Make sure when you call you DO NOT ask the receptionist how she is doing. She will think you are making a sales call instead of just being polite. She hung up on me twice from two different numbers.

I called up Lloyd's because two of my attic fans were not working. They told me that they would fit me in at the end of the day. I waited all day and use a day of vacation up. The service man calls me at about 5 and tells me he is at my house.
