LandCare Innovations has always sought to employ a team approach. LandCare has a strong group of leaders who demonstrate generosity in teaching and training other members of our team across a variety of disciplines. This approach or "cross training" allows for individuals to be optimized in more than one area of expertise.
Our employees benefit by gaining a wider breadth of skills and a higher level of development within a given skill set. A cross-trained team member is in a better position to create innovative solutions as issues arise, to troubleshoot accurately while onsite, and to shift responsibilities, pitching in whenever and however they are needed.

We just finished a rather big backyard project with LandCare Innovations. They all did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with them from Chip, the owner, to Cass our project manager, to Cisco the lead of our crew. The work is top notch and the communication was also very good. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely terrible service. Do not communicate at all with the customer. Several plants and trees that they planted are dying. We did landscape and irrigation with them after building a pool. We have horrible drainage problems from their work. Several plants and trees they planted are dead or dying. Please do NOT use them. We are even considering taking legal action. The project cost was very high and now we have to pay someone else to fix all that they did wrong.

Been trying to setup an interview now for about 2 months. Manger Adam contacted me never ever got back to me. Management is a mess and staff is incredibly rude when you call trying to get a hold of someone with enough competence to set up your interview. If its this hard to work there I cant imagine what the lawncare service is like. I would stay away.

I can't say enough about how much this company went above and beyond for us. They came out and repaired items on our system, without charge, that were caused by other utility companies, years after our system was installed! The technician was friendly and extremely helpful. I'm very happy to offer a positive review for this company.

Mike and his irrigation crew are fantastic! They arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work efficiently and promptly. I now can confidently utilize my sprinkler system knowing that the right amount of water is getting exactly where and when it needs too. I highly recommend LandCare Innovations.

We had Chip re-build our front yard. Super small project, pretty sure it wasn't a big money maker for them. But 3 years later it still looks great. Called them about a bush that died two years after they planted it, fully expecting to pay for a replacement. But much to my surprise it was replaced with a bigger bush so it would match the other dozen that survived. Highly recommend.

Hands down the WORST company my wife and I have ever dealt with. Customer service is atrocious, even that is an overstatement, customer service is non existent. Being respectful and attentive to customers is clearly not a priority for them. We had the nightmare of dealing with Mike Heis who is the Irrigation Manager. We never received calls back and after weeks of trying to schedule a simple visit to move 2 sprinkler heads we had to get our building manager involved. Mike FINALLY called and rather than being helpful was aggressive, told my wife that they're not doing work for us again and ended up hanging up on my wife.
The ONLY reason we tried to use them is because they installed irrigation in our neighborhood and it would void the warranty on the system by using an outside company. Do yourself a favor and just use an outside company! It'll be more worthwhile than trying to get these lazy incompetent fools out to your property to complete anything. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I could.

THE WORST LANDSCAPE COMPANY! There is nothing positive I can say about this company. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life (even Time Warner Cable is better), and the quality of their workmanship is so awful I'm flabbergasted that our HOA would hire them to maintain our community's landscaping.

For starters, they graded our yard incorrectly and never installed any drainage, so one area of our backyard turned into a swamp with other areas drying out causing large patches of our grass to die.
It took this company OVER A YEAR to address the problem. When they finally came, they did nothing to regrade the lawn; they just put some sod over the dead grass which, of course, ended up dying again within days. They continue to use old dead pine straw on our flowerbeds, and they carelessly cut the irrigation lines to our backyard and left them sticking straight up out of the ground.
We've contacted the company numerous times about these issues, and they have completely disregarded our complaints. We've even set up appointments with their manager to come to our home so he could review the problems in-person, however, he hasn't shown up for a single meeting. He's never called to cancel or offered an explanation, which is quite rude especially for a manager of a business.
One of the latest problems was the waterfall fountain, which they installed, flooded our yard creating a pond next to the fountain. I called the company over two weeks ago and emphasized that it was quite urgent. I was told they would issue a work order and the next time they were in my neighborhood it would be taken care of. I still haven't received a phone call nor has anyone come to fix the problem, even though there have been workers present in the neighborhood almost every other day for the past week and a half.
I have talked with several of our neighbors and found they've had terrible experiences with this company as well. One neighbor told me that our HOA has received multiple complaints against this company, however, they refuse to address the problem or cancel the contract.
