Anago Cleaning Systems

I hired Anago after the cleaning company I hired the year before wasn't doing a good job. After the first 2 weeks, the difference is as clear as night and day. Everyone is much happier with the new service. The building (a basketball court with bathrooms) gets a lot of use every day of the week and I am so pleased with the quality of cleaning that keeps the place looking clean and safe.

Terrible company with poor communication. They harass you into trying to buy their services. Avoid at all costs.

This company regional director jeff Prue, thrives on the winning at all cost scenario. you do not want to use this service we experienced alarms being left off, bathrooms not being cleaned and a response from Mr Prue that was threatening and unreasonable.

Very rude on the phone. They asked for our office manager, who wasn't in. I tried to take a message and they just hung up. They will never get out business.

Sick and tired of this people, they use the people and their money. YOU bought an account with them, work really hard to keep it clean and pay for your franchise and at the end when you already pay for that a new person comes to buy a franchise and this assholes show your franchise too and if they like it guess what? They will sell it and will give you a bunch of excuses all of them invented where supposedly they got many complaints of your work, and if you request the emails they will not show you nothing And u cant even talk with the person in charge becase in your contract u aren't allowed to do it so they sale what u already pays. Anago is by far the most dishonest people i know thieves its what they are. look another place dont throw your money in to the garbage before u buy talk with other franchisees don't go with this thieves.

They were great. Until something from your office goes missing. Then they refuse to replace the item that goes missing that is over $600. And say you need a police report. So you get a police report and then they say that an arrest needs to be made before they will pay to replace said item. They are a joke of a company. Terrible customer service.

Got an advertising call from Anago, offering to do a quote and when I politely said no thank you we just signed a contract with a new company, they hung up on me. Not good customer service right off the bat, can't imagine what their cleaning service is like. We will never use them because of this.

Worst cleaning service ever. Our company have used them for a couple years and we've never seen a company that made your office dirtier each time they cleaned. They mopped using fabuloso and never went back over it with clean water so it left dirty streaks all over our office. It caused us to grow mold on the floor. We've complained several times to the office and even after they have reached out to the franchise cleaning service they have made it worst.

It was like they did it on purpose because they were upset that we complained to the corporate. The operations manager just kept apologizing saying that due to their "Muslim" prayer times they are not able to cooperate with them as much and hey have had other complaints with them. We got so fed up that we ended up firing them and changing the keys to the office.

Even after they reached out to the cleaning service guy name Muhammed, he tried to come back again and left a note on a negative review form from another branch and asked if we had changed keys and that they needed a new key?!? Are you joking right now? Even the operations manager was surprised since he clearly stated that he knew he was terminated from our contract! Psycho! I'm sure other cleaners through Anago may be okay but not Mohammed! Be aware! Now we went through a new company who goes above and beyond!

The main problem I have had with Anago is the gross lack of communication. Over the course of our relationship I have had minor issues with the quality of cleaning. On several different occasions I attempted to bring the issues to the attention of the Operations Director with NO response or resolution.
