Gregory Johnson (rep) came and gave us bid for our project which is a HOA project. We had to obtain many bids and HOA did not agree to proceed with Window and Door factory. Gregory Johnson sent us abrupt, rude, and unprofessional texts to our cell phone because we did not go with their bids.

Great sales guy (Kevin). Inferior service department. Have had multiple problems with the sliding articulated doors they installed 6 months ago. Each time I leave messages for service, who never calls back.

Wow! These guys really go the extra mile for you. John was awesome in providing a beautiful sliding door for my condo. Great value. His installer, Francisco, is a magician at making everything fit perfect and trim it all out to look beautiful.

Measure 3 times before making the cut is a good idea! Measure 3 times and up-sell the customer each time is the Window Factory way. With all the Experience they boast of. any fool knows a 4x8 picture window does not fit in a 11x13 bedroom on a lower level with a view of the street.
