everyone at SJO was incredibly helpful. The scheduler really helped me get the earliest appointment. The technicians were skilled, kind and so helpful. Still can't get over them putting in that extra effort to take care of me - so amazing! Highly recommend this team.

I have used Ed and his team at SJO several times over the years. They have always been prompt and have done very professional work. Ed is very easy to discuss our projects with and offers ideas and alternatives that can save money or do the job better. We just completed a remodeling project that required the electrical work to be done in stages. SJO was alway easy to schedule and they showed up on time. This really helped with keeping the other trades on schedule. I highly recommend SJO electric.

I hired SJO Electric through my general contractor. They were hired to do a significant amount of work at my home: installing new circuits, relocating receptacles and switches, and installing 86+ lighting fixtures. SJO has been pre-paid to perform all of this work. Mid project I discovered that neither SJO nor my contractor pulled any of the required permits for this work.

Both SJO and the contractor walked off the job when I questioned this. To date, SJO is refusing to return to complete the job. I was left with electrical work that not only was not permitted, it was not even up to code! Additionally, they will not speak with me or refund me the $10,585 they were pre-paid for parts and labor to install my light fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc.

I have detailed invoices and a signed statement from SJO accounting department to confirm this. Ed has been a nightmare to deal with. I wouldn't hire Ed or SJO to change the batteries in a flashlight, much less to any actual electrical work in a house. The electrician I hired to finish the job was highly critical of the work performed by SJO.

I have used SJO on a slew of projects; remodeling, panel upgrades, additional outlets, Lighting installation, etc. They have always been very responsive, including a same day visit for an emergency at one of my rental properties. Their billing is fair and better than other bids I have received and I know that my homes will be safe, which is most important as a property owner. Ed is amazing and can figure out the best way of working with the tricky electrical I've found in some of the older homes in Denver. I highly recommend this team.

They totally ripped me off. Supposedly took 2 highly trained electricians 40 minutes to find 1 switch (in the fuse box!) That was to quote them, stuck in the "on position". They billed 250 bucks. Save your money and go elsewhere

I have worked with Ed and his crews for several years and have been very pleased with their knowledge and professional work. Some of the work provided was difficult and complicated but the crew handeled it seemingly without effort. I purchased a 65 year old, in really poor condition, home last year. It needed a lot of work to get it up to snuff. Ed Jueschke and his techs were a wealth of help, information, and quality work. My inspection stated a number of electric issues that I didn't understand. I had Ed review this for me and he put my mind at ease that the issues were really non issues on the whole.

I did have his team do some work for me, moving and changing some electrical lines and plugs. They amazed me. The 2 men that came were too large to get into an attic eave and they pulled another tech out that was a much smaller fellow, so he could squeeze up there and run a line. All I can say is it was above and beyond. Couldn't be happier with this quality and ethical contractor. Highly recommend!

I've been a real estate agent for more than a decade, in the top 1% of our market for many of those, and Ed is exceedingly more reliable and honest than the majority of electricians we've worked with, if not even of all trades. He is incredibly busy yet always answers the phone, text or email with questions and takes the time to explain his logic to our clients and other agents so everyone feels comfortable with the outcome.

He has on several occasion told us repairs were not necessary or less expensive alternatives exist, which shows his integrity as a business person. He is on our trusted list for a reason, and we're thankful for his knowledge and genuine care for safety and doing work the right way without short cuts.

FRAUD ALERT. I originally hired this company to remove an overhead bathroom light and put in two sconces., which they did and I paid the invoice. I again hired them to install transformer for a ring door bell camera. The installer left the job due to some emergency in town and the appointment had to be rescheduled. At the reschedule 2 techs showed up and in stalled the transformer.

The ring door bell never showed it was getting power from the transformer. The company was contacted again and ask to have the tech come back. They did send back out a tech. Fortunately the security company that installed the ring tested the lines and showed no power to them from the transformer prior to them coming out. I watched the security gentleman have to help the tech test the power line.

Finally the tech decided he needed a new transformer. After he installed we had power. Bear in mind I have all of this on record thanks to the indoor camera the security company installed a few weeks before. The transformer was faulty or the tech lacked the knowledge. Now after paying over $300 to have the transformer installed which I paid the first time.

I received a bill for almost $500 tor the service of two tech to replace the transformer when only one gentleman showed up and billed for 3 transformers to replace the one faulty one they installed.

Ed's guys have worked on my property 2 times. On both occasions they arrived on time, did everything required of them, finished on time and on budget. I highly recommend calling them for you next spark-y thing. Doug Imhoff

Our experience with SJO was less than we expected. They left a mess, they hung a fan in the living room and left it on a slant. Also when they went thru the attic, the pushed, stepped on, .?. The cans and noe they are down and not tight to the ceiling. C-, grade.

I needed a circuit restored, found SJO Electric recommended on a neighborhood Facebook group. Called at 12:30, Candi very efficient, pleasant and precise on the phone. Received email that John and Casey were dispatched, arrived at 2:30. Guys were extremely polite and amiable. Found problem in minutes and finished my DIY project as a bonus. Emailed invoice received minutes after they left. Very impressed with SJO's organization and personnel. A+

Ed came out to investigate an electrical issue for us. He was so patient, courteous, and beyond kind. I really appreciated his help looking into a few additional things that I hadn't called about. SJO is the most reasonable priced electrician I have ever worked with. I own a food truck and we were having electrical problems. Ed came out to take a look and the problem was fixed 15 minutes later. He could not have been more up front with the cost, most electricians over charge you for the littlest things. The guys at SJO would never charge you a penny unless you knew exactly how much the work they are doing will cost you. Loved my experience with SJO!

Ed with SJO electric has worked on our business for almost 10 years. Through 3 moves to new locations, Ed has always been profesional and worked hard to save us money. As an electrician, he is very knowledgeable and quick. I would not have anyone else work on my electrical system.

SJO Electric installed 8 can lights in our living room and added two dimmable switches to control different zones in our living room. The lights are perfect! The electricians spend extra time making sure the lights were symmetrical and centered to features in the room (ei giant bay window). Our ceiling has decorative edging and they installed the lights so as to not compete with the edging.

Job well done SJO! The job was completed an hour ahead of schedule and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. We will be using them again to install a 220V outlet in our garage.

I cant say anything good or bad about SJO as they dropped the ball and never followed through. Booking an appointment to get an estimate was like jumping through hoops, then the written estimate they were suppose to send never came. When I called to follow up with them, they swore the estimate would be emailed out. it was not, and we never heard from them again. Im sure glad I dont run my small business like this: I would be out of business.
